I love this restaurant and their pizzas with thin crust. Staff is very cordial and suggest according to out taste. I just said it to add little indian taste and they did wonderful job. Yummy pizza!!! I can eat all day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack). My job always uses Cottage Inn for our pizza parties or any random event that we are having. Also because we order a lot they don't mind throwing in a couple of pops or making sure we are getting the best of the week. Delivery time is also great -- the driver is always there promptly and will give you a call once arrive at destination. Credit cards are also accepted over the phone. I highly suggest the specialized pizza but all of them are AWESOME. Please remember -- this isn't little casears's or dimino's, so the pizza's are a little highly than the normal. They screwed up my pizza, yet again, for the THIRD time. This doesn't seem to be the fault of everyone in the establishment. There's one individual here that has taken the blame for the mistakes on two of the three occasions, and I'm willing to bet he was responsible for the other one of the three. He's an older gentleman who never seems to be paying any attention whatsoever to what you order. He zones out completely, and misses a topping, gives you a wrong topping, or just straight up makes the wrong pizza. While he has apologized for both mishaps, and attempted to fix both of them (fixes that I had to sit around and wait additional time for him to make while he gave me flimsy excuses about why he messed up), the pizza didn't taste the same as it would have had he got it right the first time, and despite forgiving him, I'm starting to get VERY annoyed by this. I'm refusing to return here, and I'm warning other people to stay away when possible. Find a different location if you can, and if you can't, don't order when that guy is working. I've never had this happen at any other pizza place. Frankly, I rarely have it happen at any restaurant. Customers shouldn't have to put up with it. And if I'm being honest, someone that incapable of paying attention shouldn't work here. read more

Aww man! Had a couple "meh" experiences there, one so bad I contacted HQ about it. Owner and I had a go-around, I was polite but direct, he respectfully heard me out, and we ended coolio. Gave it two more tries, really, I did. Even had a minor snafu on the 1st re-do. After 2 - done with you. When after checking in in the parking lot, get forgotten for 10 minutes, call in AGAIN, pay over $30 for a pizza and a g-free sammie, on a quiet night, and then the order is still fubar? Nope. ZERO RATING--Terrible customer service. Clueless in handling a legitimate complaint about their pizza. It went from just a honest and simple complaint to them hanging up on me. Probably felt intimidated when a mild mannered individual gives them some constructive criticism but instead of handling it professionally as I have they jump the gun and begin to yell like young children. Grow up and know how to run a business and how to treat your customers. When customers complain your JOB is to explain, clarify and apologize if needed so that customers can return. Pizza is 5 star, but do not order after 9:30, as they will call you back to let you know their ovens are turned off. (Posted hours call for 10 PM end time). It's happened 4 times to us... Too bad posted hours do not live up to expectations. read more

I literally hate this location. Every time I order it takes over an hour for delivery and they always forget something. I order carry out and it takes an hour. Mind you I order in between lunch and dinner so there's no rush. The food is always exceptional and the drivers and owner are always apologetic. 2nd time I ordered here and 2nd time they messed up the entire pizza. Entered order online so it should've been easy to read & make but clearly that is too much to expect. Also both times took twice as long to get than the estimated time given. Customer in front of us had his order wrong too. Taste was ok after I picked off the 5 toppings I didn't want, sadly some were under the cheese. I have been a happy Cottage Inn Pizza customer since 1979. Last week the Canton store screwed up my pick up order. The young lady working the counter offered to make another, that would be ready very quickly. I agreed. An older, bald headed guy, who was making pizzas, was annoyed, shaking his head. When I got home, opened the box, the large deep dish pizza had a 4 inch crust with sparse toppings in the middle. It was the worst Cottage Inn Pizza I have ever seen or tasted. I didn't have the time to return it. Moral of my story: Always check your pizza before leaving the store, especially if they have to remake an order they screwed up!!! read more

Poor customer service! We received an incorrect delivery, a missing pizza plus one pizza that was missing toppings (after an unusually long wait time for delivery). We were told a free pizza would be added to our account. I just called to place an order and redeem the free pizza and was told it was never entered into the system. And apparently if it's not in the system, it's not their mistake. Love cottage inn pizza but the service here is not worth the hassle. read more

They don't even deserve one star in this review! The service is absolutely terrible!! My pizza is now soggy and cold because I had to drive back for a mistake on the employee and manager at the time. I ordered a pizza online and added extra cheese while choosing my toppings, I noticed it was not added on with my other topping when I got to my total, so while in the notes I asked for extra cheese please and thank you. When I went to pick my pizza up we asked for a receipt and were told we don't give receipts?? What place doesn't give receipts if asked for them? He said the only thing they give is pasted on the pizza box. Point is DONT GO HERE!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!! Even if it's a $1.50. My tax was 1.04 as sent to me in an email for my receipt with a flat total of $18 we asked for a receipt and was given nothing but the box receipt that said $18. So I will never be going back to cottage inn again!!!!! When I went in and asked for a credit for a new pizza because mine was cold or my $1.50 back the manager was rude and very unpleasant.
