He had us come in to the store with our swim suits and 'test' a spa that was the same brand and similar model. We've had our Artesian Spa for 8 months now, and we use it at least 3x/week. He's always willing to help us out on the phone, and even helped explain the steps of emptying/refilling the tub/balancing out chlorine/ph levels. I'm assuming not much as changed since we bought ours, but we had to wait around 6-7 months for our spa to be delivered. COVID really threw a wrench in the production of parts and the units themselves. So just know that going in - you're probably going to wait a few months before delivery!!

Every time I call for help or service. The female that answers gives attitude and isn't helpful. She acts like you're interrupting her morning. Then says she'll call you right back then never does. Keep in mind. Even though your spa is under warranty. They charge a service fee of $200 to $300 to come out to your house and diagnose the warranty repair. So you're still out of pocket for warranty work. Would not recommend this company for anything. Shop where you'll get better service and a place that cares for its customers.

While this took a lot longer than expected I do appreciate him coming over to make it right with no additional charge. Things happen and miscommunication does happen, while it took a little while longer than I had hoped, ultimately he did come over and he did fix the issue and I appreciate that. Original Post: AT FIRST was a VERY good experience. Pricing was fair, responses were quick. Seemed very caring and attentive. However following my service I had a leak coming from my filter. I brought it up to him to come check it out and he got back to me with a solution and initially asked to schedule a date. When the initial date didn't work when I reached out further to pick another he went completely dark. I reached out multiple times, included photos and video of issue and he continues to ignore my concerns. I wouldn't hire again or recommend. He was great until you pay and then seems to not care. It's unfortunate because I was in need for a pool service for my biannual filter cleanings and if I fall behind on chemical management.

I first spoke with Misty on the phone and told her the issue I was having with my Jacuzzi J-460 (which had been pre-diagnosed by my electrician), and she was quite lovely in describing the cost of repair. It was a failed heater pump. I also needed a drain and clean since it had been some time that I had used it due to the heater pump issue. Her quoted price was fair and was NOT elevated after the service was performed, as some companies tent to do. Justin came, on time and was scheduled, replaced the faulty part and completed a very thorough drain and clean. The unit looked like new afterwards. I am very happy that I chose Spa Pros.
