I have been using Pro Pools and Spa since 2018. I first used them to remodel my pool in 2018, and honestly they made a mistake with my plaster, but refunded my money, and I was content with the settlement. Afterward they clean my pool weekly, and anytime I have a malfunction, pool light go out, leak in Spa, leak in pool piping, they always attend and repair within 24 hours, and I am extremely happy with their customer service. Awesome experience! Like everyone has stated in other reviews, Faby is really really great. Faby and his team took care of fixing a leak in our spa and making some repairs to our heating unit. The work was great and the price was really reasonable. When we couldn't figure out how to get the jets working a few days after the repairs, we called Faby hoping he would walk us through how to get them working over the phone and he immediately offered to come over again SAME DAY to show us how it worked. This kind of customer service is rare and we really appreciate it. 5 stars all day!! read more

We had just been ripped off for thousands of dollars and left with a giant, filthy hole in our destroyed backyard. We had brown stains all over the walls and floor of our pool, after taking water samples to Mac's then Leslie's and following their lead to clean it the stains would disappear for a day then return. After beating our heads against the wall we called these guys and Faby came out right away (4th of July). Thinking we needed to re-plaster he told us it was simply a chemical imbalance. Although skeptical with the diagnosis we signed a contract to have them service our pool and it has never looked better. It's been a year and a half and it's money well spent as I seemed to spend nights and weekends trying to get it clean. I also called to have them repair our pool heater and they'll be out next day. We had a complete remodel of our 23 year old pool. Plaster ( incredible Pebble finish), tile, lighting, plumbing, etc. Faby is great. He is totally reliable and has a great crew. Wow! We had to re-do the deck around our pool and our pool as well. Faby and his hard-working crew re-did the whole thing as well as re-doing our block wall. Everything turned out great! Faby had vision where we lacked it, and it is now beautiful. Faby is very conscientious and came to oversee the project every day it was being worked on. I had Pro Pools and Spa remodel our pool completely. We re-plastered, re-plumbed, removed and replaced our old pool deck, installed new equipment, and of course new coping and tile. Faby handled everything from helping us with the design to recommending the best way to go with all facets of the job. It took a while to get started because it was spring and Faby was backed up with existing jobs, but once we got started the work was done in reasonable time. Faby was up front with the costs of each phase of the job before we even started and even though we had some added work during the process he was very reasonable on pricing. As for the quality of the work I can't say how happy we were with the outcome. Our Tropical Breeze pebble finished plaster looks great and the tile, coping and pool deck turned out better than I anticipated. I am in the construction business also, so I know a good job from a bad or average one. Faby's guys do quality work! I highly recommend Pro Pool and Spas for your pool remodel. We have used Faby for our weekly pool servicing for years and are very happy with the service we receive whether it be the weekly cleaning or regular equipment servicing. I called them to fix my pool because it wasn't working. They told me what was wrong and replaced the part that was "bad" and charged me a lot of money to replace it. My pool still didn't work so they told me I needed a new "control board". I went I spent $800 on a new board and installed it myself. My pool still didn't work. So I replaced the part they said they did the first time. I spent $30 on the part they charged me $131 for and my pool works just fine. Needless to say I didn't need the $800 board and isn't refundable. I will never call them again and I won't let them around my pool. read more
