If i want someone to advise me about insulation I ll call an insulation professional, the same ones the Orkin sales guy tried to convince us they did a bad job and were lazy to not place insulation in a specific area (that the professionals advised against as it could have resulted in frozen pipes), and If I need moisture remedy in my crawlspace I ll call a professional for that as well. I ended up calling a local company and they solved our issue for a low 3 digits amount. Also it turns out that my attic is fine, my insulation is good as new (we got some added in 2022) and my crawlspace isn't ripe with mold either though there is a small area where it is recommended we replace it.
