Do not use this company. On July 29, 2026, I paid $263.40 for 12 logo stickers for our company's plastic portable toilets. We followed their exact prep instructions (cleaned and dried the surface), but all 12 stickers peeled off in under 24 hours. When I brought them back, they claimed it was a "first-time issue," but still forced us to pay an additional $30 for replacements. They gave us new application instructions (apply at night, cover for 24 hours), which we followed to the letter. Once again, less than 24 hours later, the new set is peeling off. Spending nearly $300 for a product that fails twice-and being charged extra for their mistake --is unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Horrible--avoid!! Unfortunately my experience mirrors many other reviews here. I walked in to pick up a UPS package and was met with unprovoked aggression and hostility from the owner in his 60s. The entire interaction was bizarre and completely unnecessary. There was another, older man (other owner?) who silently helped me get my package while the other man just used the opportunity to continue to harass and condescend. This business should not be trusted as a UPS access point. Horrible service. Do NOT go here if you can avoid it. read more

Personable, clean, great value and ample parking. They have a private lot in the back which was amazing considering there was no street parking. I'll be back considering the amenities from designated parking for their patrons, great service and convenience. I needed prints and I needed them fast for an interview within 30 minutes from my arrival. Former recruiter tip: always have resumes on hand regardless if you uploaded it on online. Needed an emergency printout done. Called ahead to ask if he could print from a PDF I had on my phone, he said yes so I headed over as it is close to where I was staying. Even though there were issues with my file, he worked with me to at least provide a printout from a 'screenshot' of the file from the computer. It fulfilled my last-minute needs. Walked into this place and was greeted with an hello, how can I help you. I said hello and stated I was picking up a package for my husband and I have his ID and mine. The man in picture said do you have a tracking number I said: My husband didn't give me one and before I could say my next word the man in photo immediately became sarcastic and said than how am i suppose to find it? I turned in shock as why I was immediately treated with such rudeness and told him that's not necessary to speak to me that way. He then doubled down on his rudeness and started to lol and pretend he had a crystal ball and say: what do you want me to do pull out my crystal ball and look for it? as he smirked at me. Again in shock at this level of unwelcome sarcasm and ask him: would you speak to me this way if I was a man, or are you speaking to me this way because I'm a woman and your a misogynist. He was now offended but agreed he would talk to a man this way. I said then I will come back with my husband and left. I returned with my husband and another employee Jim helped my husband and got the tracking number but couldn't find package and low and behold my husband didn't need a tracking number to find his own package because it was sitting in our sight. My husband said here is my package and I walked over to the man in the picture to let him know my husband found his own package in your store without a tracking number. That angered the man in the picture and he shouted at me in anger and there was no use in reasoning with him. I told him I would make a review on Yelp and he threatened to call the police and kicked me out. I said goodbye with a finger hug middle finger of course. read more

This was the most bizarre and confrontational package pickup experience I've ever had. I had a package dropped off there, not by choice, the order just happened to get shipped there...unfortunately. I got an email to pick it up from this location and to bring my photo ID, no mention of the tracking number. Right away the man behind the computer was furious when I presented my ID, I told him that my confirmation email said to bring ID and told me I should just go to UPS then. He then demanded a tracking number and said I was preventing paying customers from getting served. I found the tracking number and waited because he had made it seem like I was interrupting him, but then he yelled at me what was wrong with me got right in my face and yelled HELLO, give me the tracking number! I showed it to him on my phone and he yelled just to give him the last four digits, that I was useless. I was also wearing sunglasses, which he HATED and was yelling what are those? what do you think you're doing with those?! Which, I admit, really made me just want to keep them on because at that point I really didn't want to do anything that would potentially please him. I was dying to get out of there because I seriously just wanted my package and I wasn't expecting...to be confronted about it? Like, for why? I still don't understand why someone picking up a package is RAGE inducing. Eventually, an older man who worked there looked at the tracking number and found my package. He was normal and I wish I had just talked to him first. I have no idea why this store is a drop off point if they hate people picking up packages so much. I also am not sure if the rabid man behind the computer man hates women, hates something about me in particular, hates himself, or is possibly making up for certain below-the-belt biological inadequacy by screaming at a random person about something so inane ...there are so many unknowns. However, I do know that for something as innocuous as picking up a dumb package, he is the most unhinged and feral person I've ever dealt with. Who hurt you bro? Service was rude and inefficient. Came to pick up a package that a UPS driver was not able to leave at my house. Boxes are all piled up at the side of the shop. Older gentleman searching for mine. I'm looking over his shoulder to see if mine is there, while answering work emails - as I am on the clock. I didn't have to help, but I was in a hurry to get back to work. Rude Man behind computer gets up, finds it on his first try, says "Two people couldn't find it?!", meaning me and his coworker. That was totally uncalled for to speak to both a customer and his coworker like that. Excellent customer service, always super fast and very organized. I read the negative reviews and it's the younger generations always complaining about everything, younger generations always complain about traffic, dogs barking, fire works, roosters up so early, etc. The 30 to 40 year old range, are the worst complainers and road raging clowns mature people like myself and David and Jim are excellent across the board, Jim and David give excellent customer service, no racial profiling ever in this business. read more

Really rude guys. I brought an easy project for them to print (just black ink) of a menu on 75 sheets of thick paper and they quoted me $1.10 per unit, which is outrageous and then kept interrupting me when I tried to ask questions or explain it's just printing black text on a 5x7 textured thick paper.
