Once I gave them a call and went over things, more was explained better to which I may have been too harsh first review. The extra charge was for labor on things being fixed. Found out the price for board to be fixed and it got completely the next day. Inspection got completed, luckily nothing major was wrong(whew) and the furnace works. Only two stars. Don, the owner is awesome and his office manager, Cori is pretty good too, for what she has to deal with. But!!! You knew there was a but coming! They are extremely slow, never have the right parts, schedule you out a month or two, and don't show up on time or even call to say they are late, and they aren't very good at diagnosing issues. The technicians aren't very communicative with you or the office so items get missed, and they aren't very respectful of your space. I have had them show up dirty and unkempt/smelly and they weren't very gentle with my rig. It might be a good service if you are retired and can wait around all day, Monday through Friday (cause no weekend hours), but if you're still in the work force.... You might just have to take the whole day off and hope they show up. However, that being said Don really knows his stuff and he does great quality work. He is patient and really explains things well. We had issues with the water heater leaking, we called and due to freezing weather their schedule was tied up. It took a week and a half for someone to come fix what we thought was the issue. After they fixed that and left it was still leaking after 24 hours, we opened up the water heater to find a small pin hole size leak on the weld of the tank. We called them again and this time waited two days for them to come and replace the water heater. It stopped the leak but the new water heater won't stay on long enough to heat up water, we called Friday and had to wait over the weekend since they aren't open over the weekend. Received a called Monday and said they will have a Tech come Tuesday to figure out the problem. Tech comes for 10 minutes and says that everything is working fine. Still no hot water. We called their offices and were told they couldn't do anything until the tech came back to the office. We've had no hot water for two weeks and it's getting frustrating to have to pay this much money and still have no hot water. I agree with the other reviewer that the office is very slow at contacting you back. They are very friendly and knowledgeable once they do contact you back. read more

The ladies in the office were amazing squeezing me in to the schedule so my pipes didn't freeze, they got me in during "stormageddon".....threat of freezing temps and my furnace was down. Space heaters tripping the breakers while I'm at work stressing about my pipes freezing. Tech was Donny, super fast and professional, great guy. Unfortunately it has cost me money I can't afford to throw away.Don the owner was the first one I had contact with and he talks a great story really toots his own horn so I thought great.Either they fix things that aren't broken or what they fix breaks.Had them put a sealant on roof leaks worse than before.this is the worse rv repair company I've dealt with .They are interested in making fast cash not quality repairs and a loyal following.I also saw two excellent reviews submitted by two of their employees.Not a good company to trust.Janice read more

Do not use these guys unless you have absolutely everything in writing and you watch the service guys like a hawk!I gave a huge list of problems to an initial service guy (don), had the fee collected, waited a month, and had like 4 things done. The next guy (Brice) was given the same list,( he did not ask or collect a fee.) and he did about the same amount of work. When I called to complain about Brice they wanted a service fee for what Brice had done, even though there was nothing new. (Anything you tell the guys that needs to be worked on needs to be written down and call the office to make sure they know!) Just a couple of examples of shotty work that was done: -trim that was put in crooked -shower door that leaked, had the water barrier replaced and still leaks. It's missing about an inch of the barrier on one side. (Trash was left after that one) -multiple screws were left missing from cabinets that were supposed to be replaced. The office will back there guys all the way. Will not listen, even when you complain things were done wrong. read more
