We dropped it off on a Monday and were told it would be looked at within a day or two. After several calls for updates, we were not told until Friday that they were finally getting to it. The technician initially said they could not locate the generator, even though I explained where it was when I dropped the motorhome off. They later implied that the difficulty locating it was the reason for the delay. In the end, the issue was simply a loose battery terminal. We were charged more than $420 for this repair, and were blamed for not telling them where the generator was located. However, when they did locate the generator--while on the phone with me--they ran it for only about two minutes and told me it was fine to come pick up the motorhome. I am very disappointed with both the communication and the service we received.
