Geowater made 2 trips with 2 bills totaling +/- $1000. After leaving 2 reports that told me nothing they went silent so I called them and asked what next. Then they informed that they could not send a drill rig to my house to check pump since my house was too far away but they "graciously" would give me some other names. Really? I asked Greg why they even bothered to come out in 1st place if it was too far. Isn't this a bait and switch I asked. Greg said "it is what it is". It was obvious they were over their head. So if you want a jack of all trades and master of none, call them. If you want something diagnosed and fixed, call someone else as it is obvious they were far from specialists like their website claims.

We had assumed that this meant that they would be the ones drilling the well. Little did we realize! According to our General Contractor, at this point Arrow when "radio silent." They did not return any phone calls for months. Being that we were building in an area with a very limited building window due to the weather, we simply could not wait any longer for them to return calls. We HAD to begin construction, even though we knew this would complicate getting the drill rig to the well location. We FINALLY heard back from Arrow some time in late October or early November. At that time, they informed us that they did not possess the equipment to actually drill the well that they had specced out with the State. This would have been a good thing to know back in June!!! We wasted several months and were coming up on the end of our rental lease, unable to get a C of O on our new house for lack of water. Further, we were left with about 6 weeks notice to try and find a rental in a resort town over Christmas because Arrow misrepresented their drilling capabilities and could not return the phone calls of our General Contractor. The end result was that we were out thousands of dollars having to find a new place to live, had months added to our build, and had to call a LARGE number of other drilling companies (nearly 40) before we were able to find one who was available to drill the well before spring. I cannot express in enough words how frustrated, angry, and disappointed we were with Arrow Drilling! They are a very unprofessional company!

I finally was smelling…read morebecause I live close by a bad stench and trash blowing in my yard all the time I tried to contact them to no avail, and I finally walked up on the property and found out that Shirley, septic and their trash company. Were using the place as a trash transfer station there was a pile 10 feet high by over 30 yards did they were dumping on the ground without a permit and illegally I tried to contact them ended up having to call the EPA and Jefferson County illegal trash disposal. I'll be working with my neighbors because all that was sitting on the ground and they had to do soil test and they had a bad well report. They say they have it cleaned up and they're trying to sell the property now I've known Brad for years and all I was trying to do was the test. Other areas he did not know that I had called the EPA. I explained to him that the only reason I found out was the stench so I walked up and the first thing he said was so you trespassed on my property now he's called the sheriffs department to threaten me. I'll be talking to everybody down the hill because what has been up there 55 gallon oil cans, I have pictures of the trash dump and they threaten to sue me so I'm gonna put this all over the Internet and everybody downhill should worry good luck and talk to everybody else about the reputation
