Got a mulch delivery by greenview service through chipdrop. It was perfect and neatly delivered to our residence. Really appreciate it!

We contracted to have 2 King Palms removed, & 1 Queen Palm. The Kings were 24 feet, the queen close to 30 feet tall. Plus we had 11 Queen Palms trimmed. It took the crews about 4 hours to cut trees down, grind stumps trim 11 trees, shred tree branches and tree trunks, cleanup and haul everything away. THE CREWS WERE PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, AND EXPERIENCED. Trees removed were close to house. The crew took extra care to not damage house, fence, and other plants. I had originally rated them higher, however, they never came back to fix busted sprinklers that they said they would fix. They did tell me to "Have my garderner do it" and send them a bill. I am the gardner, I told him, and he agreed to send someone out. I would have done it myself but they broke them and they were buried in roots and left broken, thus a bitch to fix and repair ... costing me both time and money. I ended up having to re-rout sprinklers because of the roots left behind and above ground. Stumps from vines in my planters that were suppose to be removed appeared to just be cut off. I had to cut them out of the ground myself to replant. Same with the palm. We were clear about needing to replant in the same areas, Ishmael understood this (he actually suggested we request this service) but he was not the one who came out and the work quoted was not the work done. I removed one entire trashcan of root and stump (by hand with an landscaping axe) in order to re-plant. We had asked for an itemized quote on additional work, and it was never supplied (required by HOA) ... but the broken sprinklers (tossed under a bush, so they knew they broke them) were the mostly why I rated them down. If you say your are going to fix something, fix it. Below was the original review until I encountered some problems. If all you want is tree cut down and stumps ground to ground level, and filled in with sawdust, they do a good job of that. But they did not follow up on their word, sadly. I am told there were some divisions in this company (passed through generations) and the management has changed hands through the family. I worked with this company out of Riverside, Ca ( Ismael (Owner?) and Rafael)). I will attach and image of the card just in case this is somehow a different company. We hired them twice to work in Orangecrest, Riverside. Both times they did a quick and efficient job. First we needed a huge pine tree removed and they did a quick job. This was after 4 other quotes that were grossly overpriced (likely because of our zip code). Then we hired them for a much bigger job (5 trees, bushes, et al). I was impressed at their hard work, ability to get the job done, and did pretty much what I asked for with minimal damage (so far, I have a sprinkler buried in roots that is busted but he has offered to come fix it. I will follow up on that, and have not found any other damage.) But they were able to remove large trees from a small, tight, area with little to no damage (hard to accomplish) to the surrounding structures, fences and greenery (a few branches and such could not be spared on greenery very close to the trees being removed). I was concerned about the gazebo tile roof in my back yard that they had to walk on and haul trees over. So much so that I called my roofing guy (who previously did awesome tile roof work for me) to come and inspect it ... no damage (if you need a good handyman, my roofing guy is pretty awesome). I worried needlessly (my house roof had been killed (19 bad tiles and bad paper) by someone and the home inspection did not catch all the damage during the purchase inspection). Their prices were more reasonable than than their competitors and they did a fast and professional job. Their availability was good and they cleaned up behind themselves. Like another post, it was hard to tell they had been there at all. While working on my neighbors tree, they let all the tree debris fall all over my property and only when I started video taping them did they start to bundle and lower the branches like they should have in they first place. They will send you a professional estimate via email detailing the exact work. In my case, I had a Canary Island palm that was in desperate need of trimming. On site, Foreman told me they treat Canaries like it was a baby due to the propensity for fungus infection. Foreman showed me the new chain they bought and proceed to clean it w/ bleach. If that wasn't enough, they poured bleach on their climbing boots and anything else that touches the palm. At the base of my palm, I have many delicate succulents. Our new house had a row of densely pack eucalyptus trees that were intertwined, constantly rubbing, and dropping branches from a canopy that can only be described as oppressive. One tree, the largest of course, was leaning forbiddingly over fences on two sides. Ismael gave us a quote that was quite reasonable for removing the big tree and thinning the rest, though I still did not know what to expect from the "thinning." I cannot believe the difference. We have a new, open back yard, now, with no ominous overhanging sense of doom from a thicket of branches and leaves. I was referred to Ismael by another tree company that could not accommodate my time frame. Ismael, one of the 3 brothers that are in the family business arrived on time as promised. I never post reviews however I believe this company deserves the recognition for understanding what true customer service is. I had a total of 12 trees taken out and the stumps ground with another 50' that was out of control being thinned out and trimmed. They completed the job in 2 days. On completion I mentioned to Ismael that the roots of 2 of the trees that were planted near the pool had started pushing the retainer wall over. He introduced me to his brother, Antonio runs the landscape division of the company and did an amazing job of demoing the existing retainer and installing a new poured concrete retainer wall as well as installing a new retainer and vinyl fence at the boundary wall. Besides the great customer service they provide they are also great guys to work with and have infectious personalities that make doing business with them enjoyable. It is also important to mention their employees that come to work each day with smiles on their faces wanting to please. They are the true indication of a companies worth.
