4 years of motherhood, and I finally got my car's interior detailed by Pro Shine. FANTASTIC! I was wondering why my screen was so bright, and I just realized it was just so clean. It was clear that they were thorough: seats deep cleaned (still damp even, not in a bad way), dirt free and shiny (that orangey smell). Customer service was friendly and very accommodating. I had a really good experience with Pro Shine Detail. I brought my 23 foot boat late in the fall and they spent a good amount of time on it and it looks beautiful. They communicated very well with the appointment and called to confirm and were waiting for me when I pulled up with the boat. Due to some medical issues, I had Barry and Annabelle come get my rig and take it back to their shop for detailing, inside & out. I have a GMC Terrain (black) and even my sister who has been delivering me to various medical appointments was impressed with the work done, as was I. So far, I can find NO fault in their job on my rig. Impressive would not be too strong a description. Plus, they accept c/c payment on top of everything else. Given what I paid in a previous year to another detailer for this same rig, I have NO complaints. Prices were reasonable compared to others I have used. You could do worse, but I don't see how. Terrible, not as said on phone, 16, 17 year old boys doing work. Wasn't waxed, car still has dirt in doors and license plate area. I took plates off. Terrible, they say 2-3 hrs get there and it's 4-5 hrs, what??? Terrible!!!!! read more

The almost 5 stars must be friends! If you are looking to pay for top of the line, premium detailing for your ride/baby/investment... do not trust these kids! The person who answers the calls and makes the appointments, will agree that the service you reiterate back to her is correct. (3 times she said the $280 included the engine.. ) ***I have a 2001 F150 Ford Lightening. It is not a beater, we do not eat, or throw/leave trash...*** I am putting my baby up for sale. Detailing the inside and polishing the outside was a bonus. I was looking for a engine cleaning/detailing. That was my focus. I waited over 3 weeks to bring it in, that much time to put it up for sale.. I left my truck with them the day before our scheduled appointment and had an agreement that the truck would me inside until we picked it up. My honey picked the truck up, in the rain with the sun shade in the bed of the truck, in a puddle. He didn't check the engine until he got home... it wasn't touched , but I was charged $40 more to "buff out " the outside. Yay! Contacted the office person to find out why the engine wasnt touched. She agreed that that was a part of our initial agreement. And also acknowledge that I had asked her three times, to make sure that the engine was a part of it. Or saying I'm sorry was not enough so we made an appointment for them to complete The service. I was very leery of bringing it back to the shop. But I did go along with it. I dropped the truck off earlier in the morning. They said they would get back to me when it was done. Always saying that my truck was next so they could focus on that. She say it would be approximately 230. I called them about 130 to make sure everything was going as planned. The phone person said that yes, they were finishing up with the other cars and they were going to work on my truck. I ended up showing up at the place, the business, around 2:15. My truck had not been moved, and they were working on two other vehicles. The office person went out to tell them that I was there. After that the music was turned up to a concert/frat house level. Once the kid took my truck to spray the engine, It took 10 mins from start to finish. The under hood not touched. The engine and casing not touched. The boy who moved my truck left so nice grease marks on the seats that are upholstered in a European leather, that is more I have to pay out.. I WOULD NEVER, EVER GIVE PRO SHINE ANYTHING BUT A MIDDLE FINGER! And if Ms Cox is the owner, you should be concerned over the actions taking place with your reputation at stake. read more

I really wanted to like this place because it had good reviews but i did not get what i thought i was paying for. When i made an appointment i made it clear on the phone that i wanted all my upholstery shampooed, including all the seats, ceiling and the floors because milk and soda had spilled everywhere. The car was definitely cleaner when i got it back but several huge stains were missed indicating that the upholstery was not fully cleaned likei requested. I pointed out the stains and the guy seemed very annoyed. He spot cleaned them but i feel like that's something i could have done myself. I wanted a really deep clean and i did not get that. The car was well vacuumed and shined up which was good but they also missed all the bugs on the front which i specifically said i wanted cleaned. After i pointed that out he cleaned them off. So yeah... very disappointed. I feel like i could have just done all this myself and saved myself the money by going to an $8 car wash and then drying and vacuuming it myself. They also said they do not do steam cleans after the fact. Why would i pay $220 to get my upholstery spot cleaned and not even get bugs taken off the bumper? Just unreal... I'm giving them 2 stars because my car does smell better so they clearly got the milk out. read more
