It was fixed in the time they gave us and all was well....until we hit a deer and totaled the car about two years later. The second time we've used them was for my father's car. They haven't actually done the work yet but they gave us the estimate and a date for repair. And I'm confident the work will be done and perfect when we get the car back.

The owner was really kind and reassured me it happens a lot.(true or not I do appreciate him making me feel better!). The pricing was really fair. They ordered the necessary part and scheduled the work promptly. They had us in and out same day and the car looks like new again. They even detailed our car before we picked it up! It was suggested that I'd be better off to replace the entire fender. But I stopped by American Way at 3:30 on a Friday and Nick took a look at it. He took my car back to the shop and within 5 minutes, he returned and had buffed out the white paint on my black car. He told me I could bring the touch up paint back to them and they would apply it to complete the job. Best of all, when I asked how much I owed him, he said "nothing". A LOOSE (and leaking) TAIL LIGHT. 3. A LICENSE PLATE THAT FLAPS IN THE BREEZE & CAN'T BE TIGHTENED. 4. SEVERAL MISSING CONNECTORS (a few replaced by hex bolts, WTF?) 5. BUFFED OFF ALL OF THE PAINT FROM THE SPOILER (i told them to clean up their mess this time, and so they over buffed it. The scratch looked better than all of the above problems, they are terrible. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR NICE CAR, YOU WILL REGRET IT. The manager is a professional liar. He will nod and tell you whatever you want to hear and then turn around and cut corners.
