I got nice greeting and friendly. Second time i came to store i wore my cheap blouse and short ( nothing fancy) and yes i'm Asian but they still treat me very nice and helpful (so they are not racist) that day i came back home with very pretty dress , pants and blouses. Third time i found things i like but i need some advice to decide and the sales named Kelsey she help me even though she was busy with training new employee. I took her advice and i really love what i bought that day. :) Their clothes are not cheap but u get what you paid. What i like about this place are 1.they carry XS size for small person like me 2.they have some good quality local brand which is not too expensive and unique. 3.premium denim wear 4.there are many style in this place. This boutique has been in business for 12 years if they really have very bad service or racist i don't think they can survive in Davis because people can drive to Nordstrom in SAC or go to SF to find a lot of nice boutique there. Last, i have nothing involved to this place so these are all my real experience and i get nothing from this review. If this store really gave ppl bad service in the past so i guess they work hard and improv themselves. I want to say Keep it up and being fashion forward Pinkdot! I always wants to see your new cool stuff there.

I was dragged here by my wife and daughter--WOW what a great store! While they both found lots to…read morebuy, I got a kick out of reading the mugs and pictures and admiring the great decor. It was definitely the best women's store I've ever been in and both my girls seemed to agree. Then I read some of the nasty reviews and I felt compelled to post this. We couldn't have been treated better by the manager and another gal working there. It reminded me of that saying "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned." I'm sure that applies here for the few haters that didn't get their petty ways. Trust me--there's no way any female into fashion won't absolutely love this place! Davis is lucky to have it.

Sierra - Welcome to the old OfficeMax. Another location of this business is at the Y in South Lake Tahoe and you can tell why when you go inside.

This used to be an OfficeMax. It's a large space and they have a broad selection of stuff but at…read morethe end of the day, there is no specific area in which they specialize. It feels like it's a surplus store. They bought too much of a certain item so it lands here at discount. Is that the case? No idea. It also feels like it's what is needed in this town. Instead of running off to San Francisco or Sacramento, you can find clothes here. There are going to be plenty of other retail outlets doing similar things like Nordstrom Rack over at the old U-Mall. Would have been nice to have had this here in previous years though. It was also a lot of different specialties under one roof. A bit of the jack of all trades, master of none style. Buy shoes, dog food and a bicycle? This is your place. No one is going to want to do that though. Or surprise me...I'd like to see something land in this retail space and thrive for more than a few years at a time. From AI: Sierra Trading Post opening in East Hanover Sierra is known as an off-price retailer specializing in outdoor and activewear apparel, footwear, and gear. They offer a wide range of products at generally lower prices than department and specialty stores, with savings typically ranging from 20-60%. They have a lot of outdoor selections you might need for the snow, hiking, sports ect. A ton of animal beds for great prices.! Good name brand items for great prices.
