Me & my friends were in love with the various accessories they had available when we went, from cool looking goggles to rainbow umbrella hats. After leaving the store one of my friends got a fidget ring from Boheme that caught my eye. We actually went back to the store the same day to get me & my other friend a fidget ring. Compared to the help I received from a younger rep, he didn't even try. While she was ringing me up, a short curly haired male rep, (manager?) suddenly shouted to her across the store. " Hey "name" its time for you to go." This interupted our transaction and conversation. The female employee became nervous and was uncomfortable. He negotiated with her in front of customers and even verbally reprimanded her, in public. This was uncalled for and very unprofessional, this person should be fired for treating employees like this. I'm so sad to write this review because I LOVE this store, but I had a bad experience a few months…read moreago. I was trying on shoes, and I told the salesperson that I wear a wide. I showed her the shoes I liked and tried them on. At the time, they felt fine, but I've tried to wear them and they're way too narrow for my Fred Flintstone feet. I went and got them widened, and I've been wearing them around the house with thick socks on, but they're still too narrow and hurting one foot (the bigger one). This bums me out because the shoes weren't cheap and I don't live in the area - so now I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit because the salesperson who's an expert in this area sold me shoes that really weren't the right size. I'd been to Sole Desire before and worked with another salesperson who was AWESOME and near exactly what I needed. When I'm there, I always splurge and buy a couple pair because this store is so good and the service is usually top notch, but I feel like that last visit was a major exception to the rule and that the salesperson was about the SALE and not the service. Now I'm stuck with a pair super cute and expensive shoes that don't work for my fat feet. Wah.
