He came by in person for a quick consultation so that we could align on expectations and he thoroughly went over my options and answered my 100 questions. Because our roof line is asymmetrical I challenged Issac with how we could find balance and his creative solution was to install some up lights which paid off. I ultimately decided to only have the front of our house done because our neighbors are close by and felt that would be disruptive for them. The team was ready to install 1.5 weeks later and they did a great job at keeping the cords nicely tucked away where possible and neatly tacked. Further they offered an additional service to clean the gutters for an incremental cost which we opted in for as a double whammy. Parking may be a hassle. There's no parking lot, just a dirt road to share. So plan accordingly. We went on their opening day so there were a lot of trees to choose from. We didn't know the difference between the trees but someone kindly explained it to us. Don't ask me now though, I forgot. The have a ton to choose from. Ranging from height, thickness of branches, and some with "snow" on it. They also sell fresh garlands and wreaths. We ended up getting one that's probably 6 feet tall. It's $3 extra for a net; which I think should be free but what do I know I guess. The net basically helps making your tree travels a little easier. So I def suggest paying that extra $3. Thankfully, they also help tying the tree to your car! Buying a tree isn't cheap, but the memories will last forever hehe We made it home safely and now it's all decorated!
