Not all the employees are bad an just trying to make some money, but it's the management not only are they ignorant to patiently waiting customers but there staff too. I had an issue with a product they sold but is warrantied by the manufacturer and the company who makes said products decides which stores they will sell their products in. That being said the highest up at that company told me bring back my item with or without my receipt and he'll have the WEST 49 GUY REPLACE THEM HASSLE FREE. We went in to this place looking for a new pair of skates. It doesn't look like much from the…read moreoutside, but there is an unbelievable amount of hockey equipment inside (new and used)! The one employee, Noah, could basically own the place. He's probably about 15 years old and knew absolutely everything when we had questions about gloves and skates. He sized and baked the skates on, and was so impressive with his customer service. (Keep up the great work if you see this!) Would highly recommend visiting if you're looking for new or used equipment (adults/youth/kids sizes available)!
