    Let me start by stating this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. On September 20th 2024 I purchased a bundle of two light bars. Delivery took longer than I expected and I only received one light bar. I inspected the light and one light was defective. I waited a couple days to see if I would be contacted about the second light bar and hear nothing. I contacted them and was told the second one was backordered and that they would send me the second one. I asked if I hadn't called would they have ever sent the second one, of course they said they would have but based on the following behavior I doubt it. The second one finally came in and the box was completely destroyed damaging the case and denting the tripod. This company touts Easy Returns however it is now November 1st 2024 and I have had to jump through hoops. I have requested, and demanded, a return authorization on numerous occasions and I am still waiting for my RA. I will never do business with this company. When you have an issue you never get to talk with anyone in charge. I called the toll free number and the young lady stated she will let the "concerned department" know. I tried several times to get her to put her manager or someone in charge on the phone, this never happened I emailed and the person who answers says the same thing, I will let the "concerned department" know. WTF is the concerned department? I am still dealing with this, a defective unit and a damaged one. I paid over $1,700 for these and this company acts like they don't care at all. I had sent pictures and copied their website with their return policy and they completely ignore my request for a return authorization. When I first brought this to their attention they had me jump through many hoops. They had me reboot it, unplug it and plug it back in, download new firmware, etc. all to tell me the light is defective. Meanwhile I told them I am very technology savvy but they insisted. I did everything they have asked, they have not done what I have asked, send me a return authorization. Attached is a picture of the box the second light cam in and of course they said UPS did this but based one their behavior...... I regret not looking at the reviews before purchasing from them. I tried not to give any stars but this system wouldn't allow it so ignore that 1 star that is way too many for them.

    Got a great deal on an instrument package and they had financing through Bread, they shipped very quickly and the instrument arrived brand new. Plus my cat approved of the case!

    Would have been better if the mic included in the bundle i got had a mic wire. For a $600 bundle it should have had a mic wire included.

    Ordered a Roland Fantom 6 after having problems finding it everywhere else. I called the Pro Sound Gear store to double check if they have it brand new in stock, I was told they had it so I made an order online. Took a risk despite all the scary reviews & it came in about 2 days after I made my order, exactly as described over the phone, brand new in original packaging. Satisfied customer & I hope it stays that way! Will order more from Pro Sound Gear if I need anything else.

    TERRIBLE!!!! DON'T TRUST PRO SOUND GEAR!!!! I purchased a Roland DS 76 bundle on June 10th. This bundle was advertised right on their home page. Initially, I had received a quote from Sweetwater as well. I ordered with Sweetwater, but right after they told me it was on backorder and I cancelled (also irritating because they didn't say so on the website). I called prosoundgear.com about this bundle and they told assured me it was in stock, so I ordered this package. Days went by and I didn't receive any shipping info, so I called. ONLY THEN did I found out they were out of stock. they said it would be 2 weeks, its been over a month. They do have a DS88 in stock so I suggested they send that instead since this was there screw-up and they already have my money. They didn't even call back to tell me yes or no. I have documented all our interactions. This is REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They could NOT care less about their customers. I doubt these dishonest tactics are exclusive to Pro Sound Gear, but since they are the ones ruining my month... here you go. Oh, and did I mention that I ordered from them specifically because I needed this keyboard in order to play an anniversary event 3 weeks later? That also didn't happen! They also printed a shipping label so it says "shipped" but all they did was print a label for an item they don't have. Nothing has shipped, feel free to track it yourself.

    It says PRE ORDER and IN STOCK?  They told me it was in stock so I proceeded with my order.

    I got straight played. I clarified if the item I wanted was in Stock because of the confusion of their title. Chat support, or should I say, PABLO, confirmed it was in stock so I placed my order. Weeks kept going by and still haven't received my order. Customer service kept giving me BS times it would be shipped but it never happened. Long story short, waited OVER A MONTH and eventually cancelled my order. Spent 2gs some where else. (The correct address according to their site is stated as Doral, Florida, not Miami)

    Little old scam from ProSoundGear. Selling items they don't have, replacing them with cheaper units. This is called "bait and switch," kids.

    Bait and switch. Ordered a "demo unit" -- they mailed me a cheaper model, not the one I wanted. I called and asked why. They said their policy was to mail out other items when they don't have the correct one in stock. Get this -- demo unit is still listed as "in stock" on their site. I wonder how many people have ordered the same item? But... maybe I dodged a worse bullet considering how many people in other reviews saying their demo units arrived broken? I can't win.

I decided to seek out a local audio store and came across Sound Lux. Not knowing it was by appointment only, I rang the buzzer and Eric kindly invited me up to the studio unannounced. Having only just met Eric, he greeted me into the studio like an old friend, and we spent the next hour chatting music, listening to different systems and by the end I had a clear vision of what I wanted and Eric was going to help build it for me. It was exactly what I had been looking for, and all too serendipitous. From then on it just got better and better. Eric and his colleague, Federico, put together a full system spec. and sent over a quote. In a matter of a couple weeks, the system had arrived, and they invited me back to the studio to listen to it. I walked in and they had everything set up, with my own chair to listen and a complimentary drink. I spent the next 1.5 hours by myself listening to the system, getting lost in the sound. It was truly an epic moment. From there Federico took over, he hand delivered the system to my home, set everything up and tuned it to my space. He spent an hour teaching me every control and way to use it. On top of that they gave me a complimentary cleaning brush! The system is my pride and joy, and is by far the greatest investment I've made and a massive part of that is down to genuine care and enthusiasm the guys provided along the way. I'm new to the hifi world and listening to both Eric and Federico's backgrounds in music and their endless passion for it has left me forever inspired to keep learning. I cannot recommend SoundLux more, not just for the service but for the journey they took me on to find the system I now love. Cheers guys!

I began the search for home theater installation companies. I called four companies--one of which was a store chain and three others who are independent. Living On Technology (LOT) was a referral by one company I thought was a home theater company but was actually a distributer of home theater products to actual home theater companies, not consumers. That owner gave me Luis's name and number and told me that, in his opinion, no one knew more about home theater products than Luis. Our house could be considered more complex than the average home. The front main part is a pitched roof from 1955, the center part of the house is from 1970's and it is a flat roof, which extends to the back part of the house which is again a pitched roof. The area I wanted the home theater in is the flat roof section of the house. Upon meeting Luis, it became clear home theater is his passion. He came to our house without delay after I contacted him. He was personable, knowledgeable, and was able to tailor a system that would work for OUR house, was never pushy just to close the sale. I received visits and quotes from the other competitors, but honestly, no one could touch the level of knowledge and experience Luis brings to the table. Each home is unique. The flat roof in our house would not be easy to work with. On top of that, as the customer, I actually didn't know exactly what I wanted--standing or shelf or in-wall or in-ceiling speakers. It took me a while to figure out what exactly would be best for our house in terms of maximizing sound and yet respecting the decor I had in that room and throughout the house. There is so much more to consider than price. Rest assured, no matter what the decor style or the size of your space, Luis can advise you on the absolute best configuration and give you a range of prices and options for any budget. Luis developed a fantastic in-ceiling design. He brought in his team, CJ and Dean, and together they worked through the complex (the details/photos Luis can provide you) structural issues of our flat roof. Truly, no job is too complex for LOT. We are thankful we were put in touch with LOT. We now have the phenomenal sound we wanted without sacrificing the style and theme of our house. Oftentimes, I use the speaker system to play music when I'm in the next room making dinner. Watching TV has become an amazing, satisfying experience! The new home theater system is easy to operate, and anyone who has come to our house to hear it is absolutely blown away by the sound. No matter how complex your desired home theater space may seem (like our flat roof), whatever your budget, whatever your "theme" is in your house, you can feel confident Luis and his team will figure it all out, present ideas in a well thought out manner, and bring your home theater dream to life.
