After 1 day I'd seen no movement from them and emailed James Grene (Email : sales@prosoundgear.com Phone : 1866-279-4489) and was told the following: "There is no estimated time of arrival, but we might be receiving our next shipment within 1-3 weeks or sooner." The seller charged a $172 "restocking fee" because the item was used! It was never removed from the plastic! Went around and around, finally went back to Amazon who refunded the full amount. I'm a bookkeeper for a library foundation. We ordered a high-end microphone for our library. We ordered the correct product that works with a specific frequency. However, ProSound Gear sent the wrong product that works with a different frequency. Since they did not have the correct product in stock, we returned the original product and requested a refund. A month later, they emailed us to "confirm" that a refund had been issued to our bank account. The refund never arrived. Despite corresponding with ProSound Gear several times, there was no progress. Let me start by stating this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. On September 20th 2024 I purchased a bundle of two light bars. Delivery took longer than I expected and I only received one light bar. I inspected the light and one light was defective. I waited a couple days to see if I would be contacted about the second light bar and hear nothing. I contacted them and was told the second one was backordered and that they would send me the second one. I asked if I hadn't called would they have ever sent the second one, of course they said they would have but based on the following behavior I doubt it. The second one finally came in and the box was completely destroyed damaging the case and denting the tripod. This company touts Easy Returns however it is now November 1st 2024 and I have had to jump through hoops. I have requested, and demanded, a return authorization on numerous occasions and I am still waiting for my RA. I will never do business with this company. When you have an issue you never get to talk with anyone in charge. I called the toll free number and the young lady stated she will let the "concerned department" know. I tried several times to get her to put her manager or someone in charge on the phone, this never happened I emailed and the person who answers says the same thing, I will let the "concerned department" know. WTF is the concerned department? I am still dealing with this, a defective unit and a damaged one. I paid over $1,700 for these and this company acts like they don't care at all. I had sent pictures and copied their website with their return policy and they completely ignore my request for a return authorization. When I first brought this to their attention they had me jump through many hoops. They had me reboot it, unplug it and plug it back in, download new firmware, etc. all to tell me the light is defective. Meanwhile I told them I am very technology savvy but they insisted. I did everything they have asked, they have not done what I have asked, send me a return authorization. Initially, I had received a quote from Sweetwater as well. I ordered with Sweetwater, but right after they told me it was on backorder and I cancelled (also irritating because they didn't say so on the website). I called prosoundgear.com about this bundle and they told assured me it was in stock, so I ordered this package. Days went by and I didn't receive any shipping info, so I called. ONLY THEN did I found out they were out of stock. they said it would be 2 weeks, its been over a month. They do have a DS88 in stock so I suggested they send that instead since this was there screw-up and they already have my money. They didn't even call back to tell me yes or no. I have documented all our interactions. This is REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They could NOT care less about their customers. I doubt these dishonest tactics are exclusive to Pro Sound Gear, but since they are the ones ruining my month... here you go. Bought a Pair of EV Evolve 50M's with Light Kits. The product sounds excellent and I could not be happier with them. I did have trouble getting connected and asked Pro Sound Gear for help twice and did not receive a response through Email. I called them and they would only refer me to email for help. With no response, I called EV who walked me through a reset due to a brand new Update that just came out. Had the software App up and running in 5 minutes. While I appreciate the quick shipping of the product, I believe EV would prefer their dealers to service their clients. I give 5 stars for the product and shipping in the hopes that these comments get them to step up their Support for the products they sell. read more

Terrible customer service and bad business practices. I ordered a lighting bundle in September (7 months ago) and was sent PART of my order. The other part was cancelled and never fulfilled. They are still selling the same bundle on their website and it is labeled as "In stock" and has been confirmed to be in stock by multiple employees. After calling for 7 MONTHS and told they were "working on it", I was offered a partial refund of $300 when the parts missing total over $600 now that I have to repurchase it. Ordered an item. They were quick to charge my credit card and a few days later I got an email saying the item had been shipped and giving me a tracking number. Two days after that I checked tracking and found that UPS hadn't received the package yet. Today I got an email from Pro Sound Gear saying that they were unable to ship because their last unit in stock was damaged.
