My friend and I both went to get pedicures. One of the girls started on my friend after me and finished before. She only did one coat of paint so it was light. My friend expressed that she was not satisfied with the rushed job. Her nails we not even and looked like something you could do at home. The lady seemed annoyed and acted like she did not want to fix them. My friend asked politely if the guy who did my feet could fix hers. The guy did so but seemed irritated as well as the woman. My friend asked after he was done painting if he could help her out her shoes on as to not mess up the paint and he replied "you can do it yourself" and kicked then towards her. I got a manicure as well with no polish just a clear coat. The lady was going fast and half way through I almost wanted to say "no it's ok don't finish." But I didn't. My nails are also uneven and they still have dirt under them! When we went to pay he was not apologetic to my friend at all and no discount was offered even after our 1.5 hour trip waiting for them to fix the mistakes. He asked if it was my first time and offered me a punch card etc but was very rude to my friend because she voiced she would not be coming back. Well I won't be back either. They don't understand a word you are trying to tell them, they do everything their own way without asking the customer first, I told them to leave my toe nails the length that I had them and the guy filled them super short and round when I said I wanted them square. Worst Pedicure I have ever gotten. My friend and I went in and a gentleman started on her pedi... about 10 minuets later Tracy sat down to start mine. A lady came in and leaned over to ask if she could wax her eyebrows. Tracy told her to come back in 20 ... 30 minuets at the most. I had requested a deluxe pedicure. I received no massage and was done 20 minuets before my friend. When I asked Tracy if that was a deluxe pedi she told me it was, and that the gentleman doing her pedicure was just slow. I took my niece there to have her eyebrows waxed. She came out with a big frown on her face! Huge welt between brows, the next day she had a pretty good sized abrasion below right brow. We had to use antibiotic ointment for a few days. I also got my nails filled that day. The girl was far from gentle, told me I need a chill pill! I ended up with small cut above my right ring finger! I love this place. It is clean, the ladies in the salon are very polite, and they are patient when I have taken my teenage daughter and her friends. They've never cut me when doing my nails, they are not too rough, and they give my hands and feet a massage every time. I get my eyebrows done here as well. For a spa pedi, full set, and an eyebrow, I pay $80, which is $30 cheaper than a place I've gone by Ft Drum in Evans Mills. The only drawback is that they try to upsell, which is annoying, but they do not push like crazy, which I appreciate. read more

This is my 3rd nail place that I've tried in Watertown & this is my 3rd strikeout. I always see this place packed so I thought I'd give it a try. I haven't had a pedicure in almost 9 months because there are no decent nail salons in this city. From the moment I sat in the chair the guy was trying to sell me gel polish. After about the 10th time of saying I wasn't gonna Pay $20 extra just for gel nail polish he tried to give me an under the table type deal. That was my first red flag. He was very pushy & I don't go to get a pedicure to be bullied into a ridiculously priced extra. I go to relax & I wasn't relaxed at all. I got the most expensive pedicure but honestly there wasn't any difference compared to just a regular pedicure. The massage was crappy & rushed. He kept trying to roll my ankle but honestly just hurt me. Hmmmm... could it be because he's a nail technician & not a chiropractor?! Then he punched the bottom of my feet like it just stole his money! Nothing relaxing or soothing about that. While he was cleaning up my nails he was so rough with the way he grabbed my foot & individual toes. Then he would just drop my feet without any warning & my heels would slam down. How fun right?! Smh the polish job was absolute crap too. He didn't even bother to clean up any of the edges. Did I mention my entire pedicure from start to finish was only 40 min long? Terrible. My sister and I went here and feel like we spent our money on nothing. The lady doing my sisters pedicure was doing another lady's manicure at the same time. People need to know the truth about this salon, don't read all the fake reviews their workers write for themselves. I am very upset with the way my friend and I were treated while getting our nails done. First of all, as soon as we walked in, they didn't let us sit down and choose a nail color, instead they rushed us over to the chair and made us pick a color immediately after starting filing my nails. Even after I asked for some time to pick a color, they insisted that we hop in the chair right away. Tony and Quinn were very rude to us, making very sexual comments toward us while they thought both of us were under the age of 18. Once they found out we were above 18, their sexual jokes continued.Tony asked my friend if she liked her nose ring to be pulled on in the bedroom, while Quinn asked me if I had a tongue piercing. Tony made jokes about Quinn going to jail because he thought I was under the age of 18. The worst of it all was at the end when Tony literally groped my friend's arm all the way up to her bra strap. Anyone who is a nail tech knows you are not supposedly to go past the elbow when giving a massage, or else your license could be provoked. To top it all off, I was in a great deal of pain while getting my nails done, to the point where I was bleeding from one of my fingers. Quinn got rather defensive when I told him I was in pain, and made fun of me for telling him "ow". My nails came out decent, but the way I was treated here was a complete joke. My acrylics broke on vacation in Watertown so I ran to the mall to get a fill. I waited in the salon chair for 30 minutes before I was waited on and got terrible service. The cost for acrylics is $17+ and Tracy charged me $25 because I broke a nail. 3 days later, three of my acrylics fell off! Will never return and do not recommend. Me and my mother in-law and sister in-law and some family friends where out for a girls day. That was horribly ruined. They where trying to rip us off. They didn't explain the prices so when it came out to paying , the bill was 200 dollars just for me my mother an law and sister in law. All i wanted was a fill and the manicurist repeated said that my nails are horrible and they are lifting. But they werent that bad lifting. He ripped of the old acrylic off and i jumped in pain!!! Then later tried to charge us for a fullset. Also they failed to tell my mother an law that gel is 20 dollars on top of a 20 pedicure. And a extra 5. So i changed my mind and just got regular polish and the paint job was horrible. The service was terrible took 2 hours for 4 people to get pedicures and they reused all of their equipment. There is a separate box so they can reuse the flip flops and toe seperators. Very unsanitary they didn't clean the tub for your feet and reused their tools for pedicures as well. The woman who did my toes was rude and did one coat of nail polish. She then proceeded to use a brush that hadn't been washed to get the nail polish off my skin but took off the corners of polish off of my nails. The man who did my friends toes was dripping sweat everywhere and used a cuticle cutter to cut her nails. I hope i don't get a fungus from how unsanitary this place was. At first my wife and I thought this was going to be an excellent experience. It was far from that. First the establishment was not nearly as clean as it should have been. Then the person (I was going to use the description gentleman, but that would not be fitting, pompous jerk would fit better). Anyways, Tony, criticized my feet even after explaining that I had had FOUR, yes four joint replacements and it makes it very difficult to have someone manipulate my feet/legs without pain. He was rude and LOUD in reprimanding me for not getting my nails done every 2 weeks. To top it off my wife had to wait for the staff to finish TWO other customers that came in after us before they finished her french manicure. Do not go here. There have got to be better places in Watertown, New York! read more

I as a nail tech would not advise going to pro spa nails. They may seem clean they may be friendly. That does not mean that your getting the service you need. They clean their tubs with fabuloso! The stuff you buy from walmart! That doesnt kill bacteria that cause foot funguses. Not a good place to go. Ive not seen them clean their tpols after doing a mani or pedi! Horrible. I made an appointment a day in advance to come here to get a full set of nails. I got there right on time and waited 20 minutes just to get a seat. Then another 20 once I got one. I picked my color and was then told there was no time for a full set and she was going to do French tips for the same price. At that point I just wanted to be done with it, so I figured why not, it won't hurt. Actually? It hurt. It hurt a whole lot. For several days after the fact, actually. I've been getting fake nails for years, at several different locations. Never in my life have I been so rushed and ignored. She blazed through my nails in 15 minutes. She rushed so much that she forgot to even clip two of my nails, drew blood filing one of them, and glued so many of them to my actual skin that for days afterwards they throbbed and hurt like nothing I've experienced with fake nails before. Within two days they were already chipping and had air underneath. I can't believe that I actually paid money for this "service". So disappointed and do not recommend whatsoever. read more

Please please don't waste money here and go somewhere else. First I asked for a gel set and she proceeds to do a more expensive "pink and white set." She then tries to talk me into doing it over my regular nails instead of the extensions. My nails were all different lengths so I declined. She complained while putting the extensions on that my fingers weren't the same size....well no kidding. She took a chunk out of my finger and made me bleed pretty badly. She also filed the nails too much so I have pink showing through the white, they are all lumpy and there's a lot of extra acrylic underneath and on my cuticles and finger. My fingers were very sore the next day. Now 4 days later they are starting to lift from my nails. Not worth the $60. read more

Get ready for a long one.... I came here to get a fill in since the place i went to had to long of a wait. They got me in fast and they were very nice. They understood I had to get my daughter from daycare. Well I got a gel nail polish, it was a natural due to me not being able to have color. He was pretty fast and made my nails look decent is what I thought at the time. I had to leave so I just looked and the color looked nice. Well after I picked up my daughter and got home my nails looked like total crap. The polish looked like it had craters in it and it was separating where is wasn't on the nail on some parts. I went back in to have it fixed and the guy that did my nails was a total ass. He told me it was my fault that he made my nails look good, and the other people made my nails look bad, but I didn't have them fix it, "they made your nail ugly, and I make them pretty." He proceeded to tell me that they have the right to not get me in again, and next time I will have to pay to get them fixed since it wasn't their fault. He was very rude told me they've been in business for 10 years and I was pretty much the worst customer. But if I'm going to pay 35 for an acrylic full in with gel polish then I want them done right. He told me it was because they put 3 layers of gel on so it's suppose to do that. Last time I checked nails are suppose to be smooth, not look like craters in the moon. Then the tops of my nails weren't even straight. They have completely lost my service. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Then he had the balls to apologize to me for being mean. He shouldn't of even been mean! My nails were jacked. I refused color the second time and just wanted a clear coat. They still aren't perfect. My daughter asked for acrylics and only wanted regular polish. She was given gel and charged $40. She has been other places and not cut. She was nicked 3 times and one of her fingers was bleeding. Nails were not all cut the same and were not uniform in thickeness (thicker than ever before). The man could not understand what the color turquoise was and was rude to her when she tried to explain.
