I was treated extremely rudely by Tina at my appointment yesterday for a fill and gel polish. My first two times she had been professional and pleasant. Yesterday she literally sneered at me throughout my appointment acting as if I was a burden to her and that she didn't have the time to do me as she was so busy. The final straw was when she started to apply the gel polish I had picked out. She stated that the polish I picked out was no good. She didn't explain why but just kept repeating it. She walked away and said she would come back after I picked another polish. I picked another one in the same pink color family. She again said "no good" and basically threw the bottle on the table. She handed me another group of swatches and told me to pick one. None of them were even close to what I wanted. Eventually she handed me another one that worked. Again sneering and stomping around throughout. Not a Spa service,downright rude! When I gave her a $5 tip(that she did not deserve) she again sneered at me, did not thank me and did not say goodbye. I will never return to that salon. (My sister was with me and could not believe how I was treated) they lost 2 customers ! read more

Horrible customer service the older woman insulted my husband right in front of our faces and the guy there doing my toes for a lack of better words looked dirty and like he'd just woken up, and never had done pedicures a day in his life. It was sloppy and uncomfortable and 64$ for us to get our nails trimmed and bad quality lotion put on our legs. I came in to get a pedi, And like a lot of women, or men; I went to Starbucks for my drink before so I can enjoy it kid free while getting my toes done Not even sitting down, the older woman doing my nails, accidentally spilled my drink. She felt bad, clearly. Still annoyed by the situation, not having a drink. I was already upset. She asked the shorter man to possibly get me another. His reply and I quote "that sounds like your problem" Sitting in his chair not even giving the time of day to get up from his chair to help her possibly clean the mess so she could start the pedicure. WOW!!! So I move to New York about 2 months ago. I have been having a hell of a time finding a quality nail salon that does a decent pedicure... y'all I think I found my nail salon!!! First impressions this salon is super serious about COVID-19. It's the first salon that took my temperature and made me sign a paper stating that I didnt have symptoms, or wasn't pending results. Pretty cool. Additionally, I had to sign in.. so I'm sure that if someone came up positive, I would be contacted. This salon was Uber clean!!! Every pedicure bin was covered and each item used on me was individually sealed. So no reusing of nail files, loofah, buffers, and their instruments were in a sterile container. Very nice. They DIDN'T RUSH MY SERVICE!!!! Oh my gosh!!! I loved every bit of it!!! I am one that goes for pedicures to relax and enjoy the service. I got the spa deluxe.. it has the crystals... which are like a jelly substance.. I had never experienced it before.. and got to swirl my feet in it for 10 minutes!!! And THEN had paraffin wax for 10 min and THEN hot stone massage for 10 min and then another massage for 15 min!!! This is all in addition to the usual pedicure stuff and painting of my toes!! Oh and LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE POLISH!!!! DAMN!! They have AT LEAST 100 gel (shellac) colors to choose from.. and if you are like me.. a SHIT TON of SPARKLY colors!!! Oh and they even have "cat eye" colors.. which are sooooo cool. My pedicure was only $65. So VERY budget friendly. And this was the top of the line. They do have cheaper options. Oh and I also had them wax my eyebrows... forgive the tired momma eyes!!! Its been a long night...lol but my eyebrows are at least in point ;) they did a fantastic job and only charged $12. I came in for a pedicure and was really excited because I haven't had one in years. The guy doing my pedicure was nice and he painted my nails good, but I was slightly annoyed that I paid almost $50 just to have my toes painted (with gel.) I sat down and put my feet into lukewarm water and he started and only very lightly cleaned up my cuticles (I had a lot of dead skin/cuticle I wanted gone) and a gentle file on my heels. He didn't use any scrubs on my feet/legs, didn't massage or use a hot towel, no lotion or cuticle oil, he barely clipped/filed my toenails and barely scrubbed my heels. Granted, maybe I had to ask? But I thought those things were the norm for a pedicure and it was expensive when i could have just had my husband paint my nails at home for free. I won't be back unfortunately. read more

If i could give 0 stars, I unfortunately would. I had high hopes for this place as there was several good reviews. I went there to get a full gel pedicure as I needed one. Right away the guy who did them was super judgmental. I do have short toenails, but they're there - easily paintable. The guy kept pointing out the fact that they were short and was laughing at me. Then he proceeded to point out that I have an ingrown toenail, which I was aware of - I apologized because I wasn't sure what to say. When he was removing it he was being very rough and it hurt really bad. It shouldn't hurt as bad as it did as I've had them removed as salons before. He didn't wear a mask either, and he was breathing quite heavily on my feet which made me very uncomfortable as well. He kept watching the guy next to me do my sister-in-laws feet, so I think he was trying to keep up with him. I noticed the guy who did her feet was fantastic. He did the pumice stone properly on hers, whereas the guy who did my feet barely touched my feet with it. He was moving very slow at that point and when he had the stone in one hand and my foot in the other, my sister-in-law and I both saw him literally fall asleep for a split second and let out a snore. Eyes fully closed, head dropped. He did not do the scrub on my legs before the lotion either, whereas the other guy did. He just went straight to lotion. When he was doing the lotion on my legs I thought he was going to fall asleep again as when he was breathing heavy, it sounded like he was snoring / falling asleep. He did a ton on my feet alone and when he did in between my toes he went super fast so it tickled a little so my foot did twitch, and he thought it was hilarious and just kept doing it more and it made me very uncomfortable. I couldn't help but to notice how slow he was moving when touching my feet which made me very uncomfortable , but what made it worse is that he literally traced the outline of my right foot with his finger. Then before painting he put rubbing alcohol on my toes. I'm assuming that's normal i'm not sure at this point. But he did a terrible job painting them. They are super spotty especially on my big toes. It was gel too. Then at the end instead of doing oil on the toes, he put more rubbing alcohol on them. He didn't even put the hot towel on my legs after. Charged me $41 for a full pedicure when it wasn't even a full pedicure. Missed out on a lot, really hurt my toes, and made me very uncomfortable the entire time. read more

Sadly, I cannot recommend this salon. I walked in and asked if they could do a pedicure and manicure. They said sure and asked me to pick my colors. I sat for almost an hour. There were only four other people getting serviced, two who came in after me. Since I walked in, I patiently waited for my turn. After almost an hour, I was seated in a pedicure chair and put my feet in cold water. I sat for about another half an hour without one employee acknowledging me. In fact, they started another person before me. No checking in. No letting me know how long the wait was. As I was sitting there, I noticed how filthy this salon was. Dust and dirt all over the products. The longer I waited, the less I felt good about being there. Had the place been clean and the employees acknowledged me, I would have gladly waited. read more

We were walk-ins and were seen right away for 2 pedicures and a gel manicure. The atmosphere was very soothing with its European decor and elevator-style music playing in the background. The massage chairs have several options to chose from including recline/incline and forward/back which makes a huge difference for us shorter folks. I was offered a complimentary glass of wine and the Deluxe Pedicure was so relaxing. The lotion scrub smelled so good and the warm towels felt absolutely amazing. I never felt rushed, in fact they really took their time maybe 45 minutes of massages and pampering before they even started grooming my nails. I have no other local places to compare this establishment to, but in comparison with places in Virginia, Texas and Hawaii this is easily at the top. Now, with that being said, even though my experience was good the person who came with me pretty much sat waiting with feet in soaked water for about 40-45 minutes before even starting. We even joked how his feet looked all wrinkled like an old man's that's how bad it was. They really need to hire more people. With only 2 workers to answer phones and provide every service on the menu, the wait is extremely long, I guess we just got lucky with timing. During my pedicure they quoted an hour wait to three walk ins and booked several phone appointments an hour out which tells me when these people come in they'll prob be waiting for them to finish up the lobby wait. I can see how different people can have very vast experiences at this place. Hiring more staff would easily make this place a 5-star establishment. read more

I would not recommend this salon. I had a bad feeling about 5 minutes in, but tried to give it a fair chance by hanging through the whole way. My experience was terrible. I had a male mail tech he continued to talk about sports long after I politely explained I don't follow sports. He constantly wiped the corners of his mouth with his gloved hands in between working on my feet. He made fun of my toenails being "too short" (I've never heard that about my nails), and then he didn't bother squaring them up. I opted for the deluxe pedicure, but he barely rubbed the scrub my legs or feet them wiped it off. There is still residue on my legs from scrub because he did not rinse my legs, only wiped them with a towel. Then when it was time to paint my nails he kept getting the polish on my skin. I'm leaving with polish all over the top of my toes and feet and scrub on my calves. On top of all this he even laughed at my friend when she indicated her paraffin wax was too hot. Extremely disappointed I just wasted my hard earned money on this. There are some many other issues and lack of professionalism but these were the top issues. read more

I changed my original review from two stars down to 1. After 3 days I realized that the woman charged me for gel polish but only used regular polich and the light. DO NOT GO HERE! The salon looks very nice however service didnt match the atmosphere or price. I was a walkin with my girlfriend. The two women doing our nails got into an argument. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had. The old man clearly was mad that I came in at 5:30 when they closed at 7:00. I asked him if he wanted me to come back another day and all he did was point to the chair that he wanted me to sit in. I was undecided on what color I wanted and this really upset him. The whole time he was doing my nails he was jerking my fingers around and making them crack at the knuckles. He kept huffing and puffing and making loud breathing noises out of anger. He didn't speak to me at all and did not treat me the way someone should treat a customer. I was very nice and polite complimented the nice salon and said thank you for doing my nails even though I could tell her was annoyed I came in but he never responded with your welcome or even any words at all. So as he continued doing my nails he was extremely miserable not speaking at all. He kept trying to get me to do coffin nails when I kept telling him I wanted round nails over and over and it seemed to upset him that I wanted them my way. He was very angry that I did not know what color I wanted I was indecisive as they did not have an example of the color I wanted which was black with Matte over it. He threw his hands in the air and stormed back to his seat I then proceeded to ask what is wrong with him and why is he treating me so bad he then stated that I either know what color I want or I don't. I then said you know what I'll just do the black and be done with it. He proceeded to finish my nails and as soon as they were dry the only thing he said was "done". He was very unprofessional and very very rude. When I went to leave I expressed my feelings to him by telling him how I thought it was extremely rude how he treated me and he should think twice about how to treat paying customers . I did not receive my full service as he did not put oil on my cuticles nor did he put lotion on my hands or the hot towel. He did not complete my service at all nor did he treat me with respect. I suggest he get a wake up call as he is working in customer service. I will share my story continuously because what happened was awful and they worst experience I ever had. My suggestion is if you don't want people coming in an hour and a half before you close, then close sooner. Because that was initially what pissed him off. I will be contacting the better Business bureau in regards to this whole situation. I cannot be the only person that he treated this way! read more

Not only do the technicians do an amazing job on your nails, the customer service here is stellar. Went here to get an acrylic fill. It was painful. I've been getting my nails done for years and it's never hurt before. Also they charge extra to cut your nails which is just ridiculous. Then I got my eyebrows done and the wax was crazy hot. I wouldn't be surprised if I get blisters. Probably will not return to this place. read more
