I am traveling thru and was only here for two week but I could not wait any longer to get my nails done. I was able to get an appointment pretty easily. The woman was super sweet, quick, and did great work. Plus her tiny kitten was so much fun. Her space is airy, clean, and inviting. She has A TON of colors and mood changing colors. She can do great designs and has a ton of stamps. So creative and fun. read more

Absolutely amazing!! The only place I will be getting waxed from now on. I have been on the hunt for a while and finally found exactly what I was looking for. The Nail Shoppe is clean, and Jodi is friendly and professional. She is knowledgeable and was able to provide tips and tricks to keep my sensitive skin under control and to maintain my wax. I love that The Nail Shoppe is appointment only, making the experience private and also cuts down on your normal waiting in a loud/cramped lobby 15-20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. I also appreciate that there is a complimentary wax a week after your appointment to help get your hair on the same growing cycle. I couldn't be happier! I have tried 3 other salons and The Nail Shoppe is the only one I will ever return to for a wax. Overall, I highly recommend The Nail Shoppe!! read more

Had my first Brazilian Wax today at The Nail Shoppe and I am a convert! The space is very clean and nicely decorated. Jodi was wonderful to deal with and made the whole experience pleasant. (Well, as pleasant as a wax can be.) I felt completely comfortable the entire time and I'm sad I didn't come to her sooner. She even went out of her way to find me a new waxer in Tucson because of my upcoming move! Highly recommend! read more

Jodi is the woman to go to when you need a manicure, pedicure, or anything waxed. She is gentle, her shop is extremely clean and sanitary, and she's great to talk to. I love the color changing gel polish she has and all the color options available. Her schedule is pretty flexible which is a huge plus for me. read more

Just relocated from Fort Bragg, NC and was looking for an esthetician & Jodi's name was the only name I kept seeing on Facebook. I have been in the spa business since 2005. I worked at Mint Julep from 2010-2017. I recently opened my own shop on May 2, 2017! I have been a NYS Licensed Nail Tech and Licensed Waxing Specialist since 2010. I also have my Massage Therapy License (2005), but am currently retired.

I love making people look and feel beautiful! I pride myself on cleanliness and sanitation. I do not double dip in my wax, I use disposable files, and wear gloves for all services. Everyone needs to take time for themselves. If you look good, you feel good!

This is cute little shop is an oasis getaway! The shop it's self is beautiful and relaxing. Jodi is professional and does an EXCELLENT job! She is so talented and has an eye for perfectionism. She uses the proper steps for disinfection/sanitation. (I'm an NYS licensed cosmetologist and know what to look for!) She used ONLY cleaned/new implements for my pedicure and I watched her properly disinfect for the next client after my service. My feet have never looked better! Jodi is the best choice for nails in Watertown! You will get endless design options, lots of color choices and the best customer service. I've been seeing Jodi now for about a year and wouldn't consider going anywhere else in town. If my gel polish chips or my nail(s) break within the first few days after my manicure, Jodi will fix it for free. She also runs various specials and birthday deals for regular or new customers.
