The computer in my truck malfunctioned and my truck left me stranded , I was down town and in the heat and I had my buddy recommend me to pro tech and all I can saw is wow!!! I've never seen a company take so much pride in there equipment , the truck Was absolutely beautiful inside and out and super clean!!! These people are evil.... They tried to come after me for abandoned car fees...... They knew I was not the last legal owner and they didnt care. After a battle and a complaint to the attorney general, I finally was about to sue them, probably still should. They chose to go after me.... Maybe the last couple of owners didnt have a job or something????? It took a lot of work to make these snakes go away!!!! People are very rude...was picking up my car the guy was taking to my teen son so rude holding his hand on his gun and he looks like over 40 years I guess he got scared of my teen son.... and then lady sad that my son step on privet property.... but there is no fance....so be careful if you guys dealing with this compony watch your steps out there. read more

Bill and Dick are not only trustworthy, but just "good people" who care about their customers, and are very knowledgeable. My car has never been impounded, but I'm pretty sure that they keep them in a gated and locked area. Maybe Bob's friend isn't a stand up guy. read more
