Terrible company. I was driving beside and slightly behind their tow truck. They had a car with a lot of front end damage on the truck. A metal part comes sailing off of the car and hit my car. At the next stop light I yelled at him through his closed passenger window and told him what happened. I pulled over as soon as I could and he stopped behind me. I generally don't give reviews, but I also believe that when you treat customers badly, others should be warned. Be careful with this company; the lady in the office is very rude for no reason. I found her to be aggressive when trying to get something as simple as a receipt. I asked her if it is legal to make a person ride on the back of a tow truck bed. This didn't seem safe to me. Sadly, her response was not kind. This is the first time I have ever had a bad experience with a tow company. I hope they can improve the way they choose to treat people. read more

This place is a joke they just towed my friends motor cycle it hasn't even made it to the yard yet and they are charging $525. There needs to be regulations on how much can be charged. This guy came up my street, tried to turn around in the neighbor's driveway, missed it by 6' and got stuck. Must be a rookie driver. I offered help, he said he was fine, 1/2 hour later he was still in my yard, digging a hole with his dually tires. I went out to talk to him, got into an argument with the guy who came to help, it just got worse and worse. I called the Shop and got more "attitude". These guys are terrible at their PR, I would have been content with an apology, but they only wanted to argue with me and say it wasn't their fault (no one else drove onto my yard). Very poor way to treat elderly members of the Community, I will NEVER recommend them, and am looking forward to investigating my yard in the Spring. Very interesting tow experience! I have never had a problem with any tow company until now. My car was towed, not for mechanical purposes but because of where I had parked it. When I retrieved it from the tow yard I paid 270 dollars. I started the car and all the lights on the dash came on and the power steering would not work. (I keep my car in great condition, and service it regularly at the dealership). I had them tow it to the dealership. I asked the owner of "Anytime Towing" what to do if the dealership finds something wrong with it due to towing. The owner said, "Sue me, I'll see you in court". I was shocked, as was the service team at the dealership. They had never heard a response like that. (I had them on speaker phone as I talked with the tow company so as to have witnesses to what I couldn't believe was being said.) read more

Absolutely terrible!!! I wish I could give them no stars! Chris initially came out, he called to tell them he didn't have the right truck. The guy he talked to said that I would need to get the insurance company to pay them more. I said fine and if they won't then I will pay the fee, I just need my car towed. Chris had to leave for another call, and said that someone would be back with another truck. I waited, and waited and waited. I called the insurance company, they called and said that the job was done. I told her what happened and that I am still stuck at work. She called back, he argued with her and HUNG UP ON HER 4 times before BLOCKING her number! Where do they do that at?! Chris called me back to say they were supposed to send another truck and now it wasn't available and he apologized...thanks Chris! Worst day ever...most terrible company ever! read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I broke down on the highway. Had to get a hold of my insurance company for roadside assistance. They got Anytime to respond. The dispatch from Anytime called me to get a more exact location. Dispatcher asked me to pull up GPS and call him back to tell him how many miles I was away from the desired location. I pulled it up on Google maps and it said 21 miles from my exact location to the service shop. Called Anytime Dispatch back and told him it was 21. We agreed on the price of $5 (insurance pays for 20 miles of towing). Tow truck arrives (driver driving like a bat out of hell). Hooks up the Suburban. I had my husband reset our trip counter on his car because I felt like something was sketchy. My husband and I followed the tow truck. From the spot that we were to the parking lot of the service shop, the trip counter showed 21.3 miles. Get to the shop, the tow truck driver proceeds to tell me that I owe $15. I disagreed with him. Eventually, I just agreed to pay it but said that I didn't appreciate being scammed. I gave him a $20 and he told me it was too much and that he didn't have change. I took the $20 in to the service shop to see if they could break it. They could not. While in the shop the dispatcher called me back and started in on me. I disputed the charge with him. We could not come to a resolution. The dispatcher was condescending. Went back out to the driver and asked if he could take card. He was on the phone with his dispatch. He tried to hand me his phone to give card information and I refused to take his phone. He took my card and gave the dispatch the card number. I stated that there had not be any more than $15 charged or there will be issues. The driver then started yelling profanities at me. He told me "I should have left your fat ass on the side of the road. I don't give a shit about you and your car. You are nothing but a fat bitch. You should just fucking die you fat cow." I walked away from him and he continued to yell profanities at me. He then peeled out of the parking lot and continued to yell profanities. This is not the professional behavior that one should display. I am sickened by the way this man handled a dispute. He should be fired. I would not recommend Anytime towing to anyone. I also called my insurance carried and lodged a complaint and their contract with them is now under review. read more

No one wants to call for a tow truck, ever. Least of all a hundred miles from home on a Sunday. Chris came and got us, was very professional and personable. Gave us a ride home and showed up an hour early for his shift to come get us when we were stranded. I cannot say enough about how much better he made my day! I have had two separate tows with Anytime Towing due to my car having mechanical issues. The first time I had car problems I called my insurance company to send any driver out to help me. Today I specifically requested that Anytime Towing and Recovery come out. I got excellent customer service on both service requests. The driver was prompt and polite and best of all he was familiar with my mechanic, so he knew exactly where to take my car. He made this super easy for me and I know my that car is in safe hands. Absolutely awful customer service ordered a tow two hours in advance and after 15 minutes past the time of when I was told it would arrive and was told they had rerouted my tow and it would be another 20 minutes before someone would arrive waited for 30 more minutes called back and was placed on hold then was told it would be another 10 minutes before my tow would arrive STILL NO TOW called again and she told me it could be AN HOUR the gal on the phone was very rude and not one bit helpful basically telling me I would have to deal with it she had no idea what was even going on asking me my address where I'm going and what car it is I missed my service appointment and was an hour late to work call absolutely anyone else read more

I'm frustrated. We just had an associate come out to tow a vehicle because the ignition broke off and we weren't able to put it into neutral so we needed someone to help us get it to a shop. The associate drove past our business and proceeded to call and get angry because he got lost. It's the 21st century you have a smart phone.... google the directions. Once he arrived he had an attitude when we tried to explain that we weren't sure how they were going to tow it since we couldn't put it into neutral (he knew that before getting here). He called his boss to see if it was something they could do and he proceeds to tell us his boss doesn't want to deal with it so we need to call our insurance back and he left. Not only was he rude and condescending but then he left without even helping us. Terrible customer service and although we had no choice who came to our rescue, we will make sure to ask for another company. read more

They showed up three and a half hours after we called. We had a camper and a pickup and he asked us to hitch up the camper to his pickup. He sat on the grass and watched. Then drove like a madman when pulling the camper--jerking around corners and hopping curbs-- causing contents to fly all over inside. He's obviously never pulled a camper before. The pick up was on a flat bed. And we had a dirt bike on an elevated carrier. There was also an ATV which he made us unload. ( fortunately we had another truck in our party who was able to take it, otherwise I guess he was planning to leave it on the side of the road). The bike was high and we were concerned it would hit power lines. His solution...drive slowly under them and hope for the best. If you have to ride with them in their vehicle to the repair place, expect to emerge from the truck with grease spots on your clothes. read more

Worst customer service I had ever had! We had a disabled vehicle due to winter weather that was unfortunately right in the middle of an arterial intersection. Our insurance company was very sympathetic and said they would get someone out as soon as possible. We were given an ETA that was about an hour and 40 mins away; long but not unreasonable given the circumstances. We were called by the insurance company several times to "check on us". Not once did we hear from the company. After they were late by 30 mins, a driver called us, asking which side of the road we were on and stated they "would be right there", giving the impression they were right around the corner and were looking for us. No apology. No explanation as to why they were not there. Fifteen minutes later, still no truck! So I called and the driver stated abruptly where he was and when he would be there, making it clear he was irritated with our pestering. Again, no apology or explanation. Fifteen minutes later driver finally arrived, showing no concern for us, our car, or the fact that he was more than an hour late. A simple acknowledgement that he was late should have been given! He should have been straight with us on the first phone call telling us he was not even close! I can not believe the nonchalant attitude we were met with in this very stressful situation. My insurance company was awesome by the way, and I have every intention of making a complaint in the hopes that they never send Anytime Towing out on another rescue mission, subjecting others to this kind of treatment! read more
