They found that the DVR that John sold me a little over a year ago, was very dated and the lowest of quality and was on its last legs. I had the new Company install a name brand DVR and it works fabulously. The Front Gate camera that I mentioned on the last review was grainy and skipped. The new company fixed the settings to make it hi def. Smart Tech obviously didn't have a clue on how to make it work properly. One of the cameras that John moved stopped working because of a faulty wire - duh!. So, this all cost me money, but at least I have a good system and a company that knows what they are doing. Recommendation: If you're going to use Smart Technology: 1. Make sure you do your research on the recommended products and use only name brand - not the crap that Smart Tech makes a huge markup on. 2. Get a copy of their written warranty before doing business with them. 3. Do not pay him until you are totally satisfied. 4.
