I came here last week for a pedicure and had the worst experience. The lady who was doing my toes was so rude. She asked me at least 5 times if i wanted an eyebrow wax after I kept saying no and every time I said no she started laughing at me. She even did a coocoo swirl with her finger at me and started laughing with the other ladies. She also did the nails of the little girl I brought with me and would not paint her nails the color she wanted and told her it wouldn't look good so the nail lady went and picked her own color (it was similar, but still, thats not what she wanted). In the end, our nails looked fine (I had to have her fix one because she missed a huge section of my nail) but these did not last even a few days. The polish on my toes usually last at least a week and a half whenever I get them done elsewhere, but my nails were completely chipped by day 3, and same with the little girl's. Very disappointed. i just went to Pro Top Nails with two of my cousins and it was amazing. the ladies working there were very nice and quite funny. also, the entire atmosphere of the salon was calm and everybody in there was very friendly. my nails look great! i got the normal painted nails and the lady who did mine shaped them, cleaned up my cuticles and did an very nice overall job on my nails in a very short time. i will definitely be coming back here with more! read more

AMAZING!!! WONDERFUL! My friend and I decided to get our nails done and I thought we should try Pro Top. We arrived Saturday at around 5:30pm and were greeted immediately. The ladies were so nice and thorough. At one point I was gabbing with my friend and I accidentally moved my hand when the nail tech was painting on the gel. She immediately fixed my hand...I felt so bad...but she was very professional and obviously a perfectionist because she wanted to make sure my nails were just that, perfect. They took such great time and care for us. Never rushing. Before I knew it, it was almost 7pm. And I didn't realize until after we had left, and I looked at their door, that they were supposed to close at 6pm. They never rushed us...never mentioned they were about to close, just gave great care and attention to me and my friend. I will never go anywhere else again. What I really appreciated was the menu pricing being displayed...showed every charge.. Upfront..no guessing what price something will be...how much you will be charged...displayed for all to see. And...the prices are amazing!! At least $5 to $10 cheaper than other locations, but the quality is way better too...so it's a win win! It's a small location, but comfortable. Comfortable chairs... horrible. i got my nails done (acrylic) about a week and a half ago and 6 have fallen off. they have fallen off by doing everyday things such as washing my hair or putting on pants. i am so disappointed and upset i want a refund. never will i go here again. the $25 was not worth it. i can only have my nails on for a short period of a time because of my sport and now i have 4 nails left and it looks so gross!! Came here today for the first time! We came in at 6pm and they seated us and started right away even though they closed at 7. They were so friendly and welcoming. The store was cute and clean and they had a good selection of colors to choose from! Jenny, the owner, even stayed after hours to do an eye brow wax for us. Be weary of what you ask for, what they actually do and how much it costs. I only wanted my polish changed, and the nail lady did just that (didn't clean my cuticles, under my nails, etc.). Still, I said twice that I only wanted my polish changed, so I was thinking that she understood that. Well, when I go up to pay, she charges me for a full-priced manicure. I'm like what?? U did a manicure?? And she's like "yeah yeah I cleaned cuticles and stuff!" I knew she was bullshitting and probably trying to trick me because I look really young. I paid the amount for a manicure even though the skin around my nails, cuticles, and under my nails were obviously NOT done. I didn't want to cause a scene though because the woman who did my pedicure seemed sweet & attentive. All of the staff members are actually nice & sweet. I'm still thinking about calling the owner regarding the transaction though. It's sad because I thought I had finally found a good, affordable nail salon close to home :(( I still may come in for pedicures, but will most likely avoid manicures read more

I bounced around from salon to salon for years. One day, apprx 4 yrs ago, I was a walk in & haven't bounced around since. Tony does the most absolute fabulous pink & white I have ever had. they last longer in between fills than all past experiences. I also get a pedicure each visit & while I have a couple of favorites, all of the ladies do an outstanding job. All nail shops get backed up due to walk ins, customers showing up late, etc. Even with as busy as they get with regular customers, they always seem to be able to fit in walk-ins. I came in for the first time a few days ago for a basic full set of acrylic nails. (basic polish NO pink and white) I ended up having two people work on me (Kim and Tony) Kim started off my nails and Tony finished them. After paying the $20 i was really happy with my nails. About 3 days later i started to notice pink splotches around the sides of the acrylics. They were not only around the sides, but on the bottom and they looked like they were growing in size. I called and Tony asked me to come in so he could look at them. When i went in Kim was very dismissive and told me that there was nothing wrong with the nails and that it was the "Top clear coat" that was making them turn pink. They said they would repaint them for free but they were unwilling to change the nails. I agreed and picked out all new colors. The girl that repainted my nails was super hostel and kept making comments about how this time is free but next time i would pay and even hinted around it was my fault they were turning pink. After she finished she told me they would not turn pink again. Its now been 2 days and guess what the pink is back. I called today to let them know what was happening and they now want me to bring my own nail polish in so they can repaint them, and they are refusing to give me my money back and the girl on the phone said she doesn't have time for me, and hung up on me. This place has the worst customer service. Calling back to speak to Tony not only was he rude but put his "client" on the phone to tell me he is to busy to talk to me. They will not tell me when their manager will be in and will not tell me who their owner is. This place has been horrific. read more
