I had called A&L Automotive for help with my car issue and they referred me to Henry's for towing when I asked. Note that because they have a referral relationship you can roll your towing into your car repair bill and get a discount! (I did not do this as I wanted to submit my receipt to insurance but I thought it was a great option). I called Henry's early on a Saturday morning and left a message. They called back, let me know they'd have a driver in the area in about an hour. They also asked if we needed a ride to the shop too or if they were just taking the car. They were patient with me (I was a bit stressed and almost cry-y - it was embarrassing but they were professional). That worked. Guess what - their driver arrived like 15 mins later! He was friendly, polite, told me what to expect and then got down to business. He had my car loaded up quickly and securely. He also had a very clean truck and room for both my friend and I to ride along. Henry's Towing was very helpful and really helped make this stressful out of town car breakdown experience manageable. Also I thought they were affordable - it was about $75-80 to town my car. I think we went close to 5 miles.

went to see a show at Gillioz. parked in a parking garage that I did not see any plainly seen…read moresigns to not park there. Came back from the show and my car was missing. Didn't know if it was stolen or towed. went back to look at the entrance it say in HUGE letters " cars need rest too" or something like that. Underneath that in very small white letters it said permit only parking. no other signs once you are inside to be seen so I thought I was in the clear. Once we tracked down where our car was towed. we went to PRM towing. The price to get my car back was high but what I expected when i did some research. They guy running the counter was polite and sympathetic agreeing that the place we parked was very poorly marked and he didn't agree with how they do things but he was just doing his job. My main complaint about the whole ordeal is with the parking garage for poorly marked signage. Be careful and take the time to read parking garage signs near the Gillioz. This is why i don't like going downtown very often even if you have to stop in the middle of the road and take 20 seconds to decipher what it says.

I'm a 52 year old woman. The way they acted was uncalled for. The one bald rude one was obviously mad I blocked them from taking the car, they would have made way more money had they gotten away with it.
