Great place to bring electronics for repair. I needed the screen of my GS22 replaced in a hurry and they went out of their way to accommodate me. They were really fast (a couple of hours) and did a great job. The fingerprint sensor in my new screen didn't work, but Munqith (owner) went to great lengths to resolve the issue for me. He is incredibly friendly, helpful, and will go the extra mile to make sure a customer is happy. I would definitely trust them with future device repairs! read more

Great service at fair price. I was not getting a consistent charges on our phones ( connection) and Munqith ( who was very nice) cleaned the connection to one phone and replaced a part on the other. Both work great now. All the work was done at a very inexpensive cost. He also checked the.battery life in both phones and gave an honest thumbs up, so no additional, unneeded work was performed. He also repairs cracked screens, dated retrieval and other repairs. He has covers and other things for the phone at very inexpensive prices ( less than Cosco, online and Apple stores). A gentleman was in line in front of me, we had both dropped our phones and broke the screens. The man working there told the gentleman that his screen was not broken- he peeled off the screen protector, which had a crack in it, and his phone screen was fine! The gentleman was so happy he wasn't swindled into $100 repair- it cost his $20 to get a new screen protector. Very happy to see the honesty in this business owner! read more

Sometimes when your regular service center is out to lunch you get to find a higher quality more knowledgible and customer focused phone and computer and repair shop. That happened to me today. My 8 Plus is back up and running in a short period of time and for a fair price. I listened as the gentlemen, I think his name is Zahere (probably misspelled, sorry) as he talked to other customers about the system board issue on a Macbook and he knew who could remove and replace the needed chip, another customer he recommended to another store for an inexpensive fix inatead of full phone replacement. He is on the customer's side and he took care of my phone in a friendly and careful manner. He took care of issues I had not pointed out. Great service - fast, no hassle and a great price. I had the screen replaced on my phone by a place at Cameron Village in Raleigh and had to return 2 more times due to problems. Each time was an hour wait. And The replacement still had dead spots and was peeling from the frame. I came to Advanced Technologies and they replaced my screen with a real Apple screen instead of the garbage used by the other company and they charged less. I cracked my iPhone 5s and went in to get it fixed because I saw an ad and saw good reviews. When I took it in the gentleman working was very polite and nice and fixed my phone quick. The next morning while I was playing a game on my phone my phone cracked right across the top speaker. I did nothing to make this happen. It was Sunday and they were closed. So I went back on Monday and told the same man the story and he accused me of lying and gave me a very hard time telling me he would charge me again and I said no and wanted to leave and he finally fixed it free of charge. I was grateful he did that but upset he accused me of lying. In the future I will be going somewhere that guarantees their products and services. read more
