I had a cracked ipod touch, iPad 3 and iphone 5 that I needed to have repaired. I finally bit the bullet and called Advanced Technology Solutions to setup an appointment. i spoke with Rod who gave me a great deal because I was bringing in so many items, this definitely helped soften the blow a bit. After getting the pricing information, I realized that they recently moved to Apex and I am in North Raleigh. This changed things a bit because I didn't have time to get to Apex before an appointment and I also didn't know if I would be able to pick it up later that day. Rod offered to meet me half way to pick up the items and drop them off somewhere close to me when they were done. This worked out perfect, we met halfway and Rod drove in Friday rush hour traffic to meet me 5 minutes from my house to drop off the items once they were repaired. You don't find customer service like this very often these days! All of the items were as good as new and I am very happy with the price. FAST & FAIR! I've been carrying around my cracked screen iPhone 5 for about a month and finally decided to spend the money to fix it. My biggest concern was the time I would be without my device. Called ATS based on their Yelp reviews, they answered the phone (important) and told me they could have it repaired in about 30 minutes. Drove to Apex from North Raleigh, handed them the phone and had it back ready to go in about 10 minutes. Pretty impressive. The price was very reasonable, about $50 more than what it costs to buy a DIY repair kit on-line and without the frustration of the DIY process. Nice guys at the Apex location. My son's iPhone 6 screen had been cracked and I wanted to get it fixed for him. I checked Yelp and ATS was nearby. The reviews looked really good so I called and the owner told us to bring it in. When we got there he told us he was working on another phone so our repair might take a few minutes. He brought it out in less than 10 minutes! Fabulous! I am so grateful! The only help the Sprint service center could offer was the offer to upgrade my phone because I didn't have the special warranty plan. Gave a computer to them to fix. The fan was loud, the mousepad didn't work and neither did the 'W' key. Came back three days later and everything was cleaned, the 'W' key and the mousepad were fixed. But the 'A' and 'S' key stopped working. Not only did they offer a free keyboard but they have suggested to help find another one if I need. The owner is very nice, the place is very clean and neat, and the owner's dog is sometimes there too! 11/10 would totally recommend. read more

Rod at Advanced Technology Solutions fixed both my iphone 4 and my itouch 4 and returned them as good as new! The itouch actually had a hole in the top plus a shattered screen. Got my iPhone XS screen fixed in 20 minutes. Ive been using it as normal for the last few hours and have no issues. The man was very nice and let me wait in my car while it fixed since I had my daughter with me. Came in near the end of the day asking for my charging port to be repaired. My phone was fixed within the hour at a price lower than that quoted by many other service shops.
