I have had my phone fixed and bought products from them multiple times over the years and each time the customer service and quality of repair was worse and worse. I'm sure something extra was being down when I would get my phone repaired for a simple screen cracked because weeks later my phone would randomly glitch and have issues. Customer service has been getting worse and worse. Whenever I ask a question or try to explain the issue with my phone I am met with eye rolls and attitude. The only reason I kept going to them them was because they're located close to my house, but at this point I am fed up. Especially the employees that work in the smaller store located by H&M, I suggest they learn not to completely disrespect their customers right in front of them! I had my Samsung S7 Edge front glass and lcd replaced for over $300 and was very pleased with the repair. However, a month later a pink line appeared on the screen. They said it was not covered under their 60 day warranty, only offering a $20 discount on full repair. Ridiculous. This place is a disgrace. I asked for a case for a Samsung Note 5 and was directed to a shelf labelled as such. After purchasing a case, I exited the store and tried it on. When it didn't fit I went back inside and was told this was a case for the Samsung Edge plus. I asked to return it since it was wrongly labelled. They refused and the guy said it was another customer's fault for misplacing the case. I asked to speak with a manager and was unable to. Taking my business elsewhere. I had an iPhone 10 screen replaced here due to a crack in the screen. The LCD display went black and stopped working less than 2 months later. I took it back and inquired about the warranty and was told it is 60 days. After they looked at the phone and agreed there were no signs of damage to the screen or display, they would not warranty the failed display. I just received some very random excuses like "there must have been pressure on the screen". They replaced the screen/display again and charged me another $59.99 vs the $99 it originally cost, but it should have been repaired under warranty. Sketchy business practices and poor customer service when dealing with less tech-savvy customers! BEWARE! My parents had a cell phone that quit working. My opinion was that the motherboard died, but they have phone insurance through Wells Fargo who insists on a quote from a local repair company. I went on Google and My Pro Wireless was the closest repair service that wasn't a cell phone retail chain. There website says they are more than just a cracked screen repair service, but I still had my mother call them to clearly ask them if: 1. They worked on phones that wouldn't power on and 2. they would look at the phone and provide a repair estimate for the insurance company (as is a basic consumer right in any repair situation to avoid scammers charging fee after fee once they have your device). They assured her that they did offer both repairs on phones with that issue, and would provide a repair estimate. Everything seemed great, so my father took the phone to the store (which is an hour round-trip in this rural part of the state). When he got there EVERYTHING changed. They suddenly demanded a $70 fee up front to even unscrew the back of the phone, and then refused to make a repairs quote IN SPITE of the fact that they told him it was a motherboard issue and likely unfixable. My father called my mom who asked them if they would put in writing that it was "non-repairable in their opinion", but their reply was "We don't have any way to do that". My mother then sensibly asked if they could just write it on a piece of company letterhead (just to have something to take to the Wells Fargo claims adjuster) and their response was "We don't even have any paper with a company letterhead". At this point they decided to give up on this useless "phone repair store". Considering the disconnect between whoever handles their business discussions via phone and the actual staff on the floor, I have to assume that either they are completely incompetent and lacking any cohesive business model for their company, or they are purposefully running a bait and switch scam to take advantage of susceptible victims who don't even know they are getting ripped off. LUCKILY, my parents chose to leave and look for a real repair service that is both proficient and trustworthy. My Pro Wireless is neither. It sounds like they can actually manage to replace a broken screen (if they haven't faked the "customer quotes" on their website), but why would you want to risk paying 2-3x more than necessary by choosing a to trust a business clearly lacking institutional integrity or even a shred of actual customer service? They tried to rip off my parents, so I am making sure to shine a light on their shady dealings to ensure they have a harder time scamming anyone else. I'd advise finding a different place for your business...but if you choose to go anyway, make sure to constantly ask about where their "fees" come from and leave with a DETAILED receipt that you can use as evidence if you figure out that they were ripping you off as well! read more

Very bad customer service with the manager, that lady is very mean. We left an iPhone 7 few days before the stay home order, we came back to pick up the phone, they could find the phone, the lady told me no matter what the phone belongs to anyone she doesn't care, I told her mam it's very rude, big company like apple, mortgage company they have forbearance, some companies give through the end of the year and this small company pro wireless can't do anything. I wish I could give them a zero. I brought in my Note 8 to get a screen protector on Saturday. By Saturday evening it was already unbound. I brought the phone back Tuesday afternoon. When doing so the same young man who originally helped me, assisted me again. He presses the screen protector back in place and tells me nothing is wrong. I agreed, but I said its not staying bound to the phone after a few moments after pressing it down. I simply asked him to reapply the screen protector. He refused. I asked to speak with the manager. Another young lady approaches the desk (she was in ears distance) and tells me the same. The young lady tells me that this is due to the fact that there is no adhesive in the middle of the screen protector. I asked her why Pro Wireless would sell a screen protector that does not have 100% adhesive . Due to the nature of smartphones I would think that the screen protector would need to be bound at all points on the phone. She eventually puts another screen protector on and tells me that if there are further issues that there was no warranty. I asked to again speak to the manager (and you guessed it. Jackie was the manager). I would be more upset if they werent such young kids. Even still If Pro Wireless allowed these 2 Middle school kids to run this store then shame on them. I literally didnt ask for anything but for the a screen protector to be reapplied. You can purchase the same.one on Amazon for less than $10. I payed $20. ***WITHIN HOURS THE SCREEN WAS COMING OFF! READ OTHER REVIEWS! I am not the only one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE**** This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. In TTC there are two Pro Wireless stores which I did not realize. I took my ipad to be repaired, with my case. They said it would be two to three hours. No one ever called and I showed up at 3 hours. My iPad was replaced but they lost my case. It is literally a 60 second repair. All the employees were like it's not my problem and/or responsibility. They told me to go to the first store I took it to. I ran into the employee he who helped me and he told me. "it's your fault. Not my responsibility. You werent supposed to leave the case," and walked off. Went to the original store and employee, who happened to be the manager, tried to find it. Then the smarmy employee came back and I was like he was the one that helped me. He started to make faces at me, then ignored me and then said it was my fault. Really?? I got my iphone X repaired last month. I dropped the phone and the screen was totally damaged. The repair price was cheaper than apple care and some other repair stores. My phone was repaired within an hour which is faster than I thought. Two things I still remember, the first is before they started to repair my screen, the staff there first inspected my phone carefully, and they said this is to check whether my phone has other problems besides the broken screen. After inspection,they found my speaker volume is low which I know is an original problem. They said by just fixing the screen won't resolved this original problem. I think it is reasonable. Since the speaker's problem didn't bother me too much and I didn't want to spend extra money to fix it, I asked them to just fix my screen. The second thing impressed me is that I made the payment afterward, after I got my repaired phone back. That is to say I can make sure my phone is all right before I gave the repair fee to them. That makes me feel better. I do notice some other reviewers find their phones failed to work again after days, but that doesn't happen to me. My phone still works fine after a month. read more

I took my Note 5 here to get fixed becuase it got ran over in the road. I told them to let me know if my phone was fixable and fully fucntional before they fixed anything on my phone. They told me it'll take an hour and a half for them to look over my phone. I came back my phone looked brand new, but they never fixed the MAJOR problem. My LCD screen was not fixed. My started acting up like a week later, it just went completely black on me. Other shops told me they never fixed my LCD screen. How do you half job on someone that pays $230 to fix their phone. I payed you to fix my phone COMPLETLY. Why would i pay you another $230 to fix something you were supposed to fix the FIRST TIME. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place *used* to be the bomb....they could fix most anything phone related quickly and cheaply. But they are now a disorganized mess that can't be trusted. I needed the power port replaced on an LG phone...they said it would take one week because they needed to order a part. *Four* weeks later I was still without a phone and was told that they had the parts... but since they had other phones that had been waiting longer for soldering I'd just need to wait more! I said to send the phone back to the Cary store un-repaired and I'd take it someplace competent...and it took three days and nagging for them to finally do even that! Plus I racked up 8 visits to their cary store where they took my phone number only to never call too....so if you like lies and disappointment please visit "Pro" wireless....otherwise go somewhere else! read more

Worst place ever. I waited 2 hours to get the screen replaced on the iphone 5s. It was replaced with a faulty lcd. When i told jeremy that the lcd was faulty he told me i had to wait til closing time before the screen can be replaced with a better one. Then took 40 minutes to restore the original screen. Fist he put someone elses cracked screen before he found my orginal. With the time he took to out the 2 broken screens he could have just put a new one. I dont recommend this place at all. Went to pro wireless triangle town hoping to receive great service and got nothing of the sort, instead I got the run-a-round. They inspected my phone when I bought it in as to not be liable for anything being wrong other than what you state, which in my case was a broken screen, to my surprise I couldn't hear anyone with the phone to my ear, went back to see what was wrong and they tried to get me to pay another $20 if the speaker was damaged, it wasn't damaged when it went in. I would not recommend anyone to take their phone to this store beware. The best bet would be to return to your carrier for service the few extra dollars may be well worth it. read more

I had my screen replaced on my Samsung Galaxy S3 and am very satisfied. The screen looks better than the original one that I shattered. Job was done within the time they told me which was about 2 hours. Fortunately I only needed the glass replaced and not the lower level. Price was reasonable also. I have had to have 3 iPhones/iPads repaired on 3 separated occasions in the last 3 months. 2 times have had to bring the devices back for problems that didn't exist when I took them in for repair. It appears that they do not have to professionalism to completely check all components to make sure that they do work after the repair. It is left up to the customer to find the problem in a "reasonable" amount of time and return it for further repair. A coworker spent 150.00 to repair and iPhone and after he got outside realized there were other problems. He took it back and they refused to honor their 14 day warranty. This last time (10/7/2013), I had an iPad screen replaced successfully. I misplaced the receipt that was required for me to be reimbursed by my company. I went back to get another reissued. One of the male workers told me that he needed the model number of the iPad to find the receipt, which I didn't have with me. So, I returned the next day knowing that it was a waste of time because they are never friendly or helpful unless they are taking your money. When I returned the next day with the iPad in hand, the woman who was obviously annoyed because I was requesting a receipt wanted to know why I needed one. I told her I needed it so I could be reimbursed. She displayed a very annoyed, I don't care attitude as she let out several sighs as she made me think she was looking. I even tried to lighten the atmosphere by saying "I know it's not your fault that I lost the receipt". She could care less. She finally said "I don't see it". I told her that I even had the transaction number from my credit card statement. That had little impact on her nasty attitude. I left telling her that I would never return. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had my iPhone 4S screen replaced and not even two months later I pulled it out of my purse (it was even in a case) and my screen was shattered. Also, the front glass became discolored overtime and had a yellowish tint to it and was very noticeable if you were to compare it to the back of the phone. I took my phone to triangle cellular repair this second time around and they confirmed that parts of my phone had been replaced with off brand (non apple) parts on the inside. This is the most horrible place ever. I got a tempered glass shield put on my S7 Edge about 2 weeks ago and now there is dirt and dust under the shield. I went back there to have them replace it and the girl there was very rude. They refused to replace it and claimed that it is past the time of when they would cover it. Wife dropped off droid phone to get the screen replaced before lunch. No problem at the time, everything was as planned. Called my wife couple hours later to come pick up phone. I got to store, clerk handed me my phone and they said to test it. Tested it and guess what no sim card. They said my wife took it out, BS she did. They even pencil whipped on the drop ticket that she was informed about it. So i ended up making a scene, took picture of ticket, video taped the whole thing, refused to pay, and got mall cops involved. Like a bunch of magicians my sim card appears. Very unhappy with the repair on my IPad Air screen, had to return two times because the button became recessed within 2 days each time. The last time the guy told me not to press it so hard! What !!! The last time I left my Targus case there by mistake. When I realized I did not have it, after picking up the Ipad, I returned to ask about it. A half hearted try to find it and then the guy with whom I had dealt said, oh yeah it was around here for a couple of days, don't know where it got too, not our responsibility. I took my phone to ProWireless because the charging port was not working. I was told to return in an hour. I did so to find out that I needed to come back the next day bc the technician need more time to work. When I went back the next day, I was told to return in 5 days so the charging port could be ordered, shipped, and installed. After 5 days, I was told that the wrong part had been shipped. I asked the mgr. to return my phone. I as well asked them to charge the battery so that I could download my contacts and pics to my memory card. When I reach home I discovered that the casing under the back flap had been pried up. It would not fit in it's natural setting. I further discovered that the LCD would not come on. The mgr asked me to bring the phone back. I left it with them. A week later, I was called and told that the phone was ready. Upon arrival a female mgr attempted to sell me a new phone without my transferred data. These knuckleheads turned what was suppose to be a quick fix into me spending more money and not having the use of a cellphone for a week. The mgr. denied that his technician damaged my phone, but no one else has ever removed the back panel. Poor work...... Poor service........... read more

I found a Groupon for ProWireless and decided to give it a try. It was $20+ cheaper than another repair shop I have used in the past....but 40 minutes out of the way. Nevertheless, I bought it anyway. I called before I went to make sure my iPad 4 could be repaired while I waited. When I got to the store, I was told I'd have to leave it for a week. I explained that I called before I came and I was told it could be done in 2 hours. They said that I told them I had an iPad mini and that a mini could be repaired in 2 hours, but not a regular iPad. I was insulted....although I'm not a tech guru, I clearly know what kind of iPad I have....and the difference between a regular and mini. I offered to make an appointment.....which he said they don't have.....although they have a 'reservations' option on their web page. After some forceful negotiations, he agreed to have it done in less than 2 hours. It was completed in about an hour. Everything looked good.....til the next morning. I used my iPad and noted that the adhesive was failing.....slightly along the top and horribly at the bottom. I could hold it down and it would stay for about 10 minutes. I called and they say to bring it back. Took it back today. Showed them the 2 spots. They "fixed" them quickly. However, I inspected it before I left and the top had not been touched....the bottom had a rubberband around it....which was to allow the adhesive to cure. However, the top had no type been touched. Left it again and it was "fixed". But it's NOT. The adhesive is failing again in the same two places as soon as the rubberbands were removed. Needless to say, taking it back at this point would be a waste of time and glass....and ultimately I'll end up paying someone else to fix it or replace my screen.....AGAIN. I believe these guys are good with most phone repairs, but haven't mastered replacing the screen on the iPhone 5 yet. I cracked my screen, took it here and they replaced the screen in about two hours. After a couple of hours, the phone began having sensitivity issues with the touch screen. They have a 30 day warranty, so I took it back the next day. They made adjustments, but it was still having issues so they replaced the screen again. They do require that you purchase or have an Otter Box (~$50) because the glue takes 2 weeks to dry and the phone must remain protected during that time. Each time they repaired the phone I noticed streaks/light variations on the screen. They told me those would go away once the glue dried. It's been 2 months since my repairs. The streaks never disappeared and now the screen is coming loose. It's awesome that they can make repairs so quickly, but disappointing that I spent $150 for a bad repair. read more
