Bait-and-switch Tactics & complete Lack of Communication…read more I was referred specifically to see a Physical Medicine doctor by my primary care physician. When this office called to book a last-minute cancellation slot, I jumped at the opportunity. However, the entire experience turned out to be a massive waste of time and felt entirely like a revenue grab. Despite having my referral paperwork naming a specific physician, no one on the scheduling staff bothered to inform me that the doctor no longer worked with this office. They had me fill out extensive paperwork, wait and go through a full examination with a practitioner I never requested. It wasn't until the end of the exam -when I realized the provider wasn't addressing my actual medical needs-that he informed me he specializes in Pain Management, not Physical Medicine, and that the original doctor was gone. Instead of being upfront from the start so I could find the right specialist, this office rushed me in, wasted my time, and offered me imaging and medications for a specialty I didn't even come in for. Save yourself the frustration and double-check everything before booking here-their front desk communication is abysmal and they clearly prioritize filling open appointment slots over actual patient care. I asked them do you see my requested doctor at the top of my referral? She said we get these ALL the time and we don't question it! Unbelievable, so I'm not the first, it happens often here!

My provider got upset that I seen her colleague so they lowered my dosage on my medication that I've been on for 24 years. It's my insurance. It's up to me who I want to be my provider. It's not up to the providers. After 10 years of being in this office, I can't believe the way I've been treated.. my provider had the nerve to call me and confront me about seeing her colleague which should be up to the patient because it's my insurance. I just loved everyone so much. All the staff Kathy, Brian,Christian,Kierra, and Latoya helped me w all our one on one talks either on our outings or when I couldn't sleep. You get a professional chef, Jen! She makes so many special goodies, and her presentation makes you feel like you're in a 5-star hotel. Carolina, with the help of all these other beautiful souls, saved my life. My counseling sessions made me love me, and now I know how to deal w things in my life instead of laughing everything off and thinking it's no big deal. We had art therapy and music therapy, which was my fav, yoga, fitness class, speakers, Dr. B who specializes in the brain and addiction, option to go to church, and all kinds of fun outings. Like the river,karaoke, farmers mrkt, and or just Walmart. The home itself is beautiful they only have 10ppl at a time, so you get the care you deserve, unlike a lot of other places. My room had a large walk-in shower and jacuzzi bath. Wrap around balcony, and they have a pool, basketball hoop, pool table, horseshoe, and cornhole. Thank you to the Dr's, too. I love all you beautiful ppl so much. I will stay the way I left, not just for myself and my family but for all of you too.

The staff was kind, caring, and extremely helpful. I was provided with a great amount of education on trauma and how it impacts substance use, the parts of the brain that are impacted by trauma and substance use, anger, depression, emotion regulation, mindfulness, and how to communicate assertively. What really makes this place great is that there are no more than 10 clients, and it is more personalized with more one-on-one counseling and in-depth process groups. Lastly, the food is amazing. Both chefs put a lot of love and effort in preparing healthy meals and snacks. This has been the most effective treatment program that I have been through, and I highly recommend it to others. I am going on 6 months of sobriety as write this review.

They serve various populations, including veterans, pregnant women, teens, LGBTQ, and more. Treatment approaches include CBT, motivational interviewing, trauma counseling, and medication support--often with sliding‑scale or insurance‑based payment options. We were seen a few days after our first call to schedule. Once we were seen to have our first therapist visit we were scheduled way out. So far the intake person was compassionate, non judgmental, and had referred us to a few therapist. Kelly or Brenda. Once we start going on a regular basis I'll be able to update on how sessions are taken care of.
