I worked there for 6 weeks and was never given one client. My final day of the salon the owner Greg stole all my equipment and took it home with him then told me that his lawyer told him to do so because I owed him money. Which i didn't owe him anything. I wasted 6 weeks of my time. I thought he was cool and i really liked him, all his lil quirks except how much he gossip about others. Turns out to not be anything like the person he pretended be. I got my haircut here a few weeks ago. Right after my cut I thought my hair look fine but I could only be sure until after I washed my hair and saw it in its natural state, wavy. Once i washed it i realized that the cut was uneven. I called the salon and explained my situation, they told me they'd let Kate know but that I should contact her as well. I went here on Friday to get my hair colored and potentially trimmed. The stylist I made an appointment with was Katie, she was very friendly and helpful. I had an awesome experience with her and will definitely return again to see her. The location is very convenient with lots of parking, the inside decor is beautiful and posh. The entire salon was very clean and they have a coffee cart as well. I was given a water bottle while my hair was in foils. The pricing is different with each stylist - Katie's coloring starts at $55 so I ended up paying $80 for some hair color and face-framing highlights. I have been on the hunt for an A+++ hair colorist and stylist in Arizona now for about 2 years. The universe sent me Lisa Von Kurvink at Process Salon and I couldn't be more pleased. They say the third time is always a charm and I would have to agree that it definitely is! Usually when you go to a stylist they either specialize in color or cut. Lisa does both and does both AMAZING. I was sold on at least booking a consult after googling Best Balyage Phoenix and finding her website and her. I called her and shared with her my frustrations about my hair just not looking quite like it did when I was getting it done in Orange County. The color just looked too intentional and not sun kissed and natural like I was used to. The cut was too one dimensional with no layers and just laid limp with no life. 24 hours later I was in Lisa's chair. I showed her pictures of what my hair used to look like and the color I wanted. She assessed the sitch and shared with me what her game plan would be to achieve the desired outcome. My initial plan was to just have the consult and go home and sleep on whether I thought she could do the job and then book for a week later and come back. I am not an impulsive person especially when it comes to my hair but I just knew I was in great hands with Lisa so I asked when we could do it. Process is where I go for all my cuts and color. Lisa has been my stylist for about the last 3 years. Im so happy with her I followed her from the last salon she was at. She has an online booking system that makes scheduling convenient. Lisa has done several colors on me and I've loved and gotten complimented on every one of them. She always listens to my ideas for how I want my hair to look and gives professional feedback on how to make it happen and has also given me advice that has made my hair healthier The entire staff here is super friendly and it's a laid back atmosphere. I must say I was sadly disappointed by the color treatment I just received. Gen the hair stylist didn't clarify with me exactly what I wanted. Instead she did her own thing. Instead of just coloring my hair blond like I requested, she decided to make my root color darker. Wow! Max went above and beyond to help me get my hair shaped the way it should be. Came to Max with a botched pixie haircut, and he saw it as a "hair journey". He took her a time into understanding what my vision was. Loved his attitude, and positive outlook. I left very happy and will be back soon for a neck cleanup which he offers for free to his clients. I hate to have to leave this review, because I have really loved going here. But, my last experience was horrible. Katie has been my stylist for a while. About 6 months ago, we decided to try and go blonde from a very dark brown base hair color. I had two sessions and although my hair was not perfect, we were definitely making progress in the right direction. My last session with her was this past Friday and I just can't even explain what happened. She foiled/bleached my hair and put on a toner. As she was blow drying my hair it looked awful and frosted. So she decided to use another toner. After the second toner, she turned my hair back to almost the same color dark brown as we started with. All that time, effort and work on my hair all went down the drain. I told her how unhappy I was with my hair and she told me to just "sit on it for the weekend". I have tried to reach out to her twice now and she won't even respond to me. And what's more disappointing is that she knew how unhappy I was when I left the salon and she made no effort to reach out to me after the "weekend of sitting on it" to see how I felt. Again, I hate that I am leaving this message, because I have loved going here. But this last go around was unacceptable, 4 hours and $200 down the drain and now I have to start all over to try and go blonde again. read more

I didn't want to write this review but after noticing no one genuinely cared to reach out and make things right I need to spread some awareness for any potential new clients. I had been chit chatting with Jacob Baturo since I had met him at red salon and he did a decent cut on my hair before back in October. I had been chatting with him about going blonde and explained that my hair is virgin and for months he was really excited to work on my hair and so was I. Last Sunday was the day we actually set up to get this color transition started on my hair, let me just say look at the pictures and see for yourself the mess he made with my hair. He was rushing and I felt it since he had another client after me, let me backtrack for a second my hair is extremely dark and he said himself he could get me the lightest he could never did I think he would leave my hair looking yellow, uneven, multiple colors and just absolutely AWFUL. Of course, my immediate reaction was to burst out in tears, I was in shock, in despair, my hair was YELLOW and GRAY. Quickly Caitlyn another stylist who happened to be working on a client as well tried to assist and "color correct" my hair, she was very nice but kept saying we've all had to deal with this, which is not a very soothing or comforting thing to say when you just damaged and messed up the crap out of someone's hair (hair is a big deal) but as I was saying she continued to "color correct" my hair and it's still multi colored and just plain horrendous and they had the audacity to charge me for "product", embarrassing. So please ladies, be EXTREMELY careful when going to that salon and asking for blonde! Do thorough research, there are better stylists out here! read more
