They spoke to each other and to me from their chairs at opposite ends of the receptionist area with no attempt to maintain privacy. Over a miscommunication, one receptionist said my wife had lied when she made the appointment for our son, and threatened to "play back the recording of the phone call" when I tried to explain the situaiton. All of this for a $50 no-show fee that had been paid over two weeks ago.
