I got 2nd opinions and was told they should be using more than a spray bottle and it could be done properly. Nolen came out a 2nd time and told me after spraying 2 cans in the area that's now all they can do. I ended up this week over 2 days handling it myself with a bee suit soap/water and a shop vac. NOW I'm still stuck with a rude employee and a contract I don't need for people like this. BEWARE
