First time Garret was going to be late and didnt know if he had enough time. I rescheduled, no problem. Second time Garret called and said he was double booked and needed to reschedule. Third time they no showed, I called and Garret said he left a voicemail (he didn't) saying he couldnt come cause it was raining. Fourth time was a no show again. I called and apparently Garret left the company and they were incompetent and didnt call his scheduled appointments to tell them. At this point I told them I'm just going with someone else as it seemed they didnt want to offer the free service they promised.

We had small cockroaches and spiders, crickets, etc outside our house and on few occasions I found small cockroaches inside my house.
