Everyone I have dealt with is professional, courteous, and I really appreciate they are NOT focused on the "upsell" of their services. Responsive and honest. They dont work with your scheduling requests and show up when no one is home, pretty much charging full price to spray the front door and around the garage. Made multiple requests for specific days or times. If someone answers your call, there is no message relayed or note made on your account. This review is so overdue. We have been using Red Rock Pest control for 5 years or so; we had scorpions in the yard and in the house, and we have small pets. None was able to get rid of them... Well Red Rock Pest Control did with two visits! They now come every other month and service our property. Always on time, always do a good job, always very nice and personable technicians and most importantly we don't even remember when it was last time we saw a scorpion! And our little pets are safe!! Eric is always on time. He's thorough, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. This is the only company that got rid of scorpions in 2 treatments. When i moved into this house, I found 18 scorpions. After 1 treatment, 1 found 2 a week later. After that, none. He also kills the scorpions' food sources. Poor business practices. I told them verbally I no longer wanted to use their service and stated that I needed to send them a letter in writing cancelling my service. I did that and luckily had it delivered UPS requiring a signature. Unfortunately, they still decided to try and come by two months later to spray after I did what was written in their agreement. I had to file with the BBB and they cases was closed because this company never answered the complaint. The owner and manager will both tell you ..."you should have read the fine print" When signing for the alleged $19.00 pest control service... Thinking it was a complimentary discount to "try out" their company... And being told by the serviceman that I was only signing for the $19.00 service ...About 2 months later they show up and tell me I signed up for a years service. They then took unauthorized funds from my account and were unwilling to discuss it... and Wells Fargo actually three way called Red Rock pest control with me on the phone and had to ask Michelle the manager three times did you take unauthorized funds out of her account and finally at the third time she admitted yes she did See attached photo AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!.. by the way I put a review on Google and the owners removed it..so I had previously put on here how they deleted my husband's bad review on google.. and Yelp just informed me they deleted part of my review here on yelp.. so just to let everyone know reviews can be deleted.. read more

So last year I had a pest problem where I called and these people came out and it was super friendly and I thought they'd remove what was in my attic and patch holes. Instead they sold me on some long drawn out subscription, meanwhile I still heard scratching in my attic. After fighting with the company to end my service agreement because I felt the service was unsatisfactory, I went and patched the holes myself which took less than 4 hours and 30$ in supplies. My attic has been pest free since, but 6 months later I found a charge on my credit card. 139$ from red rock pest company trying to charge me for a "discount" they supposedly gave me when I signed up. Stay away, they may be the nicest most friendly people you ever meet to your face, but results are a different story and if you aren't getting what you want, they'll try to milk you for every penny they can! And apparently according to the "owner" Gregs comments he is not at all familiar with the case. His business has my number and is more than welcome to call me. Very professional and great company! Jeff took great care of us! We needed a termite inspection for our refinance, a requirement for our VA loan. We were trying to be as expeditious as possible getting all the required items done. We called on a federal holiday, not expecting to get same day service. They gave me their quote and stated that they could get us in in just a few hours, same day! I called 3-4 other places to get quotes and see about same day appointments. Most couldn't get me in today, and every other company I called was well over the quote I initially received here. Thus, being the most reasonable price wise and appointment wise, it was a no brainer. Jeff called me a couple minutes later, arrived promptly, put on those blue covers for his shoes so he didn't track in mud/dirt/etc into my house, and he was done in just a few minutes. Horrible customer service. Would show up unannounced, rainy days, or never on scheduled days when I flew. Had ants never showed up, had doves never showed up. left dead mice and lizards on the pads in he garage told me to clean them up myself. Charged my bank account 120 for a scheduled visit they never showed up for Jan 24th, 2019. Horrible company never use them. BBB is getting a complaint for the charges. read more

She barked at him through the metal screen door as he serviced the exterior, and he spoke softly to her & reassured her that it was gonna be okay. I really appreciated that. Horrible experience. Bait and switch con artists. The other night we found a scorpion in the house, so I go on the web and this company came up. Their website says $19 Pest Control Service...so I called and told them I had a scorpion problem. They said they would come out for $149 and black light and spray the yard and house and then follow-ups would be $69 every two months and that they guaranteed their service. I said I only wanted them to come out and black light the yard and spray in the house and we'll go from there. She said fine, and that someone would be at the house on Monday night. The guy comes in, he's very nice and says I have to sign a year contract with the company or the black light service would cost $299. I told him politely I wasn't interested. Bait and switch con artists. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. read more

I gave them one star because they appear to have a problem with online requests for service. How many others experienced this. Not getting these requests results in a loss in revenue I told the lady on the phone. I requested pest control service from their website. No one contacted me and no one came to my house on the requested date. Front office staff told me they did not receive my request for service.
