Complaint Regarding Service Quality - Global Pest Services, LLC I would like to file a complaint about the services provided by Global Pest Services, LLC. The quality of the treatment has been very poor. My apartment was sprayed three separate times, and unfortunately, there has been no effective result at all. Additionally, the process caused major inconvenience. I was required to remove kitchen items, bathroom belongings, and other personal property, and I had to stay out of my apartment for approximately four hours, which was extremely difficult and disruptive. Another serious issue is that this company does not provide or commit to a specific appointment time, making it very hard to plan my schedule. Overall, the service did not resolve the pest problem and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I am very dissatisfied and do not recommend this service based on my experience. read more

Have not been disappointed! Our technician calls the day before our service. He shows up on time and performs the service indoor and in our yard. He always looks over the property and lets us know when he notices any issues. He also checks with us to find out if we have observed any unusual activity, e.g. scorpions. Based on what he finds he adjusts the treatment. We had one situation where he could not keep the scheduled appointment. Not saying one is more careless with their cleaning than the other but our complex has just about ZERO bugs.... There was a time when I had to dodge long legged cock roaches dancing up the sidewalk at night a few years back... This company was suppose to fog my apartment for mosquitoes because we have a swarm inside!! Myself and my dog are being bit constantly and he's having allergic reactions and has to take Benadryl! If anyone has been fogged you basically have to move out without moving ! They left premises and left their bill with the office without fogging our apartment!! Glenn sent out his guy and even though it took about three tries, (granted we had three different types of ants in different places in the home) they got rid of them. These guys did such an effective job I had no pests of any kind around my home for 2 (YES I said 2) YEARS.
