Their prices were reasonable and they were able to come back in a few hours to do the install that same day! Our roof was pressure washed and optical gel treatment was done. The staff was friendly and did a good job cleaning up before leaving. For those who don't know, optical gel is a deterrent using sight and smell. It apparently looks like fire to the birds. Very impressive, as it definitely does a great job of keeping the birds away! Since their service was excellent, I called them again a few months ago to see what they could do for our solar panels. We noticed that birds were starting to come around after we got them installed. Again, they quoted a reasonable price and they came back to screen off our solar panels a few days later. I'm happy to report that our roof is bird free! Overall the team was awesome and took the time to do the job right! I appreciated the attention to detail, the before and after pictures included in the emails, and Danielle who was friendly and very organized. Highly recommended!

Not only did he protect my house from the pigeons that have called it home for the last few years, he also pressure washed and cleaned all the area of the roof from pigeon droppings. Added grates and spikes to prevent them from coming back and even cleaned up any droppings left from the pigeons roosting. And I don't just mean spray off the concrete. He even dug in the dirt and rocks to get as much out as possible and cleaned up the front yard area where there was droppings! He also tidied up some shoddy work from the company that installed my solar panels. His pricing was fair and addressed all the possible future locations pigeons might want to roost to ensure they will be gone for good! Cannot recommend Amos enough!

Amos mentioned that he could make a device to deter them, or use a brick to do so. We opted for the brick for the aesthetics Amos was very quick about getting back to me, he texted me about the roof, which he said wasn't bad, we would just need to block off the water from the hot tub to the pool. Glad to get such honest service an and great customer service.

This company was referred to us by a friend. and i was happy to see that they were highly rated on Angie's list. after having my first service i can see why. the tech was so nice. he wore booties when treating the inside of my home. and laid a towel down to place his sprayer on when he was checking under my sinks. which i thought was very respectful way to treat our carpets and floors. on the outside he knock down the webs around the home and treated all the water box's. when he was finished he went over everything with me and my husband. after he left we noticed he even pulled our empty trash can from the road to the side of the house. I don't normally write reviews but to get this type of service and for 15 dollars a month cheaper then our previous company. wow read more

I had a very unpleasant experience with a pest control technician named Zack. From the start, his attitude was passive-aggressive and lacking any sense of empathy or professionalism. His behavior seemed off very jumpy, impatient, and erratic, almost like he was under the influence of too much nicotine or something else. It made the entire visit uncomfortable and uneasy. I expect service providers to be respectful and composed when entering someone's home, but that was definitely not the case here. I've decided to contact my leasing office to make sure Zack is not sent back into my unit. read more

Jaime has been servicing my apartment for quite some time now, and I truly appreciate the care and effort he puts into his work. He always takes his time to do a thorough job, and thanks to him, I haven't seen any roaches anymore. What really means a lot to me is that he goes the extra mile by pulling out my appliances to treat those hard-to-reach areas, something that's not easy for me to do since I'm in my 70s. I recently moved in and had some concerns about roaches, so I reached out to the office for help. They sent Jaime over for an inspection, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! We have been with Global Pest Services for more than 5 years. If we ever see any bugs, they are quick to set traps, spray or collect them. But, we hardly ever see any bugs thanks to the complete and competent protection they provide. Glen and crew have been fantastic as they show up at the appointed time and do a thorough job and are always concerned by asking each visit if we have seen anything in the way of bugs. We have been using Global almost 6 years and have been impressed with their service. Whether it was scorpion activity, re-scheduling or just skipping a month due to scheduling conflicts. Our tech, David, even answered my call immediately in regards to a friend borrowing my truck to move furniture and after all said and done, she discovered bed bugs on used bed she had bought on Craig's list! We are scheduled on a regular monthly program, they call ahead as a reminder, show up on time and are always courteous. If we see something that needs attention in between visits, they immediately send out a technician to have it attended to. I can't tell you how happy I am with my service. They have been taking care of my home since 2011 and I have never had one complaint. Whenever new "unwanted visitors" appear, they always go out of their way to take care of the problem. Their employees are wonderful and have become more like friends.
