I was in dire need of an air quality test due to a carpet company refusing to take up the carpet they had previously laid in order to put down new flooring. The carpet company demanded an air quality test because they claimed my tiles may have contaminated the air in my apartment, since this is an old building and there is asbestos in the underlying tiles, which are all intact. So, I called Mr. Nosa in desperation and he reassured me that the job could be done the same day, if needed. Only because the carpet company had to be informed, I waited until two days later and asked Mr. Nosa if he could come to do the job. He immediately said he could come at any time that was convenient for me. He arrived at my door that evening and I was pleasantly surprised to meet such a genuine and caring young man. He explained everything to me that he had to do and gave me a discount since I had been going through so much with the carpet company. He was in and out in half an hour and by the next day, he e-mailed a copy of the clean air certificate, along with a copy of his license and the receipt. You said you can do the repair without moving the vanity. You lied. you could not do it and did not do it. I never said not to do it and you know very well the tenant responsible for the damage was footing the bill. your work is shoddy and the photos (please see the horrible work done here) show it. your quote "You directly told us you did not want to move the vanity so we did the best we could under those terms". This is a blatant lie, you said the vanity did not need to be moved to do the job. "you also gave us the saddle to install we didn't purchase it and install it" It is definitely not the right saddle but instead of doing quality work you threw it down to be done with the job. I had to pay to have it replaced with a professional contractor. "You mentioned you wanted to give us more work which doesn't make sense if we did such Terrible work and because we were to busy due to the storm in September 2022 and we didn't get back to you on time you decide to write this false statement on yelp" I asked you to repair this shoddy job and in lieu I would give you more work but instead, you decided to throw these lies on Yelp because you are not an upstanding guy. "Once again another customer who doesn't want to spend to much money" I had no budget constraints and you know that. YOU didn't want to spend the time or money to do the job properly.
