EDIT to their response: I never claimed they were overpriced, their prices are average, maybe just slightly on the higher end cause I ended up paying $80 less with the other company I hired. Also, the Ozone treatment was always scheduled for Sunday because as discussed with the owner, the unit needed to be empty for 24 hours so people and pets had to be relocated which needed planning ahead. Last but not least, the claims that I requested wall cleaning or mattress service added last minute are just not true. In fact it was the owner that suggested the mattress had pee stains but I had already ordered a new mattress days before, so why would I want to pay to clean the old one. Makes no sense.

Our Technician was Raul who was absolutely fabulous!! He arrived before estimated time and was friendly and professional. I did a 'walk-through' with him of the rooms as well as answered any questions he had for clarification. BF and I were able to relocate ourselves to other areas of the house to continue working remotely while Raul worked his magic. He was very thorough and used blue plastic booties (shoe covers) once carpets were steamed and still damp. Gave us a few pairs as well to use while rooms were drying. However after googling and looking at Yelp reviews for several steam companies this company kept coming up at the top at the list. The prices are fair and reasonable and transparent. I was also very impressed with the ethical side of this company I ordered some things that weren't necessary. Bryan talked me out of them when he could have just done with it and made some extra money. Bryan told me they weren't necessary. There are probably cheaper prices out there but you could pay cheaper and have it done twice or you can pay a little extra and get it done once. I prefer to have things done right the first time in the results in the photos posted below speak for themselves. The hours are pretty flexible and I recommend calling ahead of time just to make sure he can access your neighborhood because he does pull a trailer so it's best if you're in a townhouse or a townhome to coordinate with your neighbors but because of his quick professional service it won't be blocked up for long. I think he outdid himself on my grout cleaning and did a better job than he thought he would do. It looks brand new. You did a great job! Anyways pay for quality, get it done professionally, go with this company and have your house smelling fresh. Like I said you get what you pay for. I prefer quality work.
