Dr. J is an interesting man, haha. Though he speaks quickly and sometimes could seem aggressively, he seems thorough with his methods. I'm interested to see how follow up sessions pan out. I appreciate his straight forwardness (if that's even a word). I don't like the dance around the subject, sugar coat and tell you want to hear type stuff, so I feel in this sense he is quite authentic with his methods. Will update upon further visits!

I've contacted this center more than once by using their online 'contact' form and never heard…read moreback. Didn't even get an automated message acknowledging their receipt of my request. I've also attempted to enroll in services by downloading their registration form and faxing them back to them (I've done this 3 times), and have not heard back from anyone either. After 2 months, I've attempted to call them numerous times using their (407) 324-7772 number and all I get is someone that picks up and hangs up? Wow, if this is how this center's customer service is, then I don't even want to imagine how they would treat my special needs child! Very frustrating and negative first-impression of this place. Will be looking elsewhere.

I'm…read morewaiting in my car in a private area so I can have my one hour appointment only to hear that the appointment is canceled and they didn't get the paperwork. Their new platform did not take my filled out paperwork and give it to the provider. They're very unprofessional. I'd say look elsewhere.
