It is not at all uncommon to find only a few lanes open with the cashiers swamped while the self checkout backed up the whazoo. I have walked out and left my groceries once or twice because of this. There will also be times where not a single cart is available in store--they are all outside. When you only have so many employees you can only do so much at one time. Somehow, despite all this the store is CLEAN. I have never once smelled sour milk in the refrigerator or seen messes on the floor. Publix is always my first choice but Food Lion isn't bad for a back up so long as it is not too busy....but it is often too busy.

Like a million other WM's, there were a million customers waiting in line with only 2 lines open with cashier's & a few open for self-checkout. Ridiculous!!! If they don't have enough cashiers, at least open more self-checkout registers. They have absolutely no respect for people's time. I won't be back to this location. I usually don't even shop at WM anyway, but I knew they would have this shirt.
