This was the best pedicure of my life. The total time was about an hour, which is my preferred length. My Mom and I loved it. I felt so relaxed and the massage chair made me want to nap. So this place.... where do I begin? The salon is very loud as the employees speak loudly amongst themselves. The worst part about this was I had an appointment and showed up to the salon and sat there for 15 minutes before anyone even told me that the girl was doing a wax. and then the girl that I had the appointment with came out and began doing a manicure on somebody else after she acknowledged that I was sitting in the chair at her station! Please keep in mind I had an appointment held for one week before. When I asked if I had an appointment, they all looked dumbfounded and then simply said, yes, I had appointment but nobody offered to even assist me. worst place ever! i came here for a pedicure and the woman who did it didn't say one word to me, i asked her to scrub my feet in a specific place... literally as dull as my ex in bed. i'm 8 months pregnant and if i could reach down and do it myself i would. when she went to paint my nails after done she lost the polish and her co worker asked me where i put it, i replied with no sorry she took it when i sat down. they began speaking in vietnamise and laughing. i was about to walk out as she all of a sudden found it.... back on the shelf where she put it. obviously i didn't take it as i'd been sitting in this chair the whole time. When I gave the women my card she said my total was 22 dollars. When she came back she charged my card 23 I asked why and her Co worker stated that they charge $1 and if I don't like it to pay cash, it xplained to her I don't mind but she should tell her customers that before they charge us. She stated that it was because they don't speak English I said that's not my problem when clearly she speaks English well. She got upset and started yelling, I told the lady that did my nails to ask her Co worker for the tip as her customer service just cost her anything from me. As I'm walking out she's yelling and screaming at me that she's so busy they don't need my service I said well that's a lie seeing as I and only one person was there but. Laughed and left. read more

I was iffy to ever come to one because of their play on words of their name, makes me laugh, but I was really impressed by the decor. I came here the yesterday and had Cindy who has been doing this for a while, she massaged sooooo well. I had a footgasm. The owner actually does not work there, everyone was an employee. Got a mani and pedi which was 34 i think? and they charge an extra $5 for french tip, so $5 for hands and $5 for feet. Soaked my feet in the bath in the massage chairs. She always made sure if the foot bath was okay, and if her massaging was too hard. She did a really good job on my pedi, but in the middle of my mani she had an appt that someone failed to notify her with, so the mani didn't come out as well. And my vietnamese sh*t talking radar was on. I was there for a little more than an hour, and I didn't hear them say anything inappropriate about anyone. A girl even came back because she didn't like the color she picked out, but they didn't say anything bad about her, and they even fixed it for no charge. So get Cindy if you want great foot and hand massages. Slightly expensive just because I usually don't get my nails done, but she spent a long and careful time doing my nails. And those massage chairs that you soak your feet in, god i need me one of those. I stayed longer to let my nails dry, but I just wanted to use the chair longer. read more

Would give a zero if I could. New to the area and my second horrible experience at a nail salon here in the area. I didn't check Yelp before I went here but now that I'm writing this review I see that it's only got three stars and horrible reviews. I waited for 40 minutes and during that time frame another woman left because she was tired of waiting. All the workers were speaking Vietnamese and talking $h!t about all the customers every time one of them asked for something or changed their minds. I asked for long nails with a French tip but I got three different colored nails. I asked for light pink across my French tip and was told that it would turn the white into yellow. I will attach a photo with the light pink I had at home to do what I was asking them to do. It is why I was paying them. But I had to finish their job at home. II have gone 4 times now so I think I can safely say the following : the people here have very different levels of skill..first two times I had great experiences. Job well done. My two most recent visits were not good at all. The male of the group did a lousy and incomplete job and yesterday he cut into the skin of my big toe and drew blood. No one there spoke very much English. I will be sure to ask for a different peri tech next time..$27 plus tip..The place seems clean with what appear to be sterile tools of the trade. Took a cab and asked to confirm several times but they still made no time for me. They talk to each other in Vietnamese when you ask questions and never answer you. I'll fix my own nail thank you. This nail salon is very poorly managed. First of all they aren't honest about waiting times. They will tell you 10 minutes and 30 minutes later you are still waiting. Also, if you come here with other people plan on not sitting with them and also everyone will start/finish at different times. Not fun if you are having a girls outing. Also, I can't believe I have never complained because I have been coming here for years but they don't clean their tools or sponges. They simply wipe them off or put the sponges in the same water your feet are in and put them back in their box for the next person. That is just gross!! They should every time take their tools out of a sealed, sanitized package. I think they only have one set of tools and just use them all day long. I will not be coming back here! read more

Decided to try this place since I was told by someone that gets her nails done here that they don't use the drill if you don't want them to. I get very bad anxiety with the sound of the drill and sometimes they drill more than they should. I was just told that they have to use the drill or else I can't get my nails done. They lied to me, this is not true. I will never go to them, not even for my pedicure. Very dissapointed, especially because I know they do put on full sets without using the drill. read more

I'm not impressed, I don't think the women who did my toes had any idea what she was doing and they just came out looking like a six year old painted my toes I'm very disappointed. I usually walk in, so get different techs each time. This last time I got Linda Dung Tran, who never spoke to me but had plenty to say in Vietnamese to the other workers. At the end I requested she clean up a little polish off my skin and I had bumped the corner of one of the nails and asked if she would please patch it. She proceeded to remove the polish and when I said she could just touch it up, she proceeded to tell me I was too picky and she knew if she touched it up she would just have to redo it anyway. She went on about my pickiness for the next 5 minutes. I don't think it's being picky to ask them to clean up a mess they make on your skin. They usually do a decent job on your mani-pedi, but I sure wish they read the YELP reviews and took some of the criticism to heart. I wouldn't use Linda again, I don't need my manicurist to be b*tchy to me. read more

I came here today to get a french tip pedicure plus callous remover and I must say that I love the job that the guy who gave me the pedicure did on the french tip. Best french tip job I have ever gotten, however he didn't do a good job getting all the dead skin off (I've had a rough month, no time for taking care of myself and I'm constantly in heels), and to be honest I like the foot massage I had at Vicki's Nail Salon better (which is not far from here at all). They have other services and different sorts of pedicures, so I'll see how those go before I rate this place in it's entirety, but so far in all honesty I'd go back if Vicki's were closed or I just wanted super nice scenery. You just told me $14.00 for gel with no mani over the phone, He's all No! My wife went to get nail color change and the lady who did it was sooo pushy and unprofessional, she never stablished a conversation with her (I was there), only 2 times she talked: trying to "get" more money to "replace" a "loose" nail, in her opinion, my wife told her NO, (and by the way,2 weeks later...nail is fine). as soon she said no, the lady got mad...and started talking in her native languaje with others coworkers and continue like this until we left. I have been going to this salon for about 9 months now, and I have to say Linda and Cindy are GREAT!!! I get pink and white fills and pedicures, and both of them do a fantastic job. They are nice, fun, and will do their best to make sure you leave looking great. I do agree with Emari, however. If you go here, ensure you do not get Bob or Bill or whatever his name is. He isn't very professional and doesn't do a very good job on acrylics. He did a pretty good job on my pedicure though. The majority of people I have had there do a good job and care about making you happy, but, just like any business, there are always a couple that can ruin it. A few things to note: they charge $1 to use a credit card, so bring a checkbook or cash if you want to avoid that fee. A pedicure will run you about $22, and acrylics up to ~$40, depending on what you're getting (pink and white acrylic is obviously more expensive). read more

My sister and I went in today, and despite not having appointments (there were several people being serviced at the time I went in), my sister and I were helped right away. Ben did our nails, and he did a terrific job. I always end up tipping well when a nail tech can do acrylics without cutting up my fingers. He didn't give me attitude like most people do when I tell them I was my nails as short as possible. He did exactly what I asked. I asked for white tips and when he was about done, he painted the nail a clear dark pink color, and made sure not to go over the whites like so many people do. My sisters regular manicure came out perfect. He didn't talk much, but I'm not sure if that's because I had my sister next to me and we were gabbing the whole time, or that's just how he is. Trust me, this is not a complaint. There's nothing more awkward than having to chat with someone who's doing your hair or nails. It's even more awkward for me when the person's accent is strong. It's embarrassing if I'm constantly having to have them repeat themselves. I've never had a problem with this place (except when I got a pedi. Whatever you do, don't get the leg scrub. I have no clue what's in that thing, but it's supposed to be cooling, and it stings like a bitch!) and I will definitely keep going back. read more

I got my nails done here today and Toni was very nice. While he was massaging my leg, another employe stopped Toni and told me 1min for 1$. It was part of the treatment for my pedicure and I told Toni go ahead and your rude employee woman (she always wear a mask and talks a lot started to talk about me)... My two daughters and I have been coming to your salon for the past 5 years and we were happy with your services, but the same employe always gets in the way, and tells others what to do and when to stop; whether it is callus removing or massage. I had no choice but to let everyone know about this. Because of your rude worker, none of us are coming back any more. three of us used to dump at least 200$ at your place once a month. I rarely get my nails done but customer service was awful. Came here to get a refill. The lady only talked to me when she kept repeating that she saved me $3 and called me a liar because I didn't notice that one of my acrylics was kind of close to falling off. If I would've known I wouldn't have minded paying 3 whole dollars instead of her calling me a liar. All the other time she talking very loudly to her Co workers in Vietnamese and she kept hurting me. She nicked me 4 times, made me bleed and never apologized. They don't pay attention to customers at all. And they kept dissing other nail salons saying that they charge more because of more equipment than other nail salons.
