They saw me at a moments notice, which was absolutely a plus. They were very nice. Welcoming and polite. I really liked that she painted one nail and asked me if I liked it. It made me feel like I had the ability to change my mind and not feel bad about it. The pedicure was the basic pedicure. It was indeed very basic. But she (Rosie) gave a great leg massage. That's always a plus in my book. I'm going on vacation and just needed pretty toes for when I'm out by the pool, and this was a good choice for that. The price was right, and the immediate appointment made it a win-win for me. To be honest, I don't think I'd go back on a regular basis, but only because I have a salon I really like already. It was my fault I didn't schedule an appointment there prior to vacation. But in a pinch, this place is a definite option. If you're looking for a place in Ventura, check it out. Spa Pedicure Love this nail salon, been coming here for over 15 years. I love the massage quality and time allotted, it is better than other bigger salons. Had great massages from Holly and Helen, and the polish job is lovely. They have new foot bath massage chairs that are super comfy with nice back massage. Well... I liked it here the first time I went but I think that's because of the lady who helped me. However the second time I was extremely disappointed with my pedicure. Then came back a 3rd time because my nails broke THE NEXT DAY!! Should have gotten it done by the one I knew did a good job but I was optimistic. I made an appointment the day before cause I'm very limited on free time. Apparently the gentleman who took my appointment down. Didn't really take my appointment down smh. He had also promised they could fix my nails within a short time. No problem! He said it's just fixing a nail. We can do for you in 10-15 min. However 45 min later the lady is giving me attitude saying I can't do anything you need more time. She did a TERRIBLE JOB and taking calls and multi tasking doing other things while I'm sitting in my chair waiting for her to finish my one nail..... I don't think they clean their utensils after their customers. My hand broke out in some infection and the tools she used was dirty and after she did mine she put it back in her container without cleaning or sanitizing. EEEEEEWWW!!!! I will NOT GO BACK. Beware price gouging! A regular mani/pedi is $47 (as of April 2025). They have tried to charge me $52 (I understand not everyone tips, but I do) and on 5/17/25, they charged my daughter $47 for a pedi only (and she tipped on top of that as she knows a good customer should!). Their service is fine though not exceptional, but I don't want to go someplace where I know there may be a confrontation over price gouging at the end. read more

I used their services twice which both times were very sloppy but I still wanted to give them a chance for my business and improvement. Each time they asked me to go and come back later while everyone was just sitting around and only one technician was busy with a customer. They don't offer you to sit there and relax until they take their break or such. This time I did not return later as they asked me for the third time and let them sit around as long as they want. Usually nail salons do a rush job to get you in and out and your nails look terrible. This is more like a 3 1/2 star. I made an appointment with my friend to get my toesies all prettied up since we wanted to do it on a Sunday midday. As it turn out, they only had one other person having a mani so no appointment was really needed. It's a small place and their chairs are not new or fancy as newer places. I appreciated the fact that they allowed me to converse with my friend without interrupting us. That was great. As far as pedi goes, I can paint my toe nails at home just as good as they did. Having said that, it's worth the price to have them cleaned out and softened my hobbit's feet rough spots, ewww haha. Plus the little old lady does a fantastic job massaging your legs. The minty lotion applied left me all freshy feeling. They take credits cards, great because I carry no cash. Make sure to tell them to charge the tip or bring cash for that, I had to scavenge through my purse because she didn't give me the option and had already run my card. read more

I was searching for a nail salon to get a pedicure and nail fill after walking out of my regular, go to salon. I called Daisy and was told to come over asap. I was greeted at the door and my temperature was taken right away, before I could come inside. The girl that helped me spoke English very well which made conversation much more comfortable. I explained that I have very sensitive nail beds and to be gentle when using the drill. I was thrilled when she heeded my warning and was very gentle! This nail place is by far the worst nail place I've been to. I took my mother in law to get acrylics & pedicure done. Acrylic lady was nice and friendly but the pedicure lady was the worst. She had an attitude the entire time she was doing the pedicure , not once did she smiled not just that but she threw the tools that she used on my mother in law in the clean tool basket . Once she was done she yanked out the toe dividers off my mother in laws toes!!!! SHE WAS SO RUDE!!!! This lady expected a tip but I definitely was not going to give her one! Most dirty and unsanitary nail place, cross contamination, first of all they do not clean the card that has the menu on it does not get wiped, the towels are suppose to be white, but are brown they reuse the towels from customer to customers. I was there Saturday at closing time the girl reused the towels and to top it off used the dirty towel previously used on a client to clean the station. The tools that were used were only rinsed with water and patted dry with a towel to be reused, the scrubber to peel of the calluses is re-used rinse on tap water and placed underneath the tub to be reused. The lady had used used gloves in the cart that she was useing which was filthy as well. This place needs to be inspected. If you do come here pay attention to the tools and towels they use I guarantee you they were used on the previous costumer. I will not be returning to this place!! read more

I used to go to Daisy Nails. All the women are attentive and do an outstanding job. The only male who works there is on his cell phone texting and checking his texts while he is working on you. I might get a one minute massage on one leg and a three minute on the other all depending on who he's texting or which text he is reading. He is never 100% focused on the client, not even 60% focused.
