Overpriced, me and a friend had the same type of nails done by different girls. One charge $65 just for acrylic whites, and the other girl charge $45 for the same type of nails. I didn't make a big deal, just walk out of there. One of the youngest technician was making fun of my friends walk as we were leaving. Not professional at all. I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Having been to so many different nail salons I am used to many different levels of service. The first time I came here for a gel mani it was fine. But the last 3 times I came in were all incredibly disappointing. They are ALWAYS at least 20 minutes late. Not once have they taken me in for my scheduled appt on time or within 5-10 minutes of the appt. Also, they always rush and do a botched job with the polish. I notice a few steps were skipped and when I recently went in to get my nails done for my best friend's wedding, the polish was literally chipping off that same night on almost every single nail. I've been going to top nails since it opened, my mom would always get her nails done there and I would always bring my toys and play if I wasn't getting a kid pedicure. All these years later I have yet to ever find a place that can compare to the quality that top nails puts out. I've been going to Trish for the past couple of months and shes fantastic! I'm not a big nail art person but I decided to change it up and she did amazing! I don't understand the low reviews because I never have a problem with Kathy or the owner Anna. I always get greeted warmly by name and they do a good job and the prices are reasonable. I've walked out of other salons $70 lighter. I've been to other salons that have nicer ambience but they charge much more and they always try to upsale you and I end up with rhinestones and flowers that I don't need or want. read more

I love coming here It's a family owned shop and the few ladies I've seen there are really close it makes it more comfortable. They all do a great job and they're prices are unbeatable. It's a no. I heard a lot of good things about their work but the experience was not good. I had to repeatedly request a liner on the pedi tub. There was a crying baby, I believe one of the employees. Its been a while that i been here, so i just decided to stop in. I should of just gone somewhere else because they do your nails fast like if their on a rush(mind you they didnt have anybody after me).i needed my nail done for a 15 so i went on Wednesday to get them done and by sunday the gel was coming off and 2 days later 2 more so i had to take them off. It was just a waste of money if i knew they were not going to last at least a week. I also took my 4yr old sister and got her nails painted but they looked like i could of just done them myself. I needed a full set of pink and whites and where I live they run about 50.00 Anne charged me 33.00 and I left a 10.00 for a tip, they are beautiful and she was gentle taking the old ones off. I love them they are perfect! Anne is sweet and her daughter and husband are great, the place is clean and I finally found my nail shop! read more

This is the worst place ever!!! First time here and my last time here!!! What a waste of money to come here!!! A guy did my nails in less than 40 mins! He was super fast and super horrible!!! I had to have someone fixed by someone else!!! He said, the nails aren't good because your finger is messed up! Wth, are you serious?' It's MY fault you messed up my nails because my finger is messed up! Really! He was also very rough and pulling my hands, not professional at all!!!He didn't even file my nails right! So im literally sitting in the chair at the moment DO NOT GO TO THE GUY ! I a regular here and im alwas satisfied with the mom and daughters work theyre super friendly. I have had the guy about three times the first time was fine the second time I wanted rhinestones on two fingers and without asking me if it was okay he put acrylic over them and they looked horrible (he was probably experimenting thinking they would look decent and stay longer) after I told him i didn't like it and if he could take them off he said no cause they were fresh and it would hurt..so I let it be. Today he tried half assing the whole thing cause he was ready to leave.. I asked him to take off the rhinestones he said no he'd just polish them and I said not I dont like them at all but I wanted them on again just no acrylic and he tried telling me no just polish. I said no I want the rhinestones and he said come back tomorrow and I said no im not coming back tomorrow I'll wait for her to finish (the mom) Literally packed all his stuff and he walked right out! The husband of the mom sat down and asked me if it was a fill and I said yes but I also wanted the stones and he replied with "he can do them" I told him what had happened and he was definitely not happy about it either ! If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. Ambience is horribly uncomfortable and the worst pedicure I've ever had. If you're looking for a 5 minute botched pedicure this is the place for you. I, on the other hand, expect more from a nail salon. The elder Asian man did my pedicure and he obviously couldn't color in between the lines in pre-school because he failed to keep the nail polish solely on my toe nails. Honestly, I could give myself a much better pedicure at home. Top nails should be re-named Bottom Nails. Subjectively, in my opinion this is only a "Top Nail" salon if you focus only on the neon sign itself sitting on "top" of the salon. This place sucks!!!!!! read more
