Terrible pedicure. They didn't cut my nails properly or take care of the cuticles. I asked to take care of the cuticles and they DID NOT. Nails were cut crooked, some toes shorter than others. Every time I came to this establishment I have always left upset, I tried this place out 6x and today will be my last I will give them business. The people who work here are nice, but are always trying to fit in as many people they can fit and are rushing. My gel pedicure was pretty awfully done, she didn't bother to over look or ask if I was happy. She put on my sandals right away and was ready to clean the chair for the next person. I pay a big penny for pedicure since I don't pick the basic pedicure so I expected more. This place was convenient since it's walking distance but, I'm going to try out Victoria Nails on Channel Islands and hope to get better service. read more

They greeted upon entering when they first opened. It was not busy since they just opened. My nail tech did a horrible job. I should've let my husband attempt doing my pedicure. I've been going to this place for about a year now. It seems like they recently changed management and now there's more people doing nails which is awesome because you can get in and out quicker. The views! Oh the views are perfect. I like sitting in the back whenever I can. I only get my pedicure done by Amy or Nina. They're both good and sweet. Just last week I did my mani with Chris. I couldn't have asked for more...shape, size, color on point and no pain at all. I would highly recommend this place with great views if you're in the area. You won't regret it. I gave this group many times to win me over. Originally I went to try out the dipped gel powder, thinking it would be a good choice for my nails. It could have been, but the application was rough. To take off the prior application, they filed my nails to the point it hurt so much I shouted & then cried. All the employees were mechanical. They tried to be friendly, but I felt it was perfunctory. They also were more interested in pushing their agenda verses hearing what I wanted. I had him fix a few things because im super anal. Anyway 2 hours later nail breaks. I come in for a fix he tried to patch but bro I have clear nails he said it will look better with color i told him no then he refuses to soak off and presists to hurt me in removing the acrylic. I Have been here a couple times before and liked it. This time was a little bit different. Was charged $42 for a FILL. Couple days later I had a nail crack. I went in after work to unwind and it was more stressful trying to make sure I moved my hand the way my tech needed constantly. He kept making comments about how badly the job was done before him, yet my nails didn't turn out too much different after I really looked at them. The work they do is art. I came in 2ith a horrible acrylic set that was so thick and bubbly I could not even open a can of coke. They transformed my nails from monster claws to a work of art. The place is clean, spacious, and offers several services. Chris is the new manager, and he pays close attention to detail. He and his wife are my go-to technicians, and they will ensure you are happy with your nails (or other services) before you leave. I am very picky about the way my nails are done, and they always cater to my requests with no hesitation. I highly recommend the NEWLY MANAGED OV Nail Spa. I had my nails done here a few years ago, and it is an entirely different experience. Please disregard the negative reviews below that pertain to the old staff and management--it is not the same.
