She was going to send me with bulky white powder. Just because I said I want short acrylic white nails so put the whole powder all over and said that's it ! I was like wait what about the shaping after you put powder on and I was like I want polish as well and she really thought after putting that white powder that was it ? Like omg. So uncomfortable too. They don't care about what you want, they just do what they want and expect you to like it she ended up finishing perfectly but I had to say something three times which made me feel uncomfortable because they all make you feel bad if you say something about the nails and it's like it's the customers nails it's how they want it All I'm saying is I won't go back there. And they made me feel horrible and it was a bad experience so thanks

I got my nails done today I asked the person doing my nails if they could do a design and they did a terrible job but I kept that to myself and I told them if they can just paint them all blue instead as he was finishing my nails I noticed two of my nails were clumpy so I asked him if he could redo them suddenly he started speaking really fast in Chinese like if he was upset or something like my mom always used to say if you don't like where you're working or you're always going to have a bad attitude why are you working there terrible service here

French tip is $4 more but it was not executed well. Look at my middle finger.

Tried this place because it was recommended by a good friend. V did my manicure and pedicure. Pros: She did a good job cleaning under my nails. Friendly atmosphere. Cons: Expensive for what you get (around $70 for manicure and pedicure) Not very good at polishing. Not careful (cut my foot) Overall it was ok. I don't see myself returning but if I did, I would skip the french tip and go for an easier polish.

This is the first negative review I've ever left. Please don't ignore the negative reviews like I did. They showed me the menu yet charged me double. I brought my daughter in for a "CHILDS PEDICURE" for $17 they asked her how old are you? 10? They said child's pedicure is 9 and under. She's a child and on the menu they never said anything about being 9 and under. They charged us $27 because she's 10 and not 9. A child is a child. They did a terrible job on both of us and the owner laughed at me because I looked upset. I will include pictures. We spent $100, basically down the drain.

Hi. I had a full set, and a pedi. It was not a good experience at all. The owner (an older woman) was very rude and nasty. When she spoke to her staff, she was very mean and hateful. The rest of the staff is very young, and there was only 1 tech that knew what he was doing. The girl who did my fingers couldn't determine what size nail to put on. And, she was shaking so bad that she couldn't even hold a nail. Then I got a pedi. The tech wrapped hot towels around my legs. I had never had that done before and didn't really want it. She also took scalding hot stones and run them all around my lower leg, and wrapped them in hot towels. So hot that it burned a big hole in my leg that is several layers deep! I kept putting peroxide and neosporin on it, and it is healing nicely. But, try to imagine my horror and disgust when I discovered the wound and saw how deep it burned thru many layers of my skin. OUCH!* That was the worst thing that happened, but there were several things that just made the whole experience about as unpleasant as walking through mud in high heels! And, did I mention that the place was dirty, as well? And, to add insult to injury, the prices are higher than many other places. Did I mention that it cost me $100 to get out the door! And, this was without tip. No wonder their business is flopping. Following is the burn 12 days after the incident. As you can see this was a nasty burn! Sorry to gross you out, but you need to see the work these people do before you make the same mistake I did...

I have been coming here for a year now and they ALWAYS do an amazing job! Ben and Lily are who I usually get and they are amazing! And they are great with pricing! They take their time to make sure they give you quality work that lasts! I refuse to go anywhere else!

Came in today and it was super busy so I suggest coming hear during the week and not a weekend. Staff is friendly and considering both of my young daughters were getting a manicure they still took the time to make them nice and clean . I like that even though their busy you don't feel rushed and they take their time in giving you what you want which for me that means a lot !! Considering most nail salons don't give you what you want but rather what they think is better for you !!!

Came here two times and I'll never go back. The first time I went in I had gel on from another salon and when I got there the man( owner) came up to me and tried to literally peel off the gel and broke my nail. After realizing that it wasn't going to just peel off he soaked them and wrapped in foil where I sat in a chair for a hour and 20 min before I finally asked somebody to take off the foil and do my nails since they forgot about me or clearly just didn't care. So then another man started my nails and I got acrylics and I asked for them to be short and the guy straight up told me no and they would look better how he wanted to do them.... I was so frustrated that I just sat there. The acrylic was so thick and went over my cuticle that 4 days later it started to lift and would get caught in my hair. A week after I went to get them taken off where once again the owner started to take off the acrylics and asked why I wanted them off. Like it's any of his business. And I told him I wanted them off bc they were done shitty and they were ruining my nails and he asks who did them and I told him I got them done at his salon and he stopped talking after that. He cuts the tips of the nails off and try's to pop off the nail on my thumb and I tell him it hurts and he keeps going so I jerked my hand away and he ripped of the nail to where it took off half of my thumb nail. I was pissed and told him to soak off the nails bc I'm not dealing with that so I had to sit there for a hour just to get the acrylic off and they had to file every ten minutes to get it off it was so thick and literally the worst nails I've ever had. This place is a joke and they are rude and don't do a good job at all. I will never go back and would highly recommend no one come here. read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I went for the first time about a month and a half ago and they insisted that the nails I had on from another salon were too poorly done and had to be replaced (they were a full set that was only 3 weeks old). I agreed on my second visit to get a fresh set. That was exactly 2 weeks ago today and 4 nails have completely lifted off since. I find it ironic that my previous set of nails were "so bad and lifting terribly" and yet, they're fresh set is far more crappy. I will NEVER be returning and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Extremely disgusted. read more

I came here about two weeks ago to get a pedicure and a full set. I forgot to get the name of the guy who did my full set, but I'm in love with how they came out. Granted he did take nearly 2.5 hours doing them, they came out amazing. Hopefully I'm able to get him once I go in for my fill. read more

Jerry is the best !!! He took his time and was detail oriented!!! He takes pride in his work. I recommend his services. Not sure about anyone else . But recommend Jerry . Also he didn't engage in conversation, like most of the women who think that their my friend just because I'm getting my nails done!!! That was a plus !!!!! Usually I really like this place, but unfortunately I came in for a gel manicure appointment and when I came in, they put me with a different technician even though I specifically asked for someone when I made the appointment. Less than 24 hours later and my nails look like horrible! Very disappointed. read more

I asked for a gel manicure. I have a thin layer of acrylic on my natural nails and apparently that was confusing to everyone for some reason. The lady that started my nails then stopped once she finally understood what I wanted. I was left sitting there with my toddler in a chair with no explanation waiting for someone else to start doing it. Took about a half an hour and then I was moved to another lady's station and then a man a friend who acted frustrated if I moved because I was trying to entertain my toddler because they had taken so long Took about a half an hour and then I was moved to another ladies station and then a man a friend who acted frustrated if I moved because I was trying to entertain my toddler because they had taken so long. He then passed it off to another lady and I did not get a manicure it was only gel polish over the acrylic and it is not a good French tip and the clear does not cover all my nails and is bumpy in areas! So, second time in this spot and the second time they sat me in water and I didn't get a professional in a timely manner. The first time after getting a professional she made up for the wait by providing great service. But I think management are dishonest about wait times and have a bad attitude overall about what customer service is. The price is fair, so I'll give them one more chance to resolve this bad service. Thing is, people will come therefore the bad service could be due to service in demand. read more

Took my daughter (14)to get her nails soaked off and a pedicure. I stepped out next door, to kill time while waiting. A few minutes after I left, She came to me in tears, the guy who tried to take her nails off, was an idiot. He ripped her natural nail almost completely off. Then had her put it in acetone after doing so. She was smart enough to make him stop and walked out, but not before they made her pay 7 bucks for the damage they caused. Seriously professionals!? Nope! They suck and then told me to have someone else fix it for her..... how about do your job right the first time. Train your people to do good right work. Other customers said the same guy had done bad work before to their family member as well. So as I sit here and wait for the fix job! I am writing this review. They gave me the 7 bucks back. like that makes it ok! Anyway, watch your kids close I hate that grown adults take advantage of situations and kids. They probably thought she wouldn't tip them because she's a kid. Well her mom would have if they just took the time and did her nails correctly. The first time. I should be reporting this salon and following up weather the guy was even licensed to do nails. I won't be going back EVER free services offered or not....... read more

Went in today after Sunday church/brunch brought my nieces with me. Unfortunately, I would never recommend this place. The lady who I got was absolutely horrible! Funny thing is I used to come here when I was younger it was always a great experience. After several attempts to select a color the lady kept saying "oh we don't have". So I went with something basic a teal blue one coat max is what I'm assuming she wanted. After the simple polish I asked for a flower design. She told me she can't do it on my nail's because I should have gotten the gel nails. I asked if anyone else could. At this point the male which I think is the owner came up after he could see I was uncomfortable I informed him of everything that happened he said sorry about that and was able to get someone else to do my flower design. I mean 200+ being spent within an hour you'd think you'd be able to get something without feeling like you never want to return read more

i got a full set because Kevin said it was cheaper because I was missing three nails. $80.00 frickin dollars later I did French point he did not use pink acrylic or even pink polish with the white tips you can see my nail through !! what a terrible horrible job he should be ashamed of himself!!!!! stole my Birthday money with it !!!!!! read more

Came here today with an appointment and told them I had to be done by 730 so sat me down to do a pedicure and when I asked when my full set would be done they said we r too busy but, kept taking walk in clients! Horrible management said that's how it was and I could wait if I felt like it or leave never coming back and then after all that "Mary" does my pedi and she botched it and is all uneven and looks like crap so when I complain she says she is hungry and tired and that's how it is!!!! Wth!!!!! What horrible customer service I would give 0 starts but yelp wont let me! Please do not ever come here this place is horrible. I have been getting pedis and full sets since I was 15 and have never been treated this way ever read more

I have been going to this nail shop for about 7 years now they are hands down my favorite nail shop in the hemet/san jacinto area. I walk in and am always greeted, the decor in there is beautiful, and everything is clean. Jenny in particular is the best! She never disappoints me and and does exactly what I ask for no matter the shape or design she does immaculate work every time. Ben the owner is great and makes sure you leave there happy! So disappointed. They over charged for everything. Cuticles cut $12 I have never paid more than $5 they said it was a manicure (I didn't want that). Then charged $2 more because my nails were long but didn't say anything until the end. People need to be honest and put their prices in plain sight and quit upping the price because they feel like it read more

Like are you kidding me????????? My two year old can do better nails than the guy who did this!!!! So upsetting because he barely speaked English and I was not able to communicate with him he would just make weird face expressions... I think he doesnt even have a license to do this!!! I told another guy there I didn't like them and he offered to do them again but I had to wait lol so I just payed and left... NEVER GOING BACK! read more

Terrible. Came in for a gel manicure. My cuticles were shot which is why I needed a manicure bad. The guy who did my manicure didn't speak English which actually wasn't the problem. As he did my nails, I realize he wasn't going to clip my cuticles because he didn't know how to. I would've had to wait for someone to come in who could cut cuticles. I was shocked. Definitely wont be coming back here ever. read more

Made an appointment at 5:30 came in and told the man in the front who just said ok sit down still waiting at 6:11 also saw him turn away an African American woman who came in but 2 mins later a Hispanic woman with 2 kids came in and he said if she waits 30 mins they could get service done. My time is valuable as a business owner myself this is unacceptable. Also reported them to the riverside county dept of health for covid violations no social distancing. read more

Called to make an appointment at 5 pm. I believe they closed at 7. They called everyone else that was a walk-in. When I pointed out that I had appointment at 5pm, they sat me in a chair but never got to me till 6pm! I was the last one there way past closing time. I only stayed because it was the only day I could get this done, hence the appointment. All they care about is making money and not having people ready for you when you arrive to your appointment. They run around with their heads chopped off and don't know how to actually schedule their clients. read more

This venue has been my feet's best friends since 2013. The salon is always busy so please make an appointment. You may still have to wait just a tad, but I recommend that you do. For feet and nails, I recommend Monica and Wa. Their absolute attention to detail to the care of feet is outstanding. They have a full scale of services in this venue. Manicure, pedicure, waxing and even facials. I am going to look more into their facial services and let all of you know my experience. To each is own when it comes to hands and feet. I've pretty much tried everyone in this area as well as surrounding cities. So far, they have made me happy as a clam every time I leave. read more

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the service I got today!!! I asked the guy doing my nails on station #10 to fix one of the nails because it was crooked , then started filing down all my nails and made them super small and thin, I immediately told him I didn't like them , and he put acrylic on all of them again to make them wider... super SLOPPY work! There was acrylic all over my fingers and under my nails and just left them like that and made me switch to some lady so she can put the nail polish.. the lady asked me what was wrong and I told her to take a look at my nails, she tried to fix them but my nails were already messed up. I was beyond upset but kept my cool, at the end they still made me pay full price , knowing my nails were a mess and I was walking out unhappy ! That's POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I will NEVER come back!!!!! read more

Really really disappointed. My pedicure was good. My manicure is a complete nightmare. I wanted to get my nails done for my graduation and now I have to find someone else to fix them. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not waste your money. The nail shapes are all a different size. Acrylic powder chunks still under my nail and on the sides of my nails. Just overall a terrible job. Customer service is extremely friendly and nice however the quality of the job doesn't make up for it. I wish loved this place but I can't :( read more

Cut my toenails way too short even after i asked for them to be square. Then asked to put acrylic and the lady said no it doesnt look good long. So I come here often and it's my whole family but today I came in and usually Linda or Vee take care of me but both were busy so a guy did it and me just tell you all he did was cut down my nails scrub my feet and paint my toes super messy I told him and he ended up cutting me from "trying" to fix I told Ben and right away linda said she will fix i just think it's unacceptable the work he did! I'm a full time mommy finally getting alone time to be even more furious and stressed he not okay!!!! read more

Got a $200. Gift card, pedi cure was THE WORST I have ever had. No soaking in hot water, no scrubbing of dead skin... no scrubbing of feet at all! No shaping of nails before gel polish was applied. Polish does not even cover all of the toe nails and the nails have no shape at all smh. Got a Gel set, showed pictures, asked if he could do the design, he said yes... but could not smdh. At one point he added a random butterfly jewel to a nail... no butterflies requested or anywhere near the design I showed pics of, so I had him remove it. We agreed to have my thumb match my pinkies... that did not happen, he free styled and made his own strange design. He put glitter on some nails but didn't match the other hand..? The jewels he put on fell off 10 minutes after I got home. And I left with paint on my.hands and around my nails, no clean up,.it looks so bad I called another shop & made.an appointment for the next day to get them fixed. I can't go anywhere looking like my 9 year old son did my nails. The total cost.was $130!!!!! It was such bad work I gave them the full $200 gift card and asked them to split the $70 left as a tip... to which they responded, "oh,.you don't have no cash for tip? My husband paid $200 cash! Why would I need more cash for a tip not relaxing,.wast.of 2.5 hours of my life and I had to pay to get it all fixed. NEVER AGAIN!!!! read more

Tried it for the first time today. My nails look beautiful. Took along time but they did an outstanding job. I got white sparkled powdered tips with a light pink nail with a beautiful design. 40 bucks . Ive been to a lot of nail places and 40 bucks is about average for quality nails. Im going to make this my nail place. Im very impressed. My pedicure looks great as well. read more

Jenny was wonderful!! At first I wanted a different color that they didn't have, she looked for several different shades for me while I was drying my nails to see if she can find it. She offered to mix colors and even tested it on me before I was satisfied. I opted for a natural look since it wasn't the exact shade I wanted. I asked for a thin, short, natural look and Jenny did AMAZING job at fulfilling all my request! She listens to your request and doesn't push what she wants on you just for a higher price point. I'm not an avid nail person, I'm a pedicure girl but after finding her I'm considering getting it more often!! read more

I've had experiences where old acrylic wasn't removed AT ALL (because they didn't offer that service but wanted to charge $70 and up! As well as wanted ME to remove old ACRYLIC from my nails) French tips were uneven, nails weren't shaped consistently, or there were extra charges for every little thing. At T Diamond Nails, I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I left happy with my nails. The quality, customer service, and prices are all amazing. I highly recommend giving them a try. One service I got today was a #5 pedicure and as it got time for nail polish I asked for regular nail polish. The gentleman that was doing my pedicure got visible upset that I didn't want gel and informed me that there will be an additional charge since he took off the original gel nail polish I had on. The fact that he was visibly irritated because I wanted regular nail polish and then advised a $5 extra charge because I declined gel made the experience unpleasant. It's hard to find a decent nail place around here and I am not sure I will be returning after today's visit. So if anyone has another nail place to recommend, please let me know.

She is nice gets the spa going ; usually the spa has like blue color ima assuming some disinfectant or something in it; hers is just water ; gets to doing my toes . Now let's talk about what that consist of. All she does is clip toe nails does not clean up cuticle area at all , calluses removal my main part( pretty much nonexistent. Throw some stuff on my feet and use an old metal pedi scrubber( the one that look like a grater) . Then a small massage with oil and that's it paints your toes and I was out. Not great ; this just let me know that we may not like to pay for the price of mani and pedi these days but it's not just that we are paying for service and I overlooked how good service is important . She didn't say a word the whole time and I think she just outdated on how nails have advance . I should have took a pic of the nail color option swatches . I do nails so I just was regretting every minute being inside the shop because I knew this was not a good look or feel. Also one nail she kept trying to file the top I had to tell her it hurts . Over all it was 45$ and yes I still tipped because I felt bad :( It's also a dollar extra to pay with debit or credit card ***IN CASE YOU DONT HAVE TIME TO READ THE REVIEW MY ADVICE IS GO TO ANOTHER SHOP**

You were still able to see her nail through the nail and the French tip was done wrong and the paint started chipping fast and as for my thumb on my nail has a hole and has been painful the last couple of days and on top of that my nails weren't cleaned right I was still able to take all the dirty off my nail like if it was not cleaned at all. I'm really disappointed especially leaving a $20 tip as we left.

I have tried "River nails" and my nails would always turn a yellow color and would start lifting. I gave them the benefit of the doubt a few times with no improvement. I gave up and was in search of a new nail salon. I came across "Professio Nail & Spa" and decided to give it a try. It was amazing! I explained to them that I had problems with turning colors and lifting with the other place and they told me because they use cheap product. They assured me they use the best product and that wouldn't happen with them and they were absolutely right. They do amazing work. I had Steven do my nails last time and my nail beds are flat and he built up my nails to have the curve to them and they weren't thick or bulky. They know what they are doing!! This nail shop should not be in business. The ladies are nice on the phone and upon arrival which creates the illusion that they are a good place to be at, but I felt the need to warn people of the shadiness and inconsistency I have seen there. I called and asked if they had time for a manicure and they said yes, so I went in and the lady was pressuring me to get gel because we all know gel lasts longer. So, I asked how much for regular polish and gel, in which she replied "15" for regular and "30" for gel. After I told her no thank you, she started talking to another one of their workers in their language and changed my price to 20 eventhough their prices were "15" and "30" like she originally said. Walked in with no appointment and was in a chair almost immediately. My nails look better than they have in a very long time. I told the manicurist that my father would be born soon and that I wanted my nails short, after having my nails down short before and not liking them I was nervous but I have never been this satisfied with my nails before. I tried this place for the first time tonight! I was offered a spa chair right away. I did have to wait about 20 minutes(but I looked at it like 20 extra minutes of the chair massage!)
