Looking for a nail salon since I'm new to the city ; I been seeing this salon & decided to give it a chance for a pedicure. First let me start off with it does not look pleasing at all but I was trying not to judge . It was one older lady in the shop available to be honest I don't even know amid anyone else works here anymore the reviews are so old but anyone I come in for a pedicure when I really should of walked out ( I'm not that bold) . She is nice gets the spa going ; usually the spa has like blue color ima assuming some disinfectant or something in it; hers is just water ; gets to doing my toes . Now let's talk about what that consist of. All she does is clip toe nails does not clean up cuticle area at all , calluses removal my main part( pretty much nonexistent. Throw some stuff on my feet and use an old metal pedi scrubber( the one that look like a grater) . Then a small massage with oil and that's it paints your toes and I was out. Not great ; this just let me know that we may not like to pay for the price of mani and pedi these days but it's not just that we are paying for service and I overlooked how good service is important . She didn't say a word the whole time and I think she just outdated on how nails have advance . I should have took a pic of the nail color option swatches . I do nails so I just was regretting every minute being inside the shop because I knew this was not a good look or feel. Also one nail she kept trying to file the top I had to tell her it hurts . I went in with my wife to get her nails done and to get our manicure and pedicure after our visit once we noticed my wife's nails were done incorrectly. You were still able to see her nail through the nail and the French tip was done wrong and the paint started chipping fast and as for my thumb on my nail has a hole and has been painful the last couple of days and on top of that my nails weren't cleaned right I was still able to take all the dirty off my nail like if it was not cleaned at all. This was my first experience with this nail salon and I was not disappointed.. Natalie was amazing, she took me in as a walk in and sat me down pretty much as soon as I arrived I told her what I wanted and let her take charge of my bling and she did not disappoint.. I also loved that she took pride in her work! She didn't wait for you to tell her something was wrong she noticed it herself and fixed it.. she didn't give you attitude or say ur finger is crooked, lol.. my normal nail spot either are too busy and getting lazy to do designs or nails the way you want them because they are too busy... which sucks because rather than quality work they want quantity instead.. Today I visited Natalie Nails and I had a in between experience. First when I was suppose to get my pedicure, the daughter ran the water and didn't even tell me it was for me. Once she started she was a sweet heart and made sure my pedicure was top notch... best one I have had in a long time... The worst part was the owner... I asked for a beautiful pink color and she didn't want to do it or didn't know how to do it... I didn't care about the cost I never ask how much so I kinda thought maybe she felt I couldn't afford it???? She told me to just get the color on my feet and she can put a design... I was like nope I want this if u can't I will go else where but she instead and I ended up with what she wanted with a cheap design... I asked her to do my nails coffin shaped didn't get that and these are my natural nails by the way... she end up shaving one down to much... I have been here two times. For my graduation I got French tip the nails in general weren't bad and the service was good but I only had them for a week and they fell off. Recently went to get my nails done again on Friday for a full set, Natalie started doing my nails and it felt like she was doing them in a rush. I asked for coffin and the shape I got is not coffin the color is good but also got a diamond on both of my ring fingers which were $2 extra and the next day they fell off also my nails are lumpy and un even. I've only had them for 5 days and they are already starting to lift from the edges. I don't think I'll be coming here again. read more

Wow! What a nice surprise. Im glad i randomly stopped in. The owner Natalie performed my pedi. I like the no nonsense price here. Spa pedi is $20 at this time. I thought it was a little high but there is no up selling which annoys me to no end. At other salons they try to upsell and if you decline you get a cruddy pedi, no scrubbing, and a 5 minute massage (unless you pay extra) Natalie charges more but uses elbow grease and puts a callous remover on without charging extra. She also gave an awesome massage that lasted 15 minutes or so. I also appreciate her calling me ma'am instead of 'honey' like they call me at the usual place i go. This is my new salon. The last couple of times coming to Natalie Nails, the owner (she's usually the only nail tech who does my nails) she's really nice but the last time she overpriced for shortening my nails and for the design in which she handed me the brush to do my own design, I even showed her a pic of the design which were cow prints (white and dark spots). Im giving a 2 star because the cleanliness I didn't see her clean the tools I seen the prices on the menu and she tried to charge me 10$ extra and when I confronted her she just let it go and said the owner told her to do it like that when she's here smfh. I have been here twice. The first time was for a full set and there were only 2 people working , a young guy and an older lady. They kept switching on and off on my nails then the older lady had to take over completely because the guy wasnt consistent with my shape. My nails turned out okay. I also couldn't find my debit card when it came time for me to pay and after reading another customers reviews I'm pretty sure it was stolen! Luckily I reported it lost as soon as got back in my car. The second time I just ran in to get a manicure because I was in a rush and couldn't make it to my fav nail shop. It came out fine but was chipping just 2 days later. The first time I came here was about 4 years ago. My first impression was that it was so clean and organized!! It was also very spacious. I was impressed because you won't really find a place in San Jacinto that has that much room in a nail place! Once you meet the owner ( which I guarantee you will because she greets you with a smile on your way in!), you'll be more impressed because of the hospitality and generosity she displays while she does your nails!! The young girl who did my pedicure was so sweet and personable she noticed I was suffering from my tight ass yoga pants on my calves that she rolled them down then massages my legs to get the blood flowing again. Literally just walked out of here and I'm dooo unhappy with the service and the way my nails look. I asked for my nails not to be cut just filed and she still cut my nails and left them all jagged and uneven. I'll have to go home and redo my own nails. I also had my daughters toes painted and just soaked in the water (literally did nothing to her toes) but they still charged for a full pedicure. To top it off they rinsed off the metal thing that they use for the callus removing-WITH JUST WATER! So they used it on the lady right next to me then rinsed it off in the sink and wiped it with a towel and tried to use it on me. I refused the service. I will not be returning here. read more
