Horrible service, very rude, this guy kept messing up my acrylic nails and had to keep going in with the dremil. There's bubbles in almost every nail. He didn't know how to do holo gel, I'm sure he knew that he was going to mess up cause he said he wanted to test it out on 1 nail, after 2 attempts I told him never mind and he gave me attitude the whole time. When he messed up (there were brown spots on my french tip) he said that it was ok that its normal. I told the manager and she had him fix it, it took him 2 min. My real nails aren't attached to the french tip on some fingers and now i have to go somewhere else to fix all these issues. Waste of time and money. read more

I went in for a fill I told the guy what i wanted he seemed lost. When I asked for a design he went and asked someone else which is normal but the lady told me they didnt have rhinestones. She eventually found some but then it took her over 30 mins trying to put them on she asked someone else to help her. The girl did a good job except they didnt add anymore adhesive to my rhinestones so they been falling off none stop and a nail already broke since the guy gave me just that a fill n didnt put any acrylic at the end. If he felt I needed a new set he could have suggested that. I mean he is suppose to be the nail expert. Also wanted a pedicure and they didnt assist me in that so I didnt bring it up. My sister went for the $18 pedicure and she wanted gel polish and they ended up charging her 35 dollars Not sure how they charge 20 more dollars just to get gel polish. read more

I got acrylics today, stiletto shaped with a design. He did a good job, but acted irritated when I would ask for things, or it to be done a certain way. I'm not sure if he was just slow or my design was difficult but it took him an hour & a half just to do my nails. Also, they would not accept the coupon here on yelp. i got a pedicure done awhile ago and after a while the nail polish rubs off on its own and half of my toe nail polish was off and i saw my toe cracked and all yellow underneath it's been months ever since i gotten my last pedicure from here and my toe has still not grown. i don't know what they do to clean out the underneath of your nail but it is painful and i'm pretty sure they messed up my nail bed because my toe nail has not grown for a few months. read more

I would give them 0 stars now use to love this shop the only complaint I use to have is the 45 min wait even with appts and the 1.5 it takes to get your stuff done but this last time I went they dug into my nail with the sander thing I told her that she went to far she said sorry then squeezed my finger like that was going to stop it from hurting and bleeding then when I had them removed from another shop there was a infection because of this place, I will never come back ! Also the paint jobs they do on Kids which cost 13 dollars only last 2 days. I went in this place tonight I usually go see Mimi she's great but she was busy so I had Lynn who did my pedicure. When Mimi became available I asked if she could do my manicure as I got my pedicure. Once she started doing my manicure Lynn seemed annoyed and started rushing scrubing hard and she was ready to paint then for some reason went back to my cuticle and ended up tearing a price off my cuticle on my big toe and it wouldn't stop bleeding. Needless to say I didn't have my toes painted because it wouldn't stop bleeding , she kept putting alcohol , and some orange oil stuff but it wouldn't stop bleeding. When I looked at her she gave me to motion to (shhh) I was so upset it's frustrating no one really speaks English so really had no one complain too. I paid for my services and left. I will start by saying this salon is beautiful and clean and luxurious. It's a beautiful and peaceful environment. Some of the female workers do great work and they are friendly. Be warned if you get one of the men. They are absolutely rude and inconsiderate. They will argue with you and tell you your wrong. They do horrendous work on your nails! I asked for round nails and he squared them then curved the edges a little but it was still clearly squared and really ugly. He argued and I finally just gave up because I was not about to pick a fight over it. I told him to just make them almond instead then. Since he could not understand me. He tried to say I owed 5 bucks more for that shape. I told him it was wrong to charge for a mistake he made. So he messed my nails up bad after that and I can't help but feel he did it n purpose. If it wasn't on purpose then he needs to find a new career because they are the worst nails and this was the worst experience I have ever gotten. read more

I've been here a few times for pedicures and acrylic nails. They did a good job on my pedicure when it was time to do my nails the lady asked me what shape I wanted I told her coffin she said no that it would look weird so she decided to do square on me. The other few time I came here I only got a pedicure. Recently I took my little sister and her friend to get there nails done and even called a head to schedule, when I got there they sat us down right away however we were waiting for about 15mins before they started to do our nails. The man that was doing my nails asked me what length and shape I wanted told him that I wanted short coffin he then said that it would be 5$ extra for coffin shape. When it came to choosing the color he showed me only one small rack he had at his station that were dip powder or either gel, when I said I didn't want any of those colors he than told me to go choose from the shelf, I had been there before so I know that they have a basket full of colors that are regular or gel. I asked why I wasn't given the option to see the basket of colors he than looked at me annoyed and went and got the basket. The same went for my sister and her friend they made them choose from only the rack of colors they had at there station. I ended up paying a lot of money for rude service, I won't be going here again. read more

I ask for a service which is on their list for a price if $33.00 (over lay full set) and this guy told me that I had to pay$5.00 more if I wanted my nails with a color when the list says $33.00 gel coat. None of the other services specify that they are going to charge you more for choosing a color. I am very upset because the owner looked at me like, he didn't want to be confronted when I asked him why his list is not clear on that. I do not appreciate that attitude at all. The man at this spa was short with me, didn't want to do my nails the way I wanted them (I like them very short) and is very difficult to understand. He even yelled at me (I was in complete shock) because I washed my hands with soap and I guess he had said, "wash, no soap." I had no idea I wasn't supposed to use soap. I had to file down the nails on my right hand when I got home as they were significantly longer than the nails on my left hand. He also cut back my cuticles AFTER doing my nails causing my nails to look like it had been a week since I got them done from the space between the color and the nail bed. We called ahead and asked if they could take 3 of us. They said yes, it's no problem. They can take us right away. We went in and they put myself and my nephew on the pedicure massage chairs and made my sister wait for 15 mins and let 3 people go ahead of her. My nephew and I were still waiting also. All this while they see me holding a 1 year old baby. They could have told us ahead of time that there would have been a wait and that would have been understandable but taking walk ins before a call ahead was unacceptable and unprofessional. They were also very rude and laughing at us when we told them that we were going to take off because they were taking walk ins before us.
