I got nude chrome acrylic nails with gel polish. Honestly one of the best manicures I've ever gotten. They're so impressive and done so well. I absolutely love the way that Trina is so open to new ideas and how careful she has been with my nails in the past. I had a finger that my nail ripped off before I went to her. A total waste of time and money. I was there about 30 minutes. That included the time I walked in received what they considered service and walked out. She spent more time rubbing lotion and cuticle oil on my legs than she did actually doing what she thought was a pedicure. Then she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a manicure. But the most egregious part is that when I went to the counter to pay the employee looked at me said something to the man at the counter in whatever foreign language they speak. He looked at me then back at her and said to me in broken english "Sir we only take cash". Oh did I forget to sat that there was a cc machine right in front of me and not mention two previous people had paid with a card. I've gotten a few sets done here before and never had a problem. I love getting dip from here done by the two gentlemen and they do a great job. I wanted to share how cool this place was with a friend and they did a horrible job it was lumpy and had way too many coats. The woman working on hers said she was gonna cut and shape after. Kind of a rare strategy. Anyways it looked horrible and we nicely asked the gentleman if he could do hers when he was done with mine because we didn't wanna offend the lady working on hers. They soaked it off and started all over and were very nice about it. We were the last two in there before closing and they made sure she left happy ! One of my worst pedicures I've ever had. The chairs are uncomfortable. My toes are killing me the next day because the lady filed my skin down. The massage was basically nonexistent and she only placed a hot towel on one of my legs unlike wrapping both legs like most other places. My girlfriends manicure was also rushed and terrible. Her finger bled for an hour afterward when the manicurist filed her skin down as well. So needless to say I'll be going elsewhere next time. read more

I have been to ProfessionalNails in the past. Because of having issues with my feet and ankles, I requested a GOOD oedicurust for a mani pedi message. AKA not a Rooky! I paid and additional $30.00 extra hoping to receive exceptional care W/message. I was clear on this. The pedicurist and manicurist may as well have been texting will doing their job. Their lack of presence of care was abysmal. Even the basics like putting forth effort to clean and scrub where missed. The "message" was a pathetic joke. I know they have to be licensed but I guess you can't teach someone how to care. Upon leaving, I told the person at the register I wanted a redo She acted as if she didn't hear! Love this nail salon. The nail techs are kind and thorough. The salon is clean even on the busiest days. Their basic spa pedi is $20 every day but I'm a sucker for the Paraffin Pedi for $26. They also do a mani and pedi at the same time which is SO helpful. If you pay cash, make sure you get a punch card - after 15 punches you get a $20 credit! read more

Beware. I used to love this place, but won't go anymore. This place uses solar nail powder, not sns powder for their dipped nails. They just claim they are "dipped" nails, however the price is what you should pay for sns not for solar powder (which is usually done with acrylic nails). Solar powder is cheap and your natural nails will be damaged and become thin like acrylics. Occasionally I get my nails done elsewhere and the other salon always comments that Professionails used solar powder. Today the third salon told me this. It's enough! They are using the "dipped" technique, but that means nothing. Sns powder makes your nails stronger, however my nails were getting thinner. This place has to file the nail so thin that it harms your natural nail. Just like acrylics. Sns contains vitamins and nail strengtheners. Just a shame what people will do to cut costs. I was a loyal customer, wondered why I'm getting the most expensive process, yet my nails are getting thinner. read more

Found this place on Yelp while in town for work. Typical strip mall nail salon but they got me in without an appointment. Bonus was a nice young man did my toes. The pedicure lasted me well over 6 weeks. That is impressive. Nice basic pedicure and great price. Lots of options on the menu. I would go back. read more

Went for a mani- pedi around 2pm yesterday. Decided to get gel polish on my mani and reg polish on my toes. went to the gym about 8 pm that day and come home to my socks stuck to my socks. My toes are messed up. I don't know if It was the polish or my fault for wearing closed toe shoes. Anyway, I Come back to the salon the next day, ask to get gel polish, I explained I was there the day before and what had happened. They charged me $20 for something it literally took 5 mins to do. (My mistake, I should've asked before I got it done) I might as well have paid $5 extra and gotten a whole new pedicure. Needless to say I won't be going back. read more

Was rushed to pick out our nail colors The lady who did my pedicure kept stopping to answer the phone and even set her phone touching my feet to talk The lady who did my full set kept throwing the file down on my hands and stopping to gossip She messed up my paint job and would NOT fix it when I asked. When I went to pay I told them I would not pay full price for messed up nails and they refused to even take $5 off and said they would fix them or they would cut my nails off and call the police. I've been here twice and the first time was great. I got a gel mani and they did a good job and they're price is fantastic. BUT, today I went for a gel mani and pedi and it was definitely not great. I waited a long time and they were not all that busy when I arrived. I eventually was sat in a pedicure chair but I still waited quite a while as they served people before me who arrived after me and did not have appointments. The lady doing my mani pedi used the nail drill to get off my old gel, I much prefer when they soak it off. When the lady did my mani she didn't ask what shape I wanted before she started filling my nails. And she didn't do a very good job. The edges of my nails are still rough, I'll have to smooth them out at home. In addition to that, she got (and left) polish on my skin. I'm not sure that I'll come back here again. read more
