Country Nail Spa is very clean and quiet... I went on a Tuesday afternoon which may have had something to do with the quietness. I made an appointment and was seen within 5 minutes by Lilly. Lilly did an amazing job really cleaning and scrubbing my feet... pushing the cuticles and trimming them is always a little painful but I've never had someone that detail oriented make then look so pretty. Lilly was very sweet and made me feel comfortable and look forward to seeing her again! The one thing I would have changed is that there was no wine available. It's not a necessity but it sure is nice to sip on something while getting your nails done ( that's the lack of one star for me). Other than that, my experience was absolutely amazing! read more

I've been getting my nails and toes done here several times and they have been great consistently. Tina is my favorite nail tech. She barely can speak English so you might feel like she's not paying attention to you but she does the best job on trimming the cuticles, giving wonderful massage and polishing the nails. My toes still look good after 4-5 weeks, not like other places, the nail polish comes off after 1.5 - 2 weeks. If you only care about your nails looking good and lasting longer, I'd highly recommend this place. I don't like small talk and actually don't care much if my nail tech can carry a conversation. I've gone here twice now and both times I have left loving my nails! Since I've moved back to the area I've tried a couple other places in the area and they just don't hit the mark. But this place does AMAZING nails! If you ask them for a type of style of nail you want they will make sure they give you a tech that knows how to do that style which I absolutely appreciated. I haven't had my toes done here yet but by the service I have gotten with my fingers I'm sure toes would be just as great! I love this place! Everyone is always exceptionally friendly, but Hannah, Lily, and Trin are my favorites. Hannah is a master with nails, and Lily and Trin make my eyebrows look beautiful. I don't even have to tell them how I like them! (I've always been pretty particular with my eyebrows). I clearly explain all of the services I want when I book and get an appointment time then when I arrive I am told they have appointments and I have to wait or I cannot get all the service I want. Autoclave bag was not sealed, just folded over. He just unfolded and dumped them out. Makes me question if they actually sterilize between clients. I've been here twice. The first time I got a mani and pedi. The service was excellent and my nails were perfect. I paid $85 including a tip which I had no issue with. It wasn't until a couple of days later when I checked my bank account that I realized that my card was ran twice for $85. I called and spoke to who I assume was the manager and she tells me that they decided to run everyone's cards from the weekend again because the receipts didn't print the first time. She told me to bring in my receipt and they would reverse the charge. Excuse me! The only reason I figured this out is because I watch my bank account and transactions like a hawk. Who knows how many cards they ran twice. In the end my bank reversed the charge after verifying the charge was not correct. That was several months ago. Today was the nail in the coffin. I walked in over an hour before closing and asked for a full set and pedicure. Basic stuff. This guy jumps up and says that he would do my acrylic while another lady does my pedi. As he's working on my hands I can tell that he's rushing. He put one tip on and I immediately noticed that there was something in between my nail and the tip. Instead of taking the tip off he kept going. I was curious how long it would take for him to notice so I waited him out. I finally lost my patience and asked him to take the tip off and reapply a new one. Then he starts putting on the acrylic and there's bubbles underneath. At that point I was done telling him how to do his job. Did I forget to mention that my hands and feet are being done at the same time? As I look down to check out my toes the lady is applying a top coat onto my still very wet nails. As she's did this, the light pink polish mixed with the clear polish. I pointed it out to her and she gets angry and starts over. How dare I want my nails decent when I'm paying almost $70 for a service. After she fixed my toes I washed my hands and followed the guy over to his station. He started to paint my nails very fast, but with the light pink color that I chose, my nails looked streaky. Does he fix this? No! He takes me over to the dryer and goes to the back. As the polish began to set and dry they started to look worse than I thought they would. Afraid that I was overreacting I asked my mom, who came with me, for her opinion. As she looked at my nails a lady walked by and asked what's wrong. I showed her but she didn't say anything. She just sat down and began taking the nail polish off. As she's repainted my nails I could tell that she was irritated. I was just as irritated as her because they ran my card already and I included a very undeserved tip. After she finished I just got up and left. There's a lot that I left out like crooked and uneven nails. If you're looking for a great nail salon THIS IS NOT IT. Go spend your hard earned money somewhere else. I know I will!!! read more

Got a gel manicure and a pedicure/callus removal. Both were great, Lily did a great job and even added an extra top coat to my gel manicure, as she felt it wasn't shiny enough. As I continue the search for a great and local nail salon, I came here after I read the raving reviews. It was quiet and the staff were very friendly. I got a gel manicure only. One lady started manicure and she was very careful and detailed. While she was polishing my nails, another technician took over and had to finish my mani because her appointment came in. She was good, too. Overall the manicure was good but it was $35 plus tip which I felt was overpriced. It's the most I ever paid for a gel mani. They do have a great color selection. read more

They have alot of options for pedicures but what suprised me the most is that they used a disposable liner for their pedicures sink, I had not seen that before and I really liked that. This might have been the worst pedicure I have ever received. Never mind the fact that they rip you off by asking you to pay $5 more to have your callous' removed (that comes standard everywhere else!), the nail tech came out and dumped all the tools for cutting my nails OUT OF A BOX. When I asked if they had been sanitized, he said yes. But then 5 minutes later he gets up and grabs a sanitized bag of tools "because he was short one." Using un-sanitized tools and the ridiculous mark up for callous removal means I will never return. You can find the same pedicure somewhere else that won't give you a fungal infection. read more
