I chose GERBER COLLISION & GLASS being the closest to my home. From the office staff to the other shop individuals they were all top notch. They even contacted the rental car company, coordinated everything and offered t take me to pick up the car. I was kept "in the loop" for the entire week and a half that they had my vehicle. Text messages were consistently updating me as well as phone calls. And they're all (Amy, Sarah, etc) very courteous and friendly. When I picked up my vehicle, it was cleaned & washed and they provided a "guideline" for car telling me to please let them know if there was anything I noticed. It was necessary that they order a tire and they'll notify me when it arrives. I had taken my plate off, while it was in their shop, and they put them back on for me! I highly recommend GERBER and I'm thankful my insurance company, Safeco, had them on their recommended shop list!

In the interim water had leaked in and left mold in my trunk. Upon returning, Cody's demeanor changed to a defensive posture, eye rolls, accusing me continually of an accident which he said would effect the repair that never occurred and finally calling me a liar over incorrect Car Fax data. Sometimes the same customers even have new damage to the area of their vehicle that they have repaired. They try to remain professional and work with each situation accordingly, but they always TAKE PICTURES for anyone who may unrightfully question their integrity. Especially when they receive a carfax report that the vehicle has been previously totaled. Unfortunately, you can't please everyone, but ASAP does everything within their power to try.
