While their price was not the absolute lowest, the customer service I received on the phone was great and I felt the price was fair. I told him I would call back and would probably want a Friday or Saturday service which he could accommodate either choice. They take cash or credit but prefer cash as there is a processing fee. They were easy to find and had a sign outside of the building and on its front. When I got there, a little after I should have because it's Friday and going to the bank on a Friday is horrible, I was pleasantly greeted and my car was taken to the service area. I waited in their comfortable waiting area. 45 minutes later it was done!! I was given instructions for the next two days. Thank you!!!!

I was quoted one price, and then, conveniently, the price increased afterward. If you give a customer a quote, you should stand behind it instead of changing the price and expecting the customer to just accept it. And then there's the manager, Grayson. He demonstrated zero accountability for his own incompetence and seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than actually resolving the problem. That is not what I expect from someone in a management position. When I asked why I wasn't informed of the price increase prior, Grayson responded, "You didn't ask." Sir, why would I ask when I was already quoted a price? You should have integrity and be transparent. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful of my time and money. A manager should be able to take ownership when something goes wrong--not make excuses and pass the blame. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
