I came on a Wednesday around 3 in the afternoon and it was not busy at all that Mario helped me out right away; got my rock chipped window done in a couple minutes! Very quick repair time and great affordable pricing. They even wiped my window clean afterward so no residue . Came here many years ago to replace a windshield that had cracked almost to half of my windshield, which had happened over the weekend while driving on the freeway. Did not realize I never wrote a review until recently when I came to fix a few small chips on my windshield. I think the business either has changed owners over the years or something because the number saved in my phone (from years ago) was different than the one on the Yelp page now. Mark picked up every time and was very patient in answering any questions I may have since I had never fixed any chips before. The fix was very affordable and quick! Prior to arriving, he recommended for me to call 30 minutes before I arrived to ensure he was available. Great customer service, professional, and very efficient! As soon as my repair was completed, another customer had just arrived and was going to have his windshield replaced. The other customer had also phoned in advance, of course, prior to their arrival. Just like the other yelpers described. Everyone was very friendly and professional. We took a rock strike on the freeway which caused a crack in the windshield about the size of a penny. Despite the number of cracks emanating from the chip, they were able to repair the damage with very little evidence of the original crack. You can't go wrong here. If you are looking for a no hassle, no BS and just good quality service and someone who can get the job done right, then look for Mark. I had a cracked window which one shop said could be repaired but once they saw the damage in person suddenly told me it was impossible and had to be replaced. I wish I would have come here when I just had a chip in my windshield before it cracked across my window. Tip: if you get a chip in your window, come here and have Mario fill in the chip because they charge 30$ where safelight charges 120$. Also, if you don't get that chip fixed, 30$ can turn into 200$, so it's your choice... I needed to find a windshield repair shop after a bolt hit my windshield and left to chips in it. I let those chips go like most people until one day, the chip turned into the San Andreas fault, and the crack was more prominent than a plumber's on a hot summer day! Anyway, Mario was a total professional and fixed my window fast on my 2019 Chevy Cruze and did a great job.
