Very friendly people however I was called an hour later after dropping it off I was skeptical and found that There were streaks on the dash and leather seats where they did a quick swipe(and u can see where they didn't wipe) , pockets of sand that weren't vacuumed, I was still finding dog hair, I pointed out there were specks of white that I could wipe off the exterior and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I've visited here before. The service has gone downhill RAPIDLY. What happened? I took my 4Runner in because it was really filthy after a hunting trip. I paid for the best wash because I knew it was extra work. For about $40 they didn't even wipe the door jambs. The interior windshield was just smeared on the driver's side horribly and the right side wasn't even touched. The 4 door windows weren't touched, either. The attendant met me with a hand extended for a tip and didn't even say "Thank you, sir" or "Your car is ready, sir". In the past, the attendants here have always accompanied me to the vehicle for a quick check when they were done and were courteous. Again, "What happened?" Never again and my planned Camry detailing will now be elsewhere. I had to stop later at Autozone for a roll of towels and some glass cleaner. read more

Now know as "Southern Dreamin Inc." Dissapointed... The folks were extremely nice, they seemed as if they really cared, but for $160 in 45 minutes I expected so much more for my end result. The outside of my car looks okay, but I honestly feel the wash is what I could have done...possibly better. When you go to a detailer you expect a service above what you can do at home. I could see obvious coffee that was missed, food around my child's seat (which doesn't look like it was even taken out). When I opened my back end to grab the bag to move back in the front of my car, it wasn't even vacuumed. One gentleman did ask to take it back to revaccum, but again I assume they didn't know how to open the back and instead of asking me, they just ignored it. Also a sap spot right in the middle of my windshield, I was able to scrape it off with my fingernail, but again something you expect a detailer to know how to remove. My rims were also covered in break dust; shiny but dirty. I won't take it back in and complain because I don't feel it would do any good, I just can't stress enough that you're providing a service. Make it something a person can't do at home, or they will. I've had mobile detailers come to my home, spend four+ hours on my vehicle for that price. Not expecting a four hour service, but for the price take the time needed to do it right. Unfortunately, I will not be taking my car back to Southern Dreamin. read more

Dont waste you're time, scam! I paid 106$ for my mother to get a deep clean wash for her birthday (thats what she really wanted) well.. She had to go back and get it redone and it still was a crappy job. Inside of her car was wet, there was sand still in there. I am in college, working my ass off and 106$ is a lot for an 18 year old that has moved out. They DO NOT believe in refunds even though they did not do what they told me they would. Unfortunately an establishment that I have used on and off for years has not held the quality of service that I use to get. Below is a list of issues from my visit today. - windows still dirty (same rag used for whole car so tire shine ended up on side windows) - tires still look dry even after tireshine applied. - employee takes key out of car puts in his pocket and forgets to return it... hmmm - manager refused to fix issue because I was justified upset and told him about it. By the way they are under new ownership. Definitely not a good experience. Please do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere that understands what attention to detail and customer service is. This is a prime example of do it right the first time and there won't be issues like this. read more

First and foremost the manager tried his best to rectify the situation (Everything but giving my money back) in a professional manner, but that is the ONLY thing professional about this car wash. I took my wife's car to get a full detail with focus on the interior. Her seats had some water stains, to which I was told they shouldn't be an issue. I dropped the car off at 10:00 and was told it would be about 3 hours. I was surprised it would take that long but honestly pleased that the guys were going to really take there time and hit every little thing. Unfortunately that was not the case. I was never informed the car was complete, but showed back up at 1:30 pm. The car looked pretty good on the outside but the inside was a complete different story. I realize that $120 detail isn't the most expensive, but some basics should have been accomplished. Even though the focus was to shampoo and treat the stains on the seats...things like cup holders and dashboards should be wiped down...or the very least dusted. I could almost get over the lack of attention to detail if the seats had been pristine...but they were not. The manager walked me to the car to ensure his guys had knocked it out and that I was satisfied. He opened the door and immediately said "sorry man, this isn't good enough. Give me another 15 minutes to make it right." I appreciated the immediate realization that it wasn't good enough. Before he took it back, I noticed that the seats were still pretty much soaked from the shampoo - I know it takes some time to dry but I feel there is no reason they should have been wet enough to wring out like a sponge. That being said, the manager brings the car back up and was able to get a little bit more of the stain, but explained that was the best he could do. I thanked him and set off to the house. I was honestly bummed because I have used these guys before and they pulled the car out looking brand new. Defeated and just needing to get home since I had spent the better part of 4 hours waiting for the car to be cleaned I realized that they missed a ton of basic detailing. The car vents were dusty, radio screen and center console had not been touched, cup holders gunked with stuff, dash was not wiped down, the back windshield hadn't been cleaned and to top it all off the car seats are still soaked. I stopped by autozone and grabbed a $15 cleaner and toothbrush...spent 30 min cleaning the seats stains and 30 mins wiping the rest of the car down. Finally I have a car that equates to one that has been "PROFESSIONALLY DETAILED" Needless to say, I will not be visiting this establishment again and would warn others to beware the lack of results. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I dropped my vehicle off to be detailed. I was told that it would take an hour to finish up. When I returned, the front right tire was damaged and the area near my right front headlight was damaged as well. The manager on duty that day accused me of having an overinflated tire and it ruptured while they were washing it. I told the manager that I have no motivation for coming there to do something like that. I have Ford Care so if I had an issue with my tire, they would have repaired or replaced it. I didn't get to take pictures but this place is alright but a bit overpriced, I got one package which was about 60 after taxes and there where still streaks and water marks on my car. On the inside where they wiped down my leather seats still some of the oil there like they sprayed it and forgot to wipe . Figured I'd also review this business since going here was the reason I went to my previously reviewed business. I have only been here once and had just the basic car wash service done. The waiting room was decent. I believe there is a small tube TV somewhere attached to the wall. There is also a window that gives you a view of the car wash tunnel so you can watch your car. The room is somewhat small, but there are plenty of chairs for seating. They have a load of car rim catalogs available to look through. Once the car went through the wash, they drove it out to the front of the building and dried it off. There is seating outside if you want to sit outside and watch them. After they finished wiping it off, they had me do a quick inspection of my car to ensure nothing was missed and then they brought me back into the waiting room to pay. The service did take a little bit longer than expected. I honeslty can't remember how many other cars were in front of me though. If you do not keep cash on you often, then I would suggest running to an ATM before you come here. They accept credit and debit cards, but you cannot add a tip on the receipt for your detailer. read more

The staff at Professional Car Wash do an excellent job on my vehicle. They have great attention to detail and make it look as if I had a full professional detail done at a fraction of the cost. The reason I can't give 5 stars is due to the wait time. Even on a slow day, you will wait for an hour and a half to three hours for just a basic interior and exterior wash. On my last visit there were only 2 other vehicles there and at least 4 employees, yet my Jeep sat waiting to be vacuumed for almost 45 minutes. If you use them (which I still recommend), definitely plan to drop your vehicle off and pick it up later. read more

I've never been to a car wash that was perfect. I'm surprised by the reviews. I've lived here 4 years and had several car wash services here. I've had 1 issue to date and they quickly fixed. Long story short, young kid trying to rush to meet the timeline they gave me and I was pregnant most likely stressing the kid out to meet that time. It does take a long time and they are often over the time they give you, but I've come to expect that. Hard to gage a timeframe until you jump in and when people are interrupting you. I had the privilege of working for these people for a few days. They pay 5$ an hour "plus tips". They charge people all sorts of various prices for their services, but the truth is at the end of the day everyone gets about the same thing. This place is a joke, but you don't have to take my word for it. When I went to collect my 48$ check, the manager kicked his feet up and flapped his gums on the phone for ten minutes before finally hand-writing it. When he's through writing the check, he pauses and fumbles around, only to inform me that he has overpaid me by a dollar or so, but is short on checks so I can keep the difference. read more

My car was horribly detailed, they said they would vacuum under the back seats-didn't, they didn't even move the front seats to vacuum underneath, all of the door panels were dirty, the bottom to my passenger side door handle is missing, They said it would take 30 minutes, and it took 1.25hrs. This story is about how you can get a really dirty car really clean here: I had a date and I wasn't thrilled. It was a second date, I knew I wanted it to be a drink and a "thanks, but no thanks" type of thing, and I knew I might get some resistance. It was a warmish evening and recruited my dog's help. I told him to stay in the car, I'd leave the A/C on while I had a drink with this guy, gave him the Speech, and then let him know that Monty was in the car so I couldn't hang out to rehash the situation. Monty understood and waited to make the getaway, except the Date was like an octopus on the goodbye hug and trailed me to the car. I tried to be gracious. Really. Monty wasn't having it and started to bark. And as I turned to get in and finally end the excrutiating awkwardness, I found the keys were locked in with Monty. I turned and rolled my eyes and cursed everything your mother has ever told you not to say, in my tiniest voice. The Date struggled to please and went to the driver's side and Monty the Big Pit/Lab leaped to it, his nose and teeth smooshed against the window, breath fogging it as he snarled and attempted to Kill the Date through the window. Their excitement fed off each other - the more Monty shifted into his Assassin Mode, the more the Date wanted to help unlock the car and win him over...and it escalated by the minute. Date cajoled through the window, talking baby sweet puppy there's a good boy as if he were blubbering away to a pink poodle with a tiara while Monty clawed and chomped and I wanted to die. I had called Triple A by this time and was waiting. Part of Monty's frustration became evident when suddenly he quieted, and back hunched, I watched in helpless horror as he relieved himself in the backseat. Once he got the lead out, nothing was holding him back from full onslaught of fury, so leaped again to the front and scrambled to find a way to break down the glass seperating him and his prey. Now, this angry canine found his quarry walking around my newish car, so he reversed direction - and thus began the PAW-POOP-SEAT-PAW-POOP-WINDOW-PAW-POOP-PANELING-PAW-POOP-STEERING WHEELING cycle. Slowly the image of Monty's enraged snout faded, and was replaced with a dark window tinting of graffiti poop. The Triple A Guy was taking forever, but he finally arrived. He parked and must have been flipping coins or negotiating with the boss about this one because he didn't get out. I caught him before he turned tail and ran. My little Nissan didn't have the up-and-down locks on most cars; it had rocker locks on the inside panel. So just as Triple A Guy was reluctantly about to slide his jimmy thing into the door, Monty took a bound from the passenger seat to investigate the new threat. And only those of us who were there would believe it, but as he did so, Monty hit that rocker lock just right, and unlocked the car. I'll spare the goodbye details, but the clean up is the point here. And with poop in every crevice, I thought I'd never get that car clean again. Well, I DID. You can clean your car right here...you can get if spiffy, no trace of kaka remains, no scent, nothing. It's crystal clean. I sold it and it was perfectly lovely inside. In fact, I sold it to the first looker, for just what I asked. After all, I had to sit down in that poopy seat in my nice dress and drive 45 min home, dreading the looks at every red light. So clean your ride here if you take a carwashing job as seriously as Monty took his "get rid of the date" job. You can't go wrong. read more

I have given this place three chances to get it right and every time I walk away more dissatisfied than the last time. The first time was just a wash, nothing great but it was overpriced in my opinion for the quality of work. The second time I took my car here I got it detailed thinking they would do a better job. They charged over $100 and completely ruined my dashboard. They used some product that stripped the coloring and left spots. Also, the carpets have never smelled the same after they shampooed them, smells like mildew. When my husband pointed all the issues out, all they could say was sorry and wouldn't even refund the money. Today out of desperation....I took my husbands truck in for just a wash and vacuum. First, they charged me extra because they said it was too big to go through the tunnel and would have to be hand washed, I was actually okay with paying more because again, I thought more money would equal a better job. 45 minutes later when they called me over to say it was ready, the guy cleaning it was complaining about how hard of a job it was because the truck was too big. It's a GMC 1500, nothing huge plus, isn't this why I paid more? When I looked inside, I asked if they had vacuumed and he said yes, but there was NO WAY. Not that there was a lot to vacuum in the first place (it's been sitting for 3 months while my husband has been deployed) but there was still clearly some grit and grime in the console and on the floor. The windshield had not been wiped down on the inside or the outside. Honestly, I can't believe I had to pay money for the job they did. I also have to throw in that the waiting area was dreadful. The floors were disgusting and I thought twice before sitting down in the chairs, GROSS! Throw in the fact that there was no air-conditioning and it made for a miserable waiting experience. I can't believe businesses like this get away with charging people money for such poor quality of service. Please do yourself a favor and drive through a self service car wash. If you value your car DO NOT take it here ! Have a brand new 2017 model, not yet washed in town. They drive the cars thru the wash bay because the drive belt is broken so they bucket wash them behind the building. Then sit their dirty butt in the car seat and drive thru to rinse. The employee in my car got extremely close to the metal which could have possibly scraped my alloy wheels, as I was watching it come out I was looking at my wheels then examined it closely when he parked it to be dried. Obviously that pissed them off because one worker told me to take my car and leave without paying but I didn't care what he said I said I'd never go back there. They charged me for something different and I told them that is not what I wanted and they still charged me the price for a more expensive service I didn't want. I normally do not take my vehicles to a car wash, but I was in a rush, sooo - short story, paid $45 for wash and wax, got the car back 1.5hrs later with a large scratch in the driver's door. The answer from the manager on duty - "we didn't do that". Sadly, they did do it and if they had merely admitted the mistake, I would have accepted a simple refund and we could have discussed the repair. I gave them 3 opportunities to do the right thing - they had no interest. I will never take another vehicle to this business (or the Niceville location). Bottom line: I really wish there was another reliable car wash establishment in the Mary Esther/Fort Walton area. I've been to this car wash on several occasions and the last visit was the by far the worse. It was a normal day, middle of the week so I figured I'd kill some time and get my car washed (since there is no rain forecasted for the entire week). So I decided to drop my car off at this place to get it cleaned up and like I said, I've been here before so I knew the wait would be at least 30 mins to hour long. Decided to kill time by doing something else so I walked from the car wash to nail salon to get a pedicure instead of just sitting around waiting there. Also thought if I just took my time, there would be no way they wouldn't be finished with my car by the time I made it back. Dropped my vehicle off at 1 pm. Came back from the nail salon at 3 pm. By the time I got back my car was sitting in the back, with the doors wide open, and the only thing that they had done was they had vacuumed it out. Not wanting to be rude, I went inside and waited because I thought maybe an employee had just gotten out and left the door open for a second. Went back 10 mins later and my car was still sitting the exact same way. No one had even touched it. Went to check my car and it was still dirty and had not even been washed. AND I had a dollar in quarters in my cup holder and that was gone from my vehicle as well! Needless to say, I asked for my keys and told them not to even worry about it. No apology for my wait, or "we'll get to it soon"...I more so got the attitude/we're too busy to even deal with you. Which for me is no problem, I'll take my business/money elsewhere. read more

The wash and basic prices are good, but the wait was horrendous. We paid $16 for the Super Wash that consisted of a wash and foam wax from the automatic drive through wash. They also vacuumed the car beforehand. It took close to two hours for our car to be washed. It was only going through the automatic wash and getting dried, yet it took two hours! There were quite a few upset people waiting. I have not decided if I will come back, but if I do I will drop off my vehicle and come back for it later that day. read more

Well today was my first day going to them. And it was a BIG MISTAKE.. I literally said twice to the guy that I don't mind how long it takes to wash my truck, I just want it done right. I'm a stickler about my rims and windows. .. after waiting an hour (that's how long he told me it would take).. my buddy and I walked up to my truck and says "did they even wash it"?. My truck was NOT WAXED OR DRIED.. it was half washed. I had dirt on my hands from showing them the spots they missed. After waiting about 20 mins, I went to my truck again to show them again where they half cleaned my truck. I did not receive an apology nor were they nice about having to hear me complain and show them the multiple spots they missed.. the manager at today gave me excuses as to why my truck still had water spots and unwashed spots... I'm currently waiting on someone else to re wash/wax my truck. I'm hoping for a better resolution...... I AM ONLY GIVING THEM A STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TOO VIA THIS APP....
